Masseria Salamina In Fasano

Definitely charming farmhouse surrounded by centuries-old olive trees. Excellent dishes

I traveled to Puglia with Classic Journeys in September of this year. One of our stops was to have lunch at Masseria Salamina, as well as to visit the nearby cacti & succulent gardens, which were AMAZING!. Lunch at the Masseria was delicious and the service was superb. The food and wine kept coming. First was the antipasti followed by the most incredible eggplant parmesan I've ever had. There was pasta as well. I think there was a fish dish, but after the eggplant and pasta, I was stuffed. The setting was gorgeous. We dined in an open-air gazebo surrounded by vegetable and herb gardens - - everything was fresh! "Farm-to-table" was literally "farm-to-table." Our servers were super. There was a young lady with long brown hair who was fantastic! A beautiful afternoon spent in Puglia.

One of the best farms in the area, healthy and exceptional food, staff always friendly and smiling, attention to detail. An essential stop if you are in these parts.

I attended a destination wedding and it was magical.

The Masseria has a great restaurant, where you can have dinner in a very cosy atmosphere. We really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend.

Wir haben 4 Nächte in der "Villa" der Masseria verbracht und wir haben es sehr genossen. Das Essen im Restaurant der Masseria war sehr sehr gut! Reichliche Portionen zu angemessenen Preisen mit super Service und viel Herzlichkeit. Die Masseria ist eine Augenweide .

We booked the olive oil tasting and it was amazing! Francesca was really kind and has a lot of knowledge about the property and the olive oils. We really enjoyed it, grazie!!

Der Service klasse. Und … einfach ein Ort zum entspannen und das Auge wird von dem Anwesen verwöhnt. Gerne wieder.
