10/07/2025: Good morning, First of all, this review is written because you didn't even have the courtesy to respond to our complaint email. Therefore, we would like to express our disappointment with your service on June 22nd. We celebrated our son's First Communion at your restaurant with a reservation made on March 5th, so with plenty of advance notice. We already celebrated our daughter's First Communion there two years ago, and since we had a great time, we decided to return without looking elsewhere. Upon our arrival, we were offered a grilled sausage, which was clearly leftover from Saturday's party. We then asked for beer (given the heat, not everyone enjoyed drinking wine) but were told it had run out (there was only one!!!) due to the party the day before. Wine was also unavailable, even though we had already ordered Arneis and Dolcetto. The Arneis had run out the night before, so with no other options, we had to order Chardonnay. In my opinion, it's unacceptable for a place to be without beer and wine. The appetizers were truly poor quality; the vitello tonnato had a sauce that wasn't fresh, two pieces of very thin pastry with leeks, cheap raw meat, and four tiny pieces of cheese. The tajarin arrived cold, and a portion was barely a spoonful without even sauce. The strawberry rice was stringy and tasteless... inedible. The hazelnut roast was truly awful; fatty meat boiled in hazelnut broth... The tart I ordered (which, of course, is also useful for taking photos at parties) arrived on a small plate that obviously couldn't be photographed, and the rest of the portions were already prepared on plates!! Furthermore, it wasn't a tart at all, but a blue pastry with a cream that was already half-melted from the heat because it definitely hadn't been refrigerated (hopefully it won't harm anyone). Let's add that the special menu for people with intolerances was truly awful. Unfortunately, we invited friends and family and made a terrible impression, and we were truly disappointed. However, since other customers were also there, we didn't want to say anything today out of respect for your business. However, we honestly paid hundreds of euros, and we honestly don't think it's fair because it's way too much for the food we were served. The girl who served us was very kind and helpful, especially since she was the only one serving and didn't stop for a second. You definitely lost our children's confirmations and all 20 customers with us that day...

18/10/2025: Even though we had a coffee... each... for €4.90, the owner refused to let us pay by card... and said he doesn't accept card payments under €20. I asked where this rule is written... he replied that he says it verbally when you pay. So if you come here... bring cash, otherwise they won't charge you... Question: but now that it's mandatory to pay any amount by card, is it possible to do this???

16/07/2025: I got a kebab from them about a year ago, and the kebab came out of a white box under the counter and was reheated in the microwave. They were stingy with the quantities, and the kebab tasted like rubber, and I was sick for several days... I hope you can make an informed decision about whether to take the risk of going to a place like this.

22/08/2025: Spacious restaurant in the town center. The decor is unusual, but it's a shame that on more than one occasion we had to get up to leave. Of course, we waited and tried several times to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they're just too slow and disorganized.

03/09/2025: Terrible experience. I came to this bar with my boyfriend and two friends: one ordered water and mints, the other a bottle of water, while the two of us didn't want anything. The blonde waitress spoke rudely to us, saying, "This is a bar, drinks are mandatory." So I asked for two sweets and was told the minimum order was €1.50 (unheard of). Since I didn't have cash, I asked my friend to get me a bag of chips, which we then split. When we sat down, the owner (I presume) came over and asked my boyfriend what he wanted to order. I explained to her that we had already gotten the chips and were sharing them, but she responded very rudely, telling me to shut up and that she was talking to him. I started to get nervous and asked her if it was "illegal" to share a bag of chips, and she said yes, adding that the bar is her house and that it was up to her to decide whether I should speak or not, even going so far as to say offensive things about my mother when I walked away and threatening to call the police. At this point, I waited for her to call them, and rightly so, no one came. What was she supposed to say? "Hi, the customer ordered a bag of chips for two"? Do you think they would arrest me? Oh well. After several insults, saying I'm rude, a liar, and disrespectful, she even approached me with a threatening air. When my boyfriend and I split up, she even told my friends, "If she didn't have any money, you could have just said so." Now I want to know, after the whole drama over a bag of chips, if I had come to you and said, "I don't have any money," would you have left me sitting? No. Someone who has no money doesn't go to a bar. I had money, but I prefer to spend it in bars where the staff is more polite and kind. This behavior was unacceptable in my opinion: we felt treated with disrespect and without any professionalism. I won't be returning, and I don't recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and respectful place. Not to mention the prices, which in my opinion are too high.

