12/06/2025: I went to the Mcdrive on foot in the morning at 3 to order a sandwich, because at the Mcdrive in Certosa they always made me order, the very rude and impolite manager invited me not only to go to the Mcdrive in Certosa (if it had been open I would have done so) but also to urge me to find a bike that if I returned with it he would give me the sandwich. 29/05/2025: It is not a 5-star restaurant but it deserves 5 stars as a historic tavern that keeps tradition alive. Today I had lunch with really good farinata and boiled tongue with green sauce "bagnet" if I remember correctly and I was satisfied. I would say a stop to make if you pass by here. I had been there 30 years ago and I returned gladly remembering the old flavors

13/04/2025: I write this review with regret, because I have very positive memories of this restaurant, visited about eight years ago, always in January. At the time I was struck by the welcoming atmosphere, with the fireplace lit, grilled meat and typical dishes of the area, many of which were based on truffles. Returning this year, I unfortunately found a general decline in attention and care, both in the environment and in the gastronomic offer. The fireplace was turned off, and the meat was prepared exclusively on the griddle — which, in my opinion, does not offer the same experience. The menu offered first courses such as carbonara and amatriciana, good but common, easily available elsewhere. What I missed was precisely the identity of the territory: no proposals linked to truffles, which years ago were instead the protagonist of the menu. Furthermore, the service showed some rigidity right from the start, with the waiter placing limits on our choice of dishes ("this one yes, this one no"), generating a sense of disorientation. In cases like these, it would be useful to set up an external blackboard or an updated menu that informs customers about real availability, allowing an informed choice right at the entrance. The selection was limited and, personally, I did not find enough stimulation in the menu to fully enjoy the meal. I chose the bare minimum out of courtesy, but then concluded lunch elsewhere, where I was able to enjoy tastings of truffles and fresh local cured meats. I'm sorry to have to express a negative opinion, but I hope that this review will be accepted as a constructive contribution. The place has great potential, also due to its beauty and tourist location, and I sincerely hope to be able to return there one day and rediscover the quality and authenticity that I had appreciated in the past. I write with affection and with the hope of a future relaunch.

23/05/2025: I put a star because otherwise I wouldn't even put one. I made an online order to be delivered to my home.. accepted and everything and they give me more or less the arrival time (by the way, the rider is not traceable). I wait for the arrival time but nothing.. after minutes of delay I try to contact the place several times but nothing, no one answers. After an hour from the order time I had no other choice than to cancel the order made since there were no updates. Order already paid by the way, shameful.

19/05/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale per un pranzo di famiglia. Locale vintage, servizio fatto con poco amore, piatti poco invitanti. Poco e niente viene fatto in casa, e quel poco è imbarazzante (un crostino con formaggio e due asparagi freddi adagiati sopra o dei cavolfiori, evidentemente non proprio di stagione a maggio, conditi con del formaggio simil gorgonzola molto forte). Secondo gommoso e patate secche. Proprio niente di buono! In più ai bambini viene data una fetta di prosciutto scadente e delle tagliatelle da supermercato e viene fatto pagare €15 a bambino. Bello il prato in esterno, peccato per igiochi per bambini vecchi e rotti, piuttosto pericolosi!

18/05/2025: E forse una stellina è già troppo... un menù scritto con tutt altro la Crespella con Asparagi era un crostino di pane scaldato... Il parco antistante fatiscente con I giochi distrutti e un altalena non fissata al terreno di fronte ad un albero!!! Dulcis in fondo mio figlio cadendo si pianta una spina di un rovo privo di cura e chiedendo l acqua ossigenata e mi danno un flacone scaduto nel 2019.... mai più!!! Il servizio al tavolo delle due signore a dir poco maleducato mal sopportano i bambini e forse il parco è un modo per eliminarli...Sconsigliato!! Da iscrivere a Cucine da Incubo!!

01/04/2025: Visited for the first time, I liked the welcome and the food but above all the simple environment; many Japanese restaurants exaggerate with sumptuous furnishings, inflating the price of the menu and cover charge. Dogs allowed and great price. I'll be back.

17/03/2025: Domenica h18:00, aperitivo in due. Ci fanno accomodare, un tizio dietro dagli affettati fuma con aria annoiata la sigaretta elettronica, manco saluta. Quando ci considerano, ordiniamo 1 tagliere, e 2 calici di vino. I bicchieri sono sporchi, tutti e due. La cameriera viene dopo un po, due volte a vedere se può portare via le cose dal tavolo con tagliere non finito e vini nel bicchiere. Non c'era gente in coda fuori x sedersi! Alla cassa facciamo notare la questione dei bicchieri e ci dicono che dovevamo dirlo. A me hanno insegnato che prima di servire una bevanda occorre controllare il bicchiere che sia ok, sia per non fare brutta figura che per non sprecare il vino. Totale disattenzione a tutto. Un locale pessimo, ma molto trendy e alla moda per chi questi dettagli non li guarda.
