A beautiful trip to Alpe Devero ended with equal beauty at Vecchio Scarpone! 🥾 We called after 2:00 PM to ask if there was any possibility of eating typical local dishes, since almost all the refuges in the natural park are closed during the week. The chef Elena and her staff welcomed us with great enthusiasm, offering us SUPERLATIVELY GOOD dishes and delicacies!!!! 😍😍😍😍 Thank you so much for helping us end this wonderful day with complete satisfaction 😃

I stayed at this hotel for two nights in the superior double room. The room was apparently recently renovated and was extremely clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows, and a super-functional and comfortable bathroom and shower. Perhaps the temperature was a little low. I dined one evening in the hotel restaurant, choosing a menu specially designed for the festival held on the weekend of November 2nd in Baceno. The dishes all featured local ingredients, were well-executed, and presented as expected. I ate truly well. Breakfast was quite varied and had everything you could need. The restaurant and hotel staff were always courteous, smiling, and helpful. Convenient on-site parking is available.
