Ai Portici is a very nice Italian restaurant. We were welcomed right away by the staff, who were extremely friendly and attentive. They even offered us some small snacks while we were choosing our orders, which was a thoughtful touch and made us feel comfortable from the start. The pizza was delicious — fresh, well-balanced, and perfectly baked. We also ordered a salad, which was equally good, with fresh ingredients and great flavor. One detail that really stood out was that we asked for the salad without onions, and they actually deducted the cost of the onions from the bill without us even requesting it. It’s rare to see that level of fairness and attention to detail. Overall, the service, food quality, and small gestures made this a great experience. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily come back again.

Ordered a glass of verdeca and was brought a glass of red wine. Waitress seemed annoyed to be working which is understandable but your customers should not receive poor service. There are much better places to eat in Monopoli.

We chose them as the closest place to our home, because of high hunger, but it became a very (positive) surprise! Quick, unique, delicious, the Italian waiters were extremely kind and supportive! the wine was great, the food great! I had spirulina dough ... never before! ;) thx guys! Decent pizzas with a good variety of choices. Tables are packed tightly together, with no space between them. Prices have been raised disproportionately and exaggeratedly since the reopening in March 2026. Perhaps the highest in the entire metropolitan city (a price increase of 3-4 euros per pizza in the space of a month). Exaggerated
