I can't confirm the sometimes appalling comments. We've been there three times so far (once for takeaway) and each time we received a wonderfully warm welcome and felt very much at home. My limited Italian was completely compensated for by the owners' excellent English, especially by the service staff's fluency in English. All the dishes we've had so far have been very good; the pizza was neither oily nor carelessly prepared. The service was fantastic. The restaurant is popular with both tourists and locals. We'll definitely be back one last time before we leave.

You don't come here for the friendliness and smiles of the waitresses, nor for their nonchalance, but thankfully the pizzas are good! We can't even comment on their desserts; after a 30-minute wait, we paid and left.
