05/04/2026: I had dinner here over Easter and I must say I was very pleased, especially with the courtesy and expertise of the wait staff. The food was excellent. I highly recommend it.

24/02/2026: Informal and welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff. We ordered two puccias. The dough was very good, the puccia thin and crispy, and well-filled. I ordered a Flanders puccia with fior di latte tomatoes, arugula, and prosciutto, and I also added spicy mushrooms. The only flaw was the tomato, which was bland and characterless. Perhaps a little more oil and salt would have been great. The medium portion of potatoes was truly generous. If you haven't tried this pizzeria, it's worth a try, at least for the puccias.

23/11/2025: Not being from Lecce, you might be misled. I don't want to visit Lecce and eat "commercially." This place was recommended to me, and I'm happy with it. I haven't tried anything else, but the rustici are out of this world! Well done, we'll be back.

12/09/2025: The Pizzeria Rialto in Torre Suda is truly a hit. You immediately feel welcome. The staff is friendly, attentive, and courteous. Here, you sit among locals, which makes the atmosphere wonderfully authentic.
The food is also impressive: The pizza is exactly as you would expect – traditional. Excellent value for money. If you're looking for a pizzeria with a genuine, local flair, this is the place to be. A local's recommendation hit the nail on the head: "Best pizza in town."

19/10/2025: We had lunch here one Sunday by chance. I'd say it was an incredible surprise!! The place is welcoming and clean, the staff is friendly, fast, and efficient, always attentive to the needs of their guests. The food is excellent, with generous portions and plenty of flavor. They repeatedly offered us seconds of many dishes. The dishes were typical Apulian fare, well-cooked, and made us feel right at home due to the simplicity of the preparation and the authenticity of the food. The price was absolutely competitive considering the quantity and quality of the lunch offered. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

04/04/2026: What a disappointment! At a time when Monopoli isn't crowded, we waited 65 minutes. I ordered a pizza that was supposed to have porcini mushrooms, venison salami, and truffle oil. I actually ordered a Margherita pizza with more cooked ham! And then there were the wait times: 30 to 60 minutes. I wouldn't recommend this place.
29/03/2026: Ordered a glass of verdeca and was brought a glass of red wine. Waitress seemed annoyed to be working which is understandable but your customers should not receive poor service. There are much better places to eat in Monopoli.

15/08/2025: We ordered some Bari focaccia for the seafood. It was presented already cut into 4 pieces, and it wasn't possible to cut it into more pieces. It was too oily and very thin for a focaccia.
