23/01/2025: This place service owner Gino and waiter Bello are top all wishes were optimally fulfilled when it comes to food quality and service there is nothing in the area that beats all of this. Fish pizza everything here is made in traditional Neapolitan cuisine with heart and soul.

03/11/2024: Absolutely avoid. What is offered on the menu is not then served on the plate: sea bass fillet with shrimp, a chef's sauce on the menu, served two small grilled fillets with baked potatoes and 2 slices of frozen tomatoes. It's okay that an ingredient isn't available, but they don't even tell you. At the tables next door it was even worse, they refused the dish and took a carbonara... which arrived when the others were at the café and they had the bacon... the charcoal colored one. This is not to mention the discussion based on swearing and teasing between the host of the restaurant and the waiter of the restaurant next door. Disgusting. (Photo of the "receipt" released.

20/10/2025: Bravo, the coffee here is delicious and we are very happy to have stopped after our visit to the Aosta Valley! We can take our time and the whole team does everything possible to make the customer happy!

14/09/2025: I ordered fried gnocco with prosciutto and burrata. The gnocco and prosciutto were good, although the prosciutto had rind on it, which was a choking hazard, and the burrata was fizzy. I mentioned this to the waitress, who, after repeating "is it fizzy?", ignored me.

31/08/2025: €14 for a gluten-free pizza with ham and zucchini (with frozen dough). Practically double the average price of a pizza, and the quality is also poor. I strongly advise against it.

15/08/2025: I've never written reviews for any restaurant, but I feel compelled to. I ordered two pizzas a couple of months ago, €38, heavily topped, and so large that I couldn't even finish them, even folded in the box due to their size. Since we were so happy with the service months ago, and since we were new customers (I'm not mistaken, we even had a discount with a flyer handed out with the discount), we ordered three more pizzas this evening, almost €50, literally without toppings, thin as a sheet of paper, the dough half-raw, full of oil, and a burnt edge, and one of the pizzas was even missing one of the chosen ingredients. I ordered a beer, which arrived hot and undrinkable, and the Coke was ice cold; I don't see the point. I don't know if the management or the chef has changed in recent months, but this evening it felt like we'd bought the lowest-quality frozen pizzas on the market, put them in a box, and delivered them. It's a shame. Judging by the photos on the website, you'd expect excellent quality pizzas. Unfortunately, from what I've seen, not all that glitters is gold. This will be the last time we'll order from you.

04/10/2025: Although the vintage look of the furnishings and the creaking floors might lead one to imagine a romantic retro atmosphere, in reality the lack of cleanliness, the sagging mattresses, and the peeling toilet seat bring you back to a reality well below the advertised three stars. It would have been acceptable if it had at least been affordable... but in the off-season, €81 is, in my opinion, too much for what's offered... leaving aside the breakfast, which conceals a clumsy attempt at international cuisine with cold scrambled eggs and bacon in oil... what a shame.

15/11/2025: Terrible. After waiting in line, they seated us at a table in a rather poor location, but it was acceptable given the crowd. They brought us the fixed-price menu and the à la carte menu. My friends and I each chose two dishes from the à la carte menu. When the waitress came to take our order, she told us, rather annoyed and rudely, that we couldn't choose from the à la carte menu because we hadn't booked. Therefore, they only offered the fixed-price menu. We reluctantly agreed: the food they served was truly subpar. Even the strudel was inedible. What bothered us most was that we weren't told right away that we'd be forced to settle for the fixed-price menu. Absolutely a no-go.

09/11/2025: I think I've tried one of the possible candidates for nightmare cuisines. After finding four restaurants fully booked (my fault for not having booked), I enter this trattoria and am welcomed, so I sit down hungry. There are few other diners besides me (four other tables with customers, the rest empty), and this makes me suspicious, but I'm hungry. I choose the menu with house wine. It's best to ignore the wine. As for the second course, I see a complete scam or incompetence on the part of the kitchen. It was supposed to be braised; I'll attach a photo and avoid comments (you be the judge of whether that is braised). The dessert, a strudel, seems like one of those frozen ones reheated in the oven; it's certainly not homemade. But the best part is the smell of cigarette smoke that comes unmistakably from the kitchen. If someone doesn't know how or doesn't want to be a restaurateur, no one forces them to do it this way (smoking while preparing food?). I ate because I was hungry and tired of finding restaurants fully booked, but in any other situation, I would have left the table disgusted. It doesn't take much to understand why there are few customers while other places are fully booked on the weekend.

11/12/2025: We grabbed a quick sandwich at this ski-in/ski-out bar. The sandwich itself wasn't bad, but there was a problem with the tomato and mozzarella one: they heated it up, but the mozzarella stuck to the green napkin, taking away the color and paper from the napkin! Not great, in short.

12/09/2025: A beautiful place to relax with a view worthy of the mountains. Bardonecchia is a spectacular place for me, a ski enthusiast. The location is beautiful, the food is amazing, what more could you ask for? Oh, and there are loungers for sunbathing whenever you want. Well deserved 5 stars, well done!

11/12/2025: Watered down Coke, oxidized bacon, the only good thing was the fries and McFlurry. The girl at the McFlurry was pretty grumpy.

09/12/2025: The food and service are average. The atmosphere, both inside and out, leaves much to be desired. They've now charged for the paper bag they give you at the drive-thru. Do we have to bring our own?

04/08/2025: Rude staff We sat at a dirty table, and they didn't clean it even though they saw it. It took them two hours to order and another two to bring our orders. They then told us that the evening meal was a single bill, and they didn't even tell us.
