13/07/2024: Attente 1/2 heure avant de vous attribuer une table , 1h15 avant d’être servi , serveur peu gracieux et pas disposé à vous comprendre bref une vrai catastrophe seulement l’addition arrivé très rapidement !

03/07/2024: Bons plats, serveurs à l'écoute au milieu d'une place. Rapport qualité-prix bon. Mérite ses 4 étoiles. De repassage à Stressa, j'y reviendrai

04/04/2024: I must say that the place is rather lacking in cleanliness, the owner is very rude and grumpy, furthermore the coffee is really of poor quality... overall I do not recommend it both as a restaurant and as a bar to be absolutely avoided.

03/04/2024: Shocked and upset by the owner's behavior towards us. We ordered two coffees and then asked to use the toilets, but the owner started to rage and shout at us, saying that we were using 10 liters of water for flushing the toilet. Of course the coffee wasn't up to par. Not professional.

23/08/2024: Rip off. No menu, the housekeeper touches the inside of the wine glasses, all the appetizers that you didn't order are put on the same plate, the food is subpar, the first room after the entrance smelled of cigarettes. We stopped before the main course and left in the middle. I think that says it all. Unfortunately, we didn't read the recessions beforehand. I don't normally write reviews, but here it's necessary for the type of "special experience". It's better to go to sleep hungry and have a good breakfast at the hotel. A ripped off tourist

18/08/2024: Da una decina di anni in estate passo le ferie in Valsesia, ma tutti gli anni almeno una volta a pranzo ci vengo ne vale la pena leggendo le recensioni negative credo che quelle persone siano state alla mensa della caritas vista la descrizione del menù, alla prossima estate

03/01/2024: The bread is very good but the prices are excessive and even regular customers are anything but pampered. With 20 euros of spending, asking for 10 cents for a paper bag every time definitely upsets the purchase. Furthermore, three times over a period of time I found decidedly rancid cream in the brioches and I noticed it at home. The last time I no longer had the receipt but even though it had already happened and even though she knew me, the owner neither compensated me nor offered to come and meet me. 12/05/2024: Waited 15 minutes before they took our order with exactly around 20 people seated... 2 Alta Langa people lost who knows where since they served the tables that arrived later and we didn't and when asked how long it took them they replied that we had to wait... they decided to serve us after 40 minutes when we had decided to get up and leave and then tell us that the altalangas didn't have them.. no comment maybe you should consider closing since the organization is below 0 (If I could I wouldn't have given even one star)

07/08/2024: One of the best kebabs I've ever eaten, both sandwiched and rolled. Unfortunately the french fries were not to our liking. Their strong point is the kebab. I specify that the consumption took place at home.

21/08/2024: Ordered takeaway pizzas over the phone, ensuring they would be ready in "15-20 minutes". Once we got there, we waited 1 hour and 10 over 20 minutes. Miniature pizzas, ordered one without black truffle (main ingredient) and they neither took away 1 euro nor added a minimum of extra ingredients to fill the pizza, the flavor was decent but needless to say you're left hungry. 3 small pieces of sausage and 3 of mushrooms on a white pizza, 18 euros. Never to return!

12/08/2024: We often came for breakfast the coffee was good even if it was a little expensive now the coffee is made badly or they have changed the blend it is almost undrinkable which is a shame

29/07/2024: We should have respect for the people who pay and should not be made fun of... I asked for a shaken coffee... which is made with ice... and the graying gentleman replied that the ice machine was broken. It's a shame that immediately afterwards he prepared a spritz with ice. Perhaps there the profit margin is higher and there is little work to do... if one doesn't want to just change jobs and have people work who have more desire and dignity and not they make fun of customers

08/05/2024: Soiree en couple tres agréable meme si le quartier peut surprendre! Accueil convivial Plats delicieux produits de très bonne qualité Langoustines et calamars au top ! On s'est régalés Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés si vous aimez le poisson.

26/04/2024: Sono capitata due settimane fa,per la prima volta,chiamo prenoto e ci si accomoda nel dehor dove ci accoglie un ragazzo gentile,premuroso e disponibile. Ottima cena ! presa dall entusiasmo decido di tornarci,chiamo tre volte per riservare un tavolo e nessuno risponde,arrivati al birrificio ci fanno accomodare in una saletta in attesa di essere serviti. Personale poco socievole in particolare una cameriera quasi dal fare apatico. Poca empatia,il calore di un contesto lo fa anche il personale di sala. Esperienza non positiva come la scorsa volta,cassiere fa il conto senza neanche fare il riepilogo a voce di quello che si era mangiato. Non mi sono trovata bene in quest occasione.

19/04/2024: Trovo che questo locale sia un pochino peggiorato; il personale è scostante; il cibo è buono ma stasera i crauti non mi sono proprio piaciuti. Fuori faceva freddo ma non hanno a menu qualcosa di caldo tipo The, tisana…. Dentro c’è davvero troppo caos non si riesce a parlare! Abbiamo chiesto il caffè quattro volte prima che ce lo portassero. Bella la piazza ma sinceramente c’è di meglio!

18/08/2024: Super rude waiter, and horrible service. He quickly started getting nervous and losing his temper as we started ordering. Showing total lack of skills to serve a simple table. The guy started rising his voice and told us to “get out if you don’t like the service”, a 15 people table. So of course we left and the dude started insulting us, even followed us on the street throwing racist insults in a very childish way, he really made table service look like rocket science…. Just don’t go there, save yourself the worst service you can find in Italy…

16/08/2024: Terrible experience, the boy who served at the counter was disorganized at best and served as he pleased (perhaps whoever was nicer to him and went through the checkout a bit, in short, I spent a quarter of an hour in line at the checkout and people who arrived after the day they were served first so at that point I pointed this out and he replied that it wasn't like that. finally when my turn came the vegan croissants were finished thanks to the fact that the boy served people who arrived after the day first me who weren't in line at the checkout.

30/07/2024: Abbiamo sostato in questa trattoria per la pausa pranzo ,in visita al Santuario di Oropa. Buono ed abbondante il tagliere di formaggi e salumi ,come pure gli gnocchi con fonduta,,,,servizio un po' lento, prezzi nella media.

12/05/2024: Di solito non faccio recensioni negative, piuttosto non dico nulla e non torno, ma qui urge davvero. A onor del vero il cibo è buono, ma ti passa la fame per i tempi di attesa! E non sto parlando di mezz’ora!!! Ci siamo seduti alle 13.10 ed è arrivato di semplici salumi e formaggi alle 14.15, il primo piatto alle 15.30. Siamo usciti dal locale, senza osare chiedere altro alle 16.20, perché c’era attesa anche per pagare!!! E guardandoci intorno, anche gli altri ospiti erano arrabbiati e basiti! Troppe prenotazioni prese e poca organizzazione. Mai più!!!!!!
