05/06/2025: Sehr geile Pizza! Wir sind heute von Bari nach Hause geflogen und wollten nicht im Flughafen essen, (im Flughafen essen kann ich nicht empfehlen. Die Preise sind dort gesalzen und die Qualität ist unterirdisch!)
Wir können die Pizzeria nur empfehlen, Preis Leistung super und ein super leckeres Produkt.
13/04/2025: Wir haben hier ein sehr schönes Essen mit großem Antipasti-Teller, einer außergewöhnlich guten Pizza und einer guten Flasche Wein verbracht, und das zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Der Service der Tochter des Hauses war ausgesprochen freundlich.

28/11/2025: I have been covering La moderna gastronomica for a year and a half, having met her in a live on Tiktok where Silvia showed some Disney statues and from there my collection began and not only do they also sell excellent products to eat, I highly recommend them for their excellent professionalism and kindness ❣️❤️
28/11/2025: I discovered modern gastronomy a year and a half ago on a Tik Tok live stream where Silvia showed some Disney pieces. My first purchase was in fact Cinderella's carriage. She was very kind, the package arrived the next day and was well protected. She is a wonderful person. In every package she makes, she puts freebies in it. This year, apart from everything else, I have become very fond of her. Her mother is also a wonderful person, exceptional gastronomic products, also the Disney department, thanks to which I discovered the Disney Jim Shore statues and I created my collection. Thanks so much to you, Silvia, your mother and everyone 🥰🥰

31/12/2025: After years I ate my grandmother's panzerotti, thanks to you they were as good as the ones she made.
23/12/2025: Today, I had a perfect lunch with vegetables, mozzarella and tomato panzerotti, onion and olive panzerotti, fried artichokes and zucchini, and a glass of wine. Everything was perfect.

19/05/2025: Migliore pizza che io abbia mai mangiato. Dovunque vada, in qualsiasi altra pizzeria della Puglia o dell’Italia, torno sempre qui per far godere le pupille gustative. Pizza digeribilissima, impasto buonissimo, condimenti top e di qualità. Buoni anche i fughi cardoncelli trifolati col pomodorino.
05/03/2025: Pizza buonissima! L' unica a Bitritto che offre l'impasto ai cereali. Condimento abbondante e ingredienti ben bilanciati. Locale pulito e raffinato. Personale cordiale e disponibile.
