The day after tomorrow I Smetto is nothing other than the epicenter of flavour, tranquility and warmth that the owner and his staff manage to convey. For me it is a fixed stop but not during a trip but every evening. Thanks to the resourcefulness of Marco (owner) and the desire to discover new culinary combinations, he manages to give his customers unique delicacies. He is always looking for new raw materials of excellent quality. You can drink a good aperitif and then move on to reading the menu and having to choose one of the many divine dishes, not to mention the wine list and the availability of various types of beer on tap or in bottles. I am an assiduous consumer of Rossa draft beer which, with its body, accompanies almost all meat-based dishes. At this point I must compliment all the staff starting from the chef and then moving on to the girls who are always vigilant to every customer's desire.
