01/08/2025: First time here. The food and red wine were good. We were just about satisfied. The staff were a bit cold and couldn't even look us in the eye. The food was a bit overpriced for what you get. The restaurant is recommended for those on a tight budget.

30/07/2025: We waited 31 minutes for the water that we ordered and no one came. We had to go to the bar and get it ourselves.

18/08/2025: Just recently had a short 2-day stay. Compared to expectations, the description on the website was a total disappointment. The bathroom was unusable, with a sink without cold water (a slight drip from the faucet). Use of the bidet was only permitted if you're a contortionist. Food quality was poor. The breakfast buffet was assisted. This has never been the case in all the hotels we've stayed at. The level of staff courtesy was low and inattentive. We were not satisfied. This will certainly not be a destination for future stays.

23/06/2025: We had a great time. Very attentive, friendly and professional service. Nice menu with good variety and very fair prices. The quality of the food was very good and tasty. You cannot go wrong with this place, cozy and not touristy. We will happily come back!

14/07/2025: During a trip to the magical setting of Lago delle Fate, we stopped at the Lanti restaurant and enjoyed a genuine gastronomic experience rich in authentic flavors. We sampled two traditional Ossola dishes: polenta with melted cheeses and polenta with tapulone. 🧀 The polenta with cheeses was creamy and rich, with a bold yet well-balanced drizzle of local cheeses, served in a hot terracotta pot that further enhanced its aroma and texture. 🍖 The tapulone—a historic dish made with finely minced donkey meat, slowly cooked with vegetables—was extraordinarily tender and flavorful, accompanied by a rustic polenta, perfectly dense and compact. A true immersion in the flavors of traditional Piedmont. The staff was kind and welcoming, the service quick and attentive, and the surrounding natural setting made the experience even more enjoyable. A place I recommend to anyone who wants to rediscover authentic mountain flavors in a relaxed, family atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

14/06/2025: Kind and courteous staff, place just before arriving at the lake of the fairies, do not expect a menu from a big restaurant, but you eat well without too many pretensions, excellent cured meats. Good value for money

16/08/2025: This is definitely not a "Braceria"! Meat isn't even on the menu. When we asked for meat, we were told the only option was "steak" for €16, so regardless of the weight or type of meat... So we opted for pizza, which was delicious! However, the pizzas must be ordered exactly as they say; you can't add or remove any ingredients! The location is nice and simple; on the veranda in the evening you're surrounded by clouds of mosquitoes, and there's no mosquito repellent (mosquito nets, mosquito coils, lamps, etc.). The service is decent, even though the wait was really long.

22/04/2025: Pranzo pasquale con i parenti. Siamo stati trattati benissimo, ottimo ambiente e soprattutto menù (carne o pesce, a scelta) decisamente buoni! Rapporto prezzo qualità ottimo; oserei dire: imbattibile. Prima del pranzo abbiamo fatto una richiesta per motivi particolari e siamo stati subito accontentati. Non è da tutti neanche questo particolare…

13/08/2025: A wonderful restaurant. I had some delicious cured meats and unique cheeses. Not to mention the polenta with sausage and porcini mushrooms, truly, truly excellent. Then there was dessert... the best tart I've ever had, with homemade cream and cooked blueberries.

09/08/2025: We went here for lunch today. It's a lovely location with a stunning view. The staff were very welcoming, the portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable. Highly recommended.

10/07/2025: Excellent place to eat top quality fish with a wide variety of delicious and tasty dishes, an environment with attention to every detail, very elegant and tasty, excellent service, very helpful, fast and well organised.

13/06/2025: As soon as we sat down at the table, they immediately told us about the fresh ones they have and recommended... (sea bass, lobster, scallops and oysters). Scallop carpaccio, even though it was in the mountains you could still feel the freshness in your mouth! and Sea bass in salt, truly exceptional!! I recommend trying it!

13/08/2025: My partner and I booked the hotel for a week. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was really good! Fresh and delicious! The hotel's location is also great. Overall, we were very satisfied. We didn't eat in the hotel's own restaurant, however, as we preferred to try out other restaurants.

10/08/2025: Incredible place. In addition to the wonderful view of the lake, the service here is unsurpassed, with highly qualified and friendly staff. The cocktail prices surprised me, for such an elegant and upscale venue, and are quite affordable. Highly recommended; it's a very pleasant experience.

26/07/2025: We stayed one night in January with a large group. It was a terrible experience. A very rustic place, aesthetically that's its charm, but it has only one bathroom (to serve 50 people), small and dirty, and UNHEATED (the temperature outside was -10 degrees Celsius). The rooms have heaters that are perhaps no longer up to standard. The dinner was a makeshift affair (the quantities weren't enough). The dining room was very cold, but so far, nothing serious... the worst thing is that, since I'm celiac (and they had been notified in advance), I had to spend time asking if the food I was served was gluten-free (and often wasn't). For breakfast, they even served "powdered coffee" in small pots that wasn't coffee. At first, I asked, it was passed off as such. Then, when I asked directly in the kitchen, they read the ingredients and found it contained barley and rye (to me, poison!) The staff was kind, but that wasn't enough. The overall service was truly terrible, and their lack of attention to celiac disease is unforgivable. I hope they understand that by accepting reservations for large groups and being restaurateurs, they have the right DUTY to be prepared

27/07/2025: We came to spend a day at the pool area and ha lung lung at the restaurant. It was very bad. Fritto misto was over cooked and very dry, kids had fried chicken that was also too dry.

28/06/2025: I am a regular customer at the pool, I wanted a simple toast but the kitchen was busy so they told me that they wouldn't make sandwiches, piadinas and toast until 2.30pm... I come back at 2.30pm and... nothing so I had lunch now, with a brioche because being at the pool I didn't feel like a plate of pasta (it's also a bar), so if you come to the pool with the idea of ​​having a sandwich my advice is to bring food from home.

29/07/2025: Abbiamo ordinato secchiello dei fritti e due primi. Bene i fritti. I primi hanno tardato più di un' ora, senza nessuna spiegazione da parte dei camerieri. Inoltre alcuni clienti arrivati molto tempo dopo di noi, sono stati serviti prima con gli stessi primi ordinati da noi. Al momento di pagare hanno spiegato il nostro ritardo con la perdita della comanda, senza neanche chiedere scusa. Ci siamo sentiti presi in giro. Professionalità zero.
