U'Kor - Cucina coreana in Puglia In Bari

Every time I come back to Bari I can't wait to order from them. The tiramisu is insanely good, I could eat kilos of it.

the staff was very kind to us, the food was amazing, bathroom was clean. honestly a great restaurant! i will be going there again 💗

We chose Ukor for the second time to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it proved to be the best choice for fabulous dishes, paired with fresh and delicious cocktails and above all for the vegan/vegetarian options, they have an entire dedicated menu, a very rare thing in Bari. We had a great time, everyone was kind and friendly, making sure everything was going well ❤️ Thank you!

Beautiful experience, superb food and very kind staff

Both times I have been we absolutely loved the food, the service and the experience itself. The owner has a difficult audience to impress being the first Korean restaurant in Puglia but she is absolutely killing it! Why? She and her staff are skilled. They know what they are doing in the kitchen. Secondly, she makes the time to come and speak to her diners- she cares about what she is bringing to your table and shares her knowledge on Korean cuisine. Go with an open mind- this is not Barese food! They have just opened and sure there is still some room for improvement but I can only see this place improving day by day. Thank you for the wonderful experience so far :)

We finally got around to trying this place. We already love Korean cuisine, and here we were surprised by so many other truly remarkable dishes. Everything was beautifully seasoned and very tasty. The service was always helpful and explained the dishes to us. The desserts were also excellent. We highly recommend it, and we'll definitely be back.

This new restaurant is super clean and nice! The kimbap soft-shell crab sushi rolls were absolutely delicious. However, the Bulgogi Bibimbap was misleading—it was made with minced beef instead of authentic, traditional sliced Bulgogi. Owner was nice

Day 11 in Italy... I was really missing Korean food, so I am deeply moved to find such a delicious Korean restaurant in Bari..🥹♥️ To think a single sip of doenjang jjigae could soothe my upset stomach.. I feel like I’m truly alive..! The white rice alone is so delicious, but why are the side dishes so... Owner, what are they!! The kimchi tastes like the real deal!! Want to go to a Korean restaurant? I highly recommend this place!!!! I’m leaving with the realization once again that the power of food is incredible :)

The place that gave wings to my trip... Paid for myself, Day 2. My legs led me here. As someone who rarely pays for Korean restaurants, I ended up coming back on Day 2... Today, Bossam Gimbap, Octopus Ramen, Seafood Pajeon, and chicken again... As expected... the chicken is on another level... It's much tastier than the chicken at any Korean restaurant in Europe ㅠㅠ Today's kick was the Octopus Ramen... I thought they would just put octopus in regular ramen and cook it... but it seems they make the broth themselves right here, wow... This isn't Octopus Ramen, it's Octopus Stew with ramen noodles added... I immediately added rice and mixed it all in... Ah, the biggest regret of this trip is that if I go back to Poland, I won't be able to eat at this restaurant... *Super simple recommended menu items I tried over 2 days Yukhoe Bibimbap Octopus Ramen K-Chicken 88 Olympics - Cocktail Must-have 10,000 * marks

People in Bari are so lucky to be able to come here to eat whenever they want... ^ㅅ^ I came for two days in a row. I just found out you can't write two reviews on one account, so I used a different one... lol. I've tried a few things, but my top picks are the Yukhoe Bibimbap and the Octopus Ramen! It's not the store-bought ramen we know; it tastes like a seafood gochujang stew. If you've felt the greasiness of European food, this feels like it settles your stomach right down. It's so delicious. The Yukhoe Bibimbap has really tasty raw beef, isn't salty, and is just amazing. If you drink alcohol, you absolutely must try the cocktails here. They have a super smart flavor. Peace minusone (a refreshing guava flavor with a smoky scent) Basil Gin Tonic (if you like basil, the basil scent is just so good!) Why do I live in another European country instead of Bari? It's a shame... I'll be back! ! Che bello per la gente di Bari! Se vogliono, possono venire a mangiare qui ogni volta che vogliono... ^ㅅ^ Ci sono stata per due giorni di fila. Ho scoperto solo ora che non si possono lasciare due recensioni dallo stesso account, quindi ne ho usato un altro... ahaha! ​Ho provato diversi piatti, ma i miei preferiti in assoluto sono il Yukhoe-bibimbap (bibimbap con tartare di manzo) e il ramyeon al polpo! Il ramyeon non è il classico istantaneo che si trova in commercio, ma ha il sapore di uno stufato di mare al gochujang (pasta di peperoncino). Se avete la nausea per il cibo europeo così pesante, questo vi rimetterà completamente al mondo. È buonissimo! Il Yukhoe-bibimbap ha una tartare davvero deliziosa, non è salato ed è squisito. ​Se siete amanti degli alcolici, dovete assolutamente provare anche i loro cocktail. Hanno dei sapori davvero geniali: ​Peace minus one: una kombucha dall'aroma affumicato e dal gusto rinfrescante. ​Basil Gin Tonic: se amate il basilico, questo è pieno di profumo... lo adoro! ​Ma perché non vivo a Bari e sto in un altro paese europeo? Che peccato... Ci tornerò sicuramente!
