15/07/2024: Unspeakable place 😡 especially the lady in charge of the orders, having booked well in advance we were told that during the party they only made pizzas, when we arrived on site and sat down we saw dishes passing by. After about an hour of waiting and seeing the others customers who arrived after us and had already been served, again with rudeness we were asked what we had ordered, even though the order taker had taken the order 😡 not recommended place 😡 the staff is not up to par.

13/07/2024: Really not recommended place due to the rudeness of the staff. A crazy girl with tongs on her head and greasy hair, after an hour and a half of waiting I point out to her that we had been waiting for the pizzas for too long. They had lost the command and asked me what we had ordered. I told her that she should know and that if the pizzas hadn't arrived we would have left without paying for the beers. Literally badly attacked by this rude lady... if you want to ruin an evening, this is the right place. Sad and embarrassing location with bathrooms worse than the service station Run away!

13/07/2024: Once the pizza was good 🤤 they must have changed with a guy who ordered the smile I know Terrible, I couldn't finish it, very salty, the cherry tomatoes that were once on the pizza and gave a sense of freshness to this summer pizza were non-existent... too bad I won't order again

14/03/2024: The chocolate was great! I find myself forced to give one star due to the behavior of one of the bartenders, who, in a fit of sympathy, made a point of insulting a person I was with. I'll spare the details of the event for decency, but here, I wouldn't give money to certain characters.

11/03/2024: Pleasant environment and helpful waiters, shame about the terrible low quality industrial food. A beautiful showcase as it appears but the quality is terrible, I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend it.

21/07/2024: I can't count the ambience because I used Just Eat. Worst pizza I've eaten since living in Turin. Insignificant salami, gorgonzola... who knows? Greasy to stain almost half a cardboard... Never again.

11/06/2024: Negative experience, I will never go to this place again... instead of salads they brought us chips, there could also be a mistake, we started eating the chips without complaining, the lady arrived and took the plates of chips, realizing the I'm wrong, he picked up the ones that had fallen on the table with his hands and took them to two other customers because it was them... I had to get up and go to the counter to order the drink because they didn't listen to you in the slightest...

21/08/2024: Great place to have an aperitif, with good things to eat.

10/08/2024: I had gone on other occasions, for breakfast and coffee. We decided to stop for a pre-lunch aperitif. After 15 minutes of waiting at the outdoor table, I go in to ask if I should order at the counter and they tell me that "the girls" will come. In reality we saw only one girl bringing drinks to other tables, a gentleman setting the table for lunch and greeting us without asking anything, the same girl occasionally involved in the preparations for lunch, who never came close to our table . At a certain point a second girl appeared, also involved in cleaning and preparing tables. It was 12 and, while other people were having their aperitifs, we waited another 20 minutes, then we got bored and decided to have both the aperitif and lunch elsewhere.

09/07/2024: We organized a catering in Gallarate with them. They were impeccable, brought trays of sandwiches and pizzas, juices, sparkling wines and desserts. Beautiful glass service. Friendly and fast. I recommend anyone to get informed!

23/08/2024: Nous allons régulièrement dans ce restaurant familial depuis de nombreuses années. Le cadre est magnifique et reposant. Ce restaurant hors du temps propose des plats traditionnels simples et bons. Le personnel a un potentiel d'amabilité qu'il utilise avec parcimonie mais le service sans être des plus rapides est efficace.

06/08/2024: Nice terrace right on the lake; nice setting. Rather inspiring traditional/ typical menu choice. Fair quality and value for money. Service pretty approximate.. smiling is not in the menu .. ie friendliness and smiling seems to have been banned by the property - especially the old manager sitting behind the glass cashier post …

10/08/2024: I had already known for years, what can I say, the girl who serves you, who has been there for many years, very kind, very good, brioches of a unique refinement, special coffee, excellent service and a nice environment

22/07/2024: Da evitare,se andavo ad una mensa avrei mangiato meglio.... Locale sporco,piatti poveri ed insipidi... Per non parlare del bagno,un odore sgradevole

08/05/2024: C’erano pelli da per tutto siamo andati con gli amici dopo lavoro e abbiamo trovato veramente piu di 3 pelli in diversi piati!! Invece nel formaggio grattugiato c’erano le formiche dentro!! Faceva tutto schifo, una copia di vecchi da 80 anni che vogliono lavorare ma purtroppo non hanno piu la età!

27/07/2024: Every time I'm in the center of Turin it's a regular stop, their coffee macchiato is the best I've ever drunk, creamy and served in a slightly larger cup, I also tried the vegan brioche with jam and it was excellent, with a filling plentiful.

21/07/2024: Place to avoid at all costs. 20 minutes to be served while the terrace is deserted. 2 cans of Coke = 10 euros! Tourist trap!

01/05/2024: I have always gone to get pizzas, for my convenience, and I have always found them excellent. Kind and fast people.
