23/10/2025: Looking at some customers' reviews, I don't think it's fair to complain about the service because, while the place was full, the staff service was good, despite the short wait... to be able to attend to everyone. The staff had to rush to be there for everyone... Respect should be shown to everyone. And even if there was a short wait, I don't see the park being rude and treating the girls badly.

16/11/2025: The pastry shop is excellent, the service very disappointing, the clerks are annoyed, and, in my opinion, there are too many mocking faces. It's a shame to get takeout pastries and not tare them. The scale was at zero, so you pay for the wrapping as if they were pastries. It's a shame, small details that can make a difference. It's still the best pastry shop in the area.

06/10/2025: We were very disappointed with the service. We went for breakfast, and in addition to the classic croissants, juice, and cappuccino, we ordered a mini portion of Bella Elena cake and were charged an extra €0.60 just for the cut, something we've never seen anywhere else. Furthermore, when we got the bill, they mistakenly added another portion we hadn't ordered. When we returned to report the mistake, the clerk refunded our money, but with an annoyed and unprofessional attitude, huffing and puffing as if it were an inconvenience. It's a shame, because the place seemed nice, but good customer service makes all the difference. I don't think we'll be back.

21/10/2025: The place is very nice, even if it's very small. It's a shame the food was so disappointing. There were two of us, we ordered two regular poke bowls, and they mixed up the ingredients, putting some of mine in my friend's and vice versa. Plus, they were minimal, floating in a sea of ​​rice, and it was completely tasteless.

17/10/2025: I bought a medium-sized package of these fabulous pastries, but when the long-awaited moment arrived and I opened the container... disaster!!! All upside down and on top of each other 🤦🏻‍♂️ What a shame!!! I wonder... if more suitable packaging could solve this annoying problem. Of course, I was also careful not to shake the beautiful package.

25/03/2025: Locale informale. Pizza buona anche senza glutine MA e da non sottovalutare il MA. Personale non troppo cortese e disponibile. In quanto accettano di far mangiare le persone alle ore 23:10 ma alle 23:45 ti tolgono il tavolo mentre mangi “fingendo” probabile è vero che a mezzanotte devono chiudere. Mi chiedo allora perché accettare persone in questi orari ? Ps: durante la cena sarete deliziati da il passaggio di piattole sotto i vostri piedi

14/11/2025: The place looked appetizing from the outside, but the croquettes and mozzarella balls were anything but. Despite waiting outside, when we called, the croquettes and mozzarella balls were EXTREMELY COLD on the outside and FROZEN on the inside. We immediately noticed this detail, even though we were already in the car and on the verge of no return, so we contacted the pizzeria and explained the situation. Although the owners were very kind and friendly, they invited us to come back later to re-order them. Now, I don't know if this happens every day, but it was very unfortunate.

06/06/2025: It’s a shame to see a place with potential penalized by a service that seems to have lost every trace of kindness. In a bar, courtesy should be the bare minimum; here, instead, it seems like an optional that has been forgotten. And it’s not an isolated episode: it’s not the first time that, after a polite greeting, we’re completely ignored. Education, as we know, isn’t served at the table, but it should always be included.

18/11/2025: A welcoming bar with a small room for lunch, snacks and aperitifs. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent for relaxing in the summer. It also offers a large outdoor terrace. Recommended.

07/12/2025: I came to this restaurant today, December 7, 2025, with my mom because we were in Turin for a day trip. Inspired by the menu, the photos of the dishes online, and the proximity to the Mao Museum, we booked for 1:30 PM, since we would be visiting the exhibition at 3:30 PM. Once we arrived, they made us wait until 2:00 PM for a table. After a good 20 minutes, only one of the two appetizers arrived (we had ordered the same ones). After numerous requests and some incompetent staff, my dish arrived 20 minutes later, claiming my order had been lost. Despite this long wait, there was no effort to get the next orders delivered on time. We asked several times, and the only response was "they're coming," even in an annoyed tone. For the first course, we waited AN HOUR. My ravioli had no sauce, but the rice was decent. After all this, the second course was also wrong. We had ordered meatballs and a pie. The waitress showed up with the meatballs and cotechino, and once we pointed out that neither of us had asked for cotechino, we were told it was impossible and we were making the mistake (neither of us likes cotechino, so how could we have ever ordered it?). We were really disappointed. I'm a waitress by profession, and I have a lot of respect for this profession, but up until a certain point, the staff here were truly unprofessional and incompetent. We won't be returning, nor will we recommend it. It's a shame because the place was actually beautiful inside.

06/12/2025: Terrible service. We booked and waited 45 minutes because they couldn't get us a table. The braised meat was cold and the bill was incredibly high.

31/08/2025: I went to this bar on Friday morning and had breakfast with a croissant and a coffee. If I had to make a short list: - The place isn't too big and is a bit vintage. It could use a few minor changes, like brightening it up a bit, but overall it's fine. - Regular service: Since there were a few people ahead of me, both at the counter and at tables, they served me within 5 minutes. - Coffee: It was hot, and they made me a Lavazza, which is one of my favorites. - Croissaint: I had the chocolate one, and it was good and fresh. - Bathroom: I used the bathroom and found it clean. - Prices: Average - Staff: Friendly - Pastries: I'm not a big fan of sweets, but if you like them, you'll find something you'll like. Positive experience, I recommend!

20/07/2025: It took me 30 minutes to order, I asked what was left, made my choice, then waited another 10 minutes until they told me they'd run out of the items I'd ordered. We left, which was a shame because I saw some beautiful, and I imagine delicious, croissants passing by.

09/12/2025: A place that reflects the typical Limone tradition in every way. Friday night dinner for five, and despite this, the dishes came out very good and quickly, and above all, all together. The service and hospitality are top-notch. If you're in the area or spending the weekend, it's definitely worth a try.