03/09/2025: My experience at this bar was unfortunately very negative. I was with some friends and one of their boyfriends: I ordered a bottle of water, my friend a mint water and a bag of crisps, while the other two had no intention of consuming anything. At that point, the staff approached us in a rude and unprofessional tone. Subsequently, a senior employee insisted that we needed to consume at least €1.50 per person. An unpleasant discussion ensued: instead of handling the situation with courtesy, they became arrogant and aggressive, even going so far as to threaten to call the police for no valid reason. The scene escalated further, with offensive remarks directed not only at my friend but also at her family members, and even approaching my friend as if raising their hands and saying "shut up." Such behavior from the staff is unacceptable in a business that should welcome customers with kindness and politeness.

12/10/2025: Disappointing Experience I had noticed this restaurant some time ago and had fond memories of it. Management had recently changed, I was told, and with it, the atmosphere. I booked through the link here that redirects to TheFork on Google, which asked me for confirmation just hours beforehand. However, when I arrived, the person at the door reacted rather arrogantly, saying that nothing had been found and that "he already told them to remove it, but they don't listen" (almost blaming me, as if it were my fault). No apology, just an annoyed tone, despite the reservation being perfectly visible on Google and no one asking me about it. Once we were seated, the waiter served cutlery and placemats brusquely, slamming everything on the table (buccheri, bread, wine) and huffing and puffing. Frankly, I felt more like a burden, as if I were a nuisance, than welcomed. The pasta e fagioli had an acidic aftertaste and wasn't to my liking; To be fair, I'll refrain from speculating on the reason, even though I have my own idea, but I preferred not to continue with the dish. No one asked why it had remained almost untouched. The other dishes, as noted in other reviews, were poor value for money. The only positive note: the two waitresses, very courteous and helpful, made things a bit easier. In short, I was attracted by the old reviews and photos of the dishes, but I think the atmosphere has changed, and the management certainly has. Personally, I don't think I'll return, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

03/10/2025: The quality has dropped quite a bit. The appetizers are still good, but the first courses are tasteless, often bland. Very limited vegetarian options. Even the wines don't seem to be that high quality. They're also expensive. It's a shame because this place seemed promising at first.

08/03/2025: Apericena x la festa delle donne molto deludente L'aperitivo spritz servito in un bicchiere da acqua e imbevibile Il tagliere lasciato praticamente pieno non siamo riuscite a mangiare quasi nulla pizza ,focaccia non di giornata panzerotto gommoso e il tutto unto e freddo ritagli di torte salate immangiabili tre fette di salame milano che non abbiamo mangiato, una ciotola pasta scondita e riscaldata che non siamo riusciti a mangiare dopo il primo boccone Ci dispiace molto esperienza da non rifare

09/02/2025: An enviable location in an Olivetti building. Service was subpar: €1 per person to cut the cake we bought and brought to them before my daughter's birthday party. A total of €17 more... on top of the cost of the aperitif. They should have let us know when booking.

15/08/2025: I've never written reviews for any restaurant, but I feel compelled to. I ordered two pizzas a couple of months ago, €38, heavily topped, and so large that I couldn't even finish them, even folded in the box due to their size. Since we were so happy with the service months ago, and since we were new customers (I'm not mistaken, we even had a discount with a flyer handed out with the discount), we ordered three more pizzas this evening, almost €50, literally without toppings, thin as a sheet of paper, the dough half-raw, full of oil, and a burnt edge, and one of the pizzas was even missing one of the chosen ingredients. I ordered a beer, which arrived hot and undrinkable, and the Coke was ice cold; I don't see the point. I don't know if the management or the chef has changed in recent months, but this evening it felt like we'd bought the lowest-quality frozen pizzas on the market, put them in a box, and delivered them. It's a shame. Judging by the photos on the website, you'd expect excellent quality pizzas. Unfortunately, from what I've seen, not all that glitters is gold. This will be the last time we'll order from you.

18/02/2025: We booked for 6 people. A very disappointing evening. After placing our order, we waited over forty minutes. We asked why the appetizer hadn't arrived yet. They told us we had to wait, as they were busy. We said, "Bring us the pizzas first." They arrogantly replied, "But you have to wait over half an hour."

07/09/2025: Poor attention to service, but above all poor quality dishes.

14/08/2025: In a restaurant, service can be slow, awkward, and even a little absent, but when the food is terrible, nothing can be saved. I gave two stars for the veal with tuna sauce and the house-complimentary entrée; the rest is completely forgettable. My wife's (beaten?) egg was embarrassing, with two asparagus spears that were so rubbery they couldn't even be cut. The real treat was her tagliolini, overcooked and with ingredients thrown onto the plate almost haphazardly, and my gnocchi (edible if homemade) with burnt guanciale. Of course, all of this was pointed out to the waiter, who couldn't find any excuse other than the one I offered: "A bad night can happen." We will never return to this place, not even with a super promotion from "The Fork," because we haven't been this dissatisfied with a dinner in years. As everyone has pointed out, the service is very slow.
