19/10/2025: I'm a big eater, a culinary expert, a gourmet, as they say, and a lover of the late-night croissant (a customer of the historic Pasticceria Fanelli). Today I wanted to make a change to try a new place, but I regretted it from the first bite I took. LITERALLY PITYFUL!!!
Cold, rubbery, tasteless, thick chocolate, disgusting, and highly sugary. Never again!!!! Anyone who says otherwise doesn't know how to eat.
11/09/2025: The pastry shop where you can eat on-site told me it had closed, so I only found the bakery at the address. The staff were friendly.
We had the nun's breasts, one of the best I've ever tasted.

04/11/2025: I ordered a pizza with spicy salami and prosciutto. The prosciutto arrived undercooked, and the salami was undercooked. The pizza was cold and had the consistency of cardboard.
Absolute failure, I won't order from you again, not even for free.
09/10/2025: We ordered panzerotti here and ate them on a park bench nearby. Freshly baked pizza, rolled into a large "dumpling," with hot cheese and tomatoes inside, tasted delicious. We recommend eating there instead of having it delivered. Each panzerotti costs €2.50, and they're huge.

30/03/2025: I walked in at 9:00 PM with enthusiasm...but it faded after 40 minutes waiting for my order. First of all, the place wasn't busy. They'd do well to call "nightmare kitchens" to fix the situation. It's a shame; in the '90s it was a hotbed of entertainment, now it's a nursing home. At 11:45 PM, my ordered sandwich hadn't arrived.

It's a shame because the food was at least edible and there was a shred of will in the intentions of the staff who work there, but unfortunately they lack the basics to manage a restaurant business. Total disorganization, slow service and excessively long waiting times, especially considering a menu with very little choice. I'm sorry to say it, but they need to change jobs if they think they can manage a restaurant like this. In any case, I wish them well. 🤞🏻

07/12/2025: We came here twice on our recent visit to Alberobello. We had cappuccino, espresso, panettone, foccaccia barese and cookies. Everything was wonderful. The proprietress is delightful and her husband has to be one of the best bakers in Italy because he made the best panettone I've ever had.

28/11/2025: I ordered a mushroom and sausage pizza. Based on past experience, I told him they were generous with the toppings. The pizza arrived with 3-4 mushrooms sliced like wafers and 2-3 slices of crumbled sausage. The quality, too, wasn't the best. Avoid.
28/11/2025: Ordered the wrong pizza and they even demanded a return? Absurd.
I'm returning from a 10-hour trip, exhausted, and I order a pizza, and—of course—I get a completely wrong one. I only realize this when I get home. I call to report it, and what's the answer? That I have to return the wrong pizza, which I'd already started eating. "I'm sorry, but it doesn't work like that: without a return, we can't give you the correct one." Are you kidding me?
I've never seen service like this. Zero professionalism, zero common sense.
Avoid them at all costs: a shameful and surreal experience.
