11/11/2025: My friend and I stopped by today. I had hazelnut and pistachio gelato, spectacular. Next bike ride, I want to try other flavors, all very inviting.

05/11/2025: We stopped in for coffee in the early afternoon. We pay close attention to coffee—the quality, the preparation, and the serving—and I must say we truly appreciated both the blend and the preparation. We'll keep it as a go-to for future visits.

26/10/2025: Saturday 25/10 order placed at 7.05pm no. 2436 simple sandwich + chips + nuggets and water at 8.15pm it had not yet been processed.

26/10/2025: Disorganized, I waited in line for 30 minutes, then got to the McDonald's Drive-Thru and was told the ATM wasn't working. Couldn't the situation have been handled differently instead of making people queue for nothing? Anyway, thank goodness we had cash behind us... awful! P.S. The guard outside, instead of being left there smoking, could have been used to warn people, right?

23/11/2025: If only there were ZERO stars. By 19:45, I order 4 pizzas, receipt at 19:51. At 20:11, I ask how they're doing—not even in the oven, but rolled out. I apologize for not asking how long they'd take, but if you know it'll take you half an hour, don't dismiss me with "it's Saturday night." Obviously, no sign of even a refund. Unclassifiable! Advice: If you see someone isn't a regular customer, you should at least let them know that 4 pizzas take 30 minutes! ===== Notes for the merchant's response ==== Sorry, I'm feeling a bit cold today and thinking more carefully. Maybe I was also wrong in not asking you for an estimate delivery time right away, and you didn't know I was in a hurry. However, since I'm not a regular customer, seeing an "empty" place when I walked in (not realizing the business is only a delivery service), I thought, "Well, they'll make 4 pizzas right away." I think it's perfectly reasonable to notify someone you know isn't a regular at your store about the delivery time. As for the refund, no worries, with €28 you've practically bought a review. I'm neither rich nor poor. If you'd wanted to, you would have said something or made the gesture right then and there, even if it had just been a "coupon" for next time, so we could have given ourselves a second chance. I repeat, it's also my fault. I was in a real hurry and thought I'd get it in 5 minutes, but I didn't like the customer's handling. Peace.

13/07/2025: For work I was in the square this afternoon and after work I had a ginseng choosing this bar and I have not regretted it, I found kindness, smiles, simplicity and if I were to return I would try them, thanks for being true💋

04/07/2025: I've been a loyal customer at Bar Tinello for years. In my experience, the drinks are quality (cold beer at 2,035 meters) with a view of the magnificent Sestriere mountains. The service is top-notch, with well-trained, helpful, and smiling waiters, which is a luxury in Sestriere. I recommend a delicious aperitivo with a good beer and a platter of cold cuts. Compliments to the bar manager.

03/04/2026: I’m only here to rate the hot chocolate! It’s the only reason I drop down into San Sicario when I’m in the Vialattea. It is quite literally the BEST hot chocolate on the mountain. It’s basically a dessert! Highly recommend.

22/03/2026: Unfortunately, I went twice, and both times they gave me a general receipt with no breakfast details and a CRAZY price. A coffee, a kids' foam, a croissant, and a donut: 10 euros. I hope they change their approach; more transparency is needed.

12/03/2026: I'll start by saying that the lady who served me at the self-service restaurant was incredibly nice, describing the dishes I'd missed. Unfortunately, I met a gentleman at the cash register (I think the owner) who, once I'd finished the bill, a main course with a side dish and a strudel, saw me putting down the dessert because I hadn't reached the total amount... he looked at me and said, "Well, that's not allowed!"... I didn't think I'd have to spend €27 for a main course plus a dessert, so I had to put down the strudel, and the guy, instead of understanding, ended up embarrassing me after sharing my financial problems. He looked like his car had just been stolen... good food, terrible owner... those people who look at you like you're an alien and then turn around and laugh and joke with their friends... confirmed by the fact that I used the money I had left to buy a coffee, and the dead face quickly returned to his face. Sure, it's reassuring that it's in a great location and will always have customers, but if you're looking for a little warmth and a smile, then avoid this place... there are plenty of them.

10/03/2026: The owner has a black belt for rudeness, and the food is so poor value for money that it ruined a refuge in a fantastic location. The place is fine for a beer or hot chocolate at the end of the day to enjoy the last descent.

01/04/2026: I don't understand why the restaurant is doing so well; the chicken in the takeout kitchen is rotten.

22/08/2025: Excellent lakefront restaurant. Accessible from both the Rose campsite and the external road. Excellent dishes with a good seasonal selection. Good wine selection. Very friendly and professional service. Donatella, the chef, besides preparing excellent dishes, is friendly and welcoming. A lovely place for both lunch and dinner. Highly recommended.

06/08/2025: The pizzas were adequately sized, but the quality was extremely poor. The spaghetti portion was so small that I asked if they were serious. On top of that, they charged €13 even for the smaller children's spaghetti. In short, nothing about this place was right. I absolutely do not recommend it! There are much better alternatives nearby.

23/10/2025: Nice place, the only flaw being that it's a bit noisy, perhaps due to the large crowd that evening. It's worth it, though, as I found the pizza to be very good and well-cooked. I recommend it.

18/10/2025: Terrible service, I waited over an hour for a pizza.

03/05/2026: The pizza is not bad but maybe a little expensive, the beers are also a little expensive and it's Menabrea on tap.

31/01/2026: Polenta and sausage, polenta and braised beef, and lamb chops, all beautifully cooked and accompanied by a delicious plate of grilled vegetables! We had a great time, the staff were friendly, and the service was quick. I recommend it.

07/02/2026: HORRIBLE! Rude staff. We say hello (obviously without a response) and ask the waitress if we can sit at a table, but she responds with a huff and a huff in an annoyed and rude manner. So we move to the bar next door (where they were nice), and as we walk away, we hear the waitress loudly commenting on what happened with her colleague, using discriminatory and offensive terms.
