The grass-fed meat is top-notch, the spaghetti in bianco is a fairytale worth telling... the cured meats and cheeses made by them are amazing. 06/08/2025: Capitati quasi per caso dopo una rapida ricerca. Volevamo mangiare della carne, ma al tempo stesso volevamo anche altro e questo posto ci sembrava soddisfare la richiesta. Location nulla di sfavillante, ma giusto così per una braceria. Comunque tenuta benissimo e in ordine. Quindi promossa. Il menù è giustamente monotematico, ma presenta una ricca selezione di antipasti e contorni. Personalmente ho apprezzato molto la salsiccia (nonostante non fosse ben cotta per nostra dimenticanza al momento di ordinare) e la tagliata (questa perfetta). Buone anche le bombette. Ottime le polpettine di benvenuto. Del resto ho apprezzato la cheesecake di zucchine come antipasto e, anche se non fatta da loro, era buona anche la torta ricotta e pera come dolce. Servizio eccellente: simpatia, cortesia e disponibilità. Rapporto qualità prezzo più che onesto. Meglio prenotare almeno 24 ore prima.

17/07/2025: After coming several times this evening we arrived without a reservation, the dog always came in and with its own bed placed on the plastic chair this evening the gentleman behind the cured meats counter makes me feel like a dog on the ground ok perfect the dog comes down this evening but logically we wouldn't come again also because they came to tell me that they give people the appetizers and two medium ones

15/07/2025: Perfect food! I tried salmon with coffee and it was a nice experience. Salmon well cooked and crispy outside, very soft inside. Wine menu is wide and nice. Staff is very friendly and nice. Sometimes service is slow or they are forgetting some meals but its because of busyness and you will forget about it when you get your food. Only suggestion to restaurant can be prepare salads according to order. We ordered salad and it made probably couple of hours ago and put in fridge. Its still fresh and ok but salad started becoming black and looking loose. Totally recommend in general.

El servicio amable, la comida creativa, la atención al detalle, el diseño interior del restaurante eran simplemente perfectos. Disfrutamos de 3 almuerzos - no podíamos permanecer lejos. Gracias al camarero que nos ayudó a seleccionar los platos adecuados y el chef fue simplemente excepcional. ¡Volveremos! Grazie.

28/06/2025: The waiter was chill and kind. He was talkative, helped us to choose drink. There is no menu, the waiter asks you what is your preference and recommends you a cocktail. I sure recommend this place.

11/08/2025: I spent a pleasant evening at this restaurant on Corso Roma, right in the center of Gallipoli. The atmosphere is modern, understated, and not at all noisy. I chose to sit on the terrace and enjoyed excellent pizzas, definitely among the best I've ever eaten. I recommend the Neapolitan-style ones, but you can also choose the thin, crispy ones. The service is provided by wonderful, attentive, and efficient young men and women. Compliments to all the staff.

The modern Bossa Nova music really completed the atmosphere :-) I also really appreciated that I asked if I could eat there as a vegan, and they made me a delicious pizza off the menu with a surprising combination of vegetables. Absolutely fantastic.

26/06/2025: Great experience! The sausage sandwich was really tasty: quality ingredients and well-balanced flavors. The bread, although not crunchy, was still fresh and accompanied the filling well. The real stars, however, were the black pork bombette with lemon: tender, juicy, with a citrus note that makes them unique and irresistible. A delight that alone is worth the stop! Quick and courteous service, simple but genuine atmosphere. Highly recommended for those looking for authentic flavors of the Apulian tradition. 🍋🐖🔥
