Trattoria Cappelverde In Alessandria

Sabato sera, cena organizzata all'ultimo momento, dove andare per mangiare un buon piatto con un buon bicchiere di vino? Antico Cappelverde ovviamente, chiamo e anche se era un orario un po' al limite ci accolgono con serenità e professionalità. Partiamo col dire che hanno rinnovato la carta (lo fanno spesso seguendo la stagionalità di prodotti e tempo), assaggiamo la tartare Ca'di mat col tuorlo croccante e gocce di robiola di Roccaverano e la tradizione ( un mix di antipasti piemontesi). Primi i loro agnolotti di stufato col loro sugo fatto come la nonna comanda, e gnocchi alla carbonara monferrina, particolari e golosi. Alziamo il tiro con i secondi, la loro bistecca Milano senza osso, la mia esente contorni era 540gr, e il fiocco di filetto con salsa di gamba di pernice..... Spettacolari entrambi. Tavolata da 6, abbiamo fatto fatica, ma abbiamo portato a casa la vittoria con lo stupore genuino del titolare. Non abbiamo preso il dolce, non ci stava più nulla. Concludendo, conto più che giusto, con una qualità altissima e ricerca costante di nuovi piatti della tradizione piemontese ormai dimenticati. Lo stra consiglio a tutti di andarci, non rimarrete delusi, anzi......

I booked a dinner for my nephew's birthday. There were 15 people, and I was almost certain it would be a wonderful evening. Wow, what a carefully decorated room, the fabulous menu, and everything was super welcoming. I highly recommend it. Thanks to Mrs. Carlotta and Matteo. The guests were extremely satisfied.

Bel locale. Tranquillo. Personale cortese. Cibo ottimo!! In particolare antipasti e primi. Pulito. Unico neo,ma proprio a voler essere pignoli, l'ingresso del bagno nel caso di una carrozzina. Comunque tutto facilmente risolvibile. Da tornarci. Sicuramente!!!

I went on Saturday, January 25th, to attend the murder mystery dinner show, in addition to dinner. The dinner was good, except the meat was served cold, which wasn't the best. The show was pleasant and entertaining.

Awesome Christmas Lunch We went to Cappelverde's Christmas lunch. What can I say? It's always a guarantee of quality, friendliness, and hospitality. Going to this place truly feels like home. The owners, in addition to knowing how to cook and using excellent ingredients, know how to welcome and make you feel pampered from start to finish, even with 70 people in the dining room. The wait staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and polite, even when faced with awkward situations. Fabulous appetizers, the agnolotti are always top-notch, not to mention the perfectly cooked risotto. I was absolutely stuffed by the main course... my kids shared it😂 The panettone pudding was amazing, that's why I found a spot! Casa Cappelverde, as they like to call themselves, truly smells like grandma's house. Highly recommended! It's a crime not to go.

A small restaurant that exudes a warm welcome, magnificent and very kind staff, I went there these days and unfortunately, having health problems, they met my every need, I felt at home, there were eleven of us for dinner and given my situation they even thought of offering me dinner, I was speechless, a gesture like that in this period where taxes for every business increase every day really made me understand how special people the owners of this restaurant are! I went to a social dinner, but the appetizers were okay, the micro-plate of green lasagna was passable, the roast beef with potatoes was cold and forgettable, and the tiramisu was incredible! I'm not even considering the tables at different heights side by side. I don't think I could rate it differently! I knew a Cappelverde restaurant with refined and creative cuisine. I'll be back for an à la carte dinner! However, even social dinners require a bit of attention.
