04/07/2024: Ottima esperienza, cibo delizioso, servizio perfetto. Lo consiglio al 100%. Abbiamo preso 4 piatti diversi è tutti erano buonissimi quindi se siete in giro per turismo vale la pena andarci.

03/07/2024: Un locale davvero grazioso🪴🌴 sembra di essere in un giardino all’ aperto anche se sei al chiuso Ottimo cibo,abbondante . Pizza ( il ciccio ) delizioso,il suo impasto fantastico altrettanto il suo condimento. Fritto ottimo e ottimi pure le verdure . Locale turistico di qualità all uscita delle Grotte di Castellana! Consiglio 👍🏼

15/07/2024: Siamo stati accolti in maniera scortese da un membro del personale che, silenziosamente, ha inveito verso di noi per non avergli dato la “precedenza” nel percorrere la terrazza del locale, che si sviluppa in lunghezza. Dopodiché, avendo preso dei drink da asporto, siamo stati letteralmente cacciati, di nuovo scortesemente, mentre, nell’uscire dal locale, sostavamo sulla terrazza (di passaggio) nell’intento di scattarci una foto. Eppure, ad alcuni di noi, che avevano ordinato dei cicchetti, erano stati forniti dei bicchieri di vetro, di fatto rendendo impossibile la consumazione “da asporto”. Non critico le ragioni, ma i modi, davvero sgarbati.

01/07/2024: Locale scenografico, cibo da non mangiare, chiesto un arrosto arrivato un spiedino di carne mixte fatte forse in padella immangiabili, le fave non erano male però freddi completamente. Servizi pessimo!!!! Si apre la bottiglia del vino tra le gambe, cercano di servire il prosecco in copa di vino rosso e sporca!!! Deludente totale!!!!! Da non andare !!!!

24/07/2024: Never again have I eaten completely empty panzerotti, besides the fact that there is a lack of hygiene, it is better to stay away.

14/07/2024: Good pizza but lack of ingredients, unfortunately in summer even with air conditioning having the internal oven in a central position the place is still irradiated, poor hygiene and insufficient service

06/07/2024: Small and charming place offering fried and baked products mainly to take away. The business is managed in a professional manner, with the utmost cleanliness, kindness and organization of the staff in preparing orders. There are many products on the counter with different fillings, a note of merit for the fried panzerottini available in many flavours. Prices perhaps slightly higher than average but justified by the excellent quality of the products. For me, 5 stars deserved. I congratulate the managers of this business. 27/07/2024: We chose to return to the Giara, which over the years has become a certainty. The best experiences are always accompanied by a pizza from Giara, that reassuring voice that pronounces "Good evening, la Giara" with Mr. Giara's usual warm and friendly tone is now part of the culture and history of our country and of ourselves, of our lives, which intertwine, move apart and then always reunite in front of the same pizza. Perhaps we are nobody to Mr. Giara, yet he is the center of our small Santermana reality. And the pizza... in the center it almost melts in the mouth, and then gradually becomes taller, softer, in an almost Neapolitan-style crust, and again, ends in a crunchiness on that fleeting border that characterizes perfection. We recommend a glass of Coca-Cola, to pick up that delicate note of sweetness from the sauce that makes the flavor of each slice magical.

02/06/2024: Terrible place, from the unprofessional and slow service (we were the first and we were last to consume) to the quality of the food. A pizza so biscuity that it had to be cut with a slice cutter or shears. The vegetables passed off as grilled which were fried and floating on the oil, croquettes which looked like blunt objects! Basically a nightmare experience!

02/06/2024: Siamo andati in occasione della sagra delle ciliege. E siamo stati i primi ad arrivare proprio per mangiare qualcosa prima e goderci la sagra. Ma purtroppo non è andata così. Pizzeria mediocre sotto tutti i punti di vista. Si spaccia per una pizzeria napoletana ma non lo è. Le pizze simulano le pizze napoletane con un bordo doppio. La pizza Margherita è la migliore con il giusto apporto mozzarelle mentre nelle pizze più complesse, la mozzarella scompariva, forse pensando che gli altri ingredienti potessero nascondere la sua mancanza. Più la pizza si raffredda e più diventa secca e stopposa e neanche i coltelli che danno sono all'altezza della situazione. I coltelli incidevano la pizza senza tagliarla, per completare il taglio bisognava divaricare con il coltello le due parti incise in corrispondenza del solco di incisione. Il servizio è lento e non rispettano l'ordine di arrivo dei clienti. I camerieri disorientati e alle prime armi. Anche chi ha preso le verdure grigliate, in realtà erano fritte con residuo di olio sul piatto. E per finire alcuni prezzi del conto sono maggiorati rispetto al Menù. Insomma un disastro su tutti i fronti! Da evitare.

30/07/2024: WE WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE BACK AGAIN. OUT OF 8 PIZZAS 7 WRONG. Half-served table and missing pizzas (previously incorrect) for more than an hour. Everyone at the table had almost finished and after several complaints there was still no sign of anything. HAIR IN THE FRIES SERVED AT THE TABLE, HAIR IN THE WRONG PIZZA (PREVIOUSLY WRONG AND AFTER ALL THE WAITING ALSO THE SURPRISE) AND WE HAVE ALSO BEEN TOLD IN A SCORBUBIOUS MANNER THAT THEY ALL HAPPENED TO US. MAMMA MIA NO COMMENT!!!

22/07/2024: Evening to forget Friday 19/07 2024 11 people with vomiting and diarrhea for seafood definitely rent Sciuti with mussels and hot prawns, an experience never to be repeated I do not recommend it to those with a weak stomach if you don't want to end up in hospital

18/08/2024: Excellent meat, of all types, especially the carpaccio and the rib-eye. Typical Apulian atmosphere in a quiet square, also suitable for children.

07/07/2024: Fegatini,salsiccia e bombette cotte al punto giusto, sapore intenso,contorno di patate alla brace con la famosa cipolla D'acquaviva anch'esse deliziose,le bruschette abbondanti con pomodori dolcissimi. Il personale,tutte le ragazze,gentili e cortesi,servizio celere. Consigliatissimo

28/08/2024: This is shocking! For the first time I happened to get up from the table without having eaten anything and having paid €200! A soup of mussels, scampi and prawns which arrived with an avalanche of mussels, (tasteless) 1 prawn and a head of scampi, the body had been lost who knows where! All this was swimming in a mess of dirty water that had no salt or oil! The spaghetti with seafood arrived with the same slop, and the pacchero with clams and aubergine cream arrived with lupins and not clams and fried aubergines full of mint. The dish only tasted like mint. From €200 we were discounted €30 on dishes that returned to the kitchen intact. No one showed up at our table to apologize for the evening, even though it had been recommended to us by a friend of the owner. A piece of advice: stay away from this place, a panzarotto from Puglia is much better👌👌PS credit to the waitress (to whom we left a tip) for taking the criticism from our table and the tables next to us, maintaining a certain composure.

27/08/2024: Except for the view this restaurant can't even call itself such! I felt like I was catapulted into an episode of Nightmare Kitchens!!! Sauté of mussels, prawns and scampi (actually, a severed scampi without tail!) floating in a tasteless liquid, Spaghetti with seafood with an indefinable sauce, with a bitter taste (wine shaded with flame I suppose...) and prawns and scampi with a rather unpleasant smell, Mezze Maniche with clams and aubergine cream (instead of cream, the aubergines were fried with mint...). All absolutely inedible, in fact we didn't eat, we asked for the bill which, despite our complaints, had a 10% discount!!! Stay away from this place!!!!!!
