06/01/2025: We had lunch for the first time and I can only give a more than good review. Quality raw materials, the starters are very satisfying. Show the half paccheri at the scampi. We will be back to try the pizza. The location is beautiful even if they don't have many seats. Satisfied with the service attentive to needs

24/10/2024: I stopped in this restaurant yesterday attracted by the enchanting location directly on the sea and I must say that I was also pleasantly impressed by the excellent cuisine they offer, fresh fish cooked perfectly with side dishes included, rich in variety of vegetables, first courses and appetizers very good, we were welcomed very cordially and the quality/price ratio is excellent.. regarding our experience I definitely recommend it.. and if I'm in the area again I will return

12/01/2025: This was our favourite restaurant over 10 days in Italy, so much so that we ate here twice. The staff were warm and welcoming, the restaurant was beautiful and the food was fantastic. The "Drunkard's Fettucine" (served with orecchiette pasta that night) was full of subtle and interesting flavours and the pork that my partner had was cooked to perfection. The Flan di cicoria starter was also quite special. I would highly recommend this venue.

07/01/2025: Went there for the pasta 🍝 the atmosphere and the service was incredible the wine 🍷 salad bread cocktail was perfect I had been craving spaghetti all week this was the worst fettuccine marinara stay away from I’m sure the rest of the menu is good 😊

24/10/2024: A splendid surprise... starting from the very beautiful designer furniture, the sublime food!!! Really very good and especially for those like me who have celiac disease they have a lot of proposals, starting from gratin mussels, and different types of pasta and desserts!!! All delicious and accompanied by the service of Mr. Flavio who brightened our time there and very relaxing background music!!! Excellent price/quality! Thank you very much for this wonderful experience in the heart of Salento!

02/11/2024: The restaurant is located in an old hunting lodge of Frederick II, renovated while maintaining its old appearance. We had dinner for our anniversary and I must say with great surprise, it was the first time, we found an unusual welcome, they made us find a beautiful table decorated for the occasion, much appreciated. Michele, the owner, in addition to telling us the history of the restaurant, illustrated all the courses, an added value to the location and the menu. Excellent dishes, prepared with care and with quality raw materials, also excellent advice on what to choose to drink, finally the unexpected surprise, a cake prepared for our occasion, kindly offered, what can I say, all good, well done to Michele and his wife, we will definitely return.

07/10/2024: Scoperto per caso e provato una domenica a pranzo. Accoglienza professionale e cordiale, servizio attento e curato nei dettagli (raramente ho visto usare i guanti per apparecchiare le posate), bella la sala. La varietà del menù è contenuta ma ho trovato gli gli ingredienti di qualità e cucinati con cura e originalità: ottimi i miei tagliolini con burro affumicato, limone e gamberi. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Da ritornarci la prossima volta che sarò ad Apricena.

30/01/2025: Historic Carrassi bakery. The products are always fresh and abundant! The staff is exceptional and professional. There are also focaccias with different fillings such as those with cooked sausages and mozzarella, or with vegetables. Pastries and desserts are also recommended

All the food is prepared with love and passion and I must say that you can feel the freshness and goodness of all the home-made products. The staff is friendly and helpful. 05/01/2025: Cena estiva all'aperto ai tavolini nella piazzetta in cui si trova il locale. Scelta della carne molto ampia, il bancone è ricco di proposte di carne preparata solo da mettere a fornello. Affidandoci ai consigli del personale abbiamo finito per prendere molti "antipasti" andando meno sulla sostanza. La qualità della carne è ottima, meriterebbe locale e servizio di altro livello. Prezzi sopra la media.

21/12/2024: Anche se è più conosciuto come bar, offre ottimi piatti tipici della cucina locale e squisite pietanze a base di pesce. Michele, il proprietario, merita ogni lode per gentilezza, professionalità e passione per il suo lavoro.
