01/12/2025: I had a kofta sandwich for dinner, and aside from the fact that it took forever to make it, the ground meat was half-burned and even made me sick the next day. The meat, however, is of dubious origin (he says he gets it from the Islamic butcher next door), but if you offer pork as a menu option (the first time I've found a kebab shop that offers it), there's little reason to believe the rest of the meat is truly halal. I'm sorry, but this negative review was necessary.

02/05/2026: Personally, I found all the first courses excellent. For dessert, we had zabaglione, and it was delicious. Unfortunately, the second courses, which, being the most expensive dishes, should be the highlights, were a thousand times inferior to the first courses and desserts. The braised beef should have been cooked longer. While the fillet, despite being ordered rare, arrived medium rare, with not even a hint of pink in it, it was a bit dry. I recommend the restaurant, but I strongly advise against the second courses given their cost and poor quality.

28/04/2026: Hotel on the outskirts of Pinerolo's historic center. Basic, comfortable, and clean rooms, but the bathroom in the one we were assigned was a bit dated and perhaps in need of an overhaul or modernization. The breakfast was excellent, varied, and very good. Convenient on-site parking. Overall, a good hotel.

09/11/2025: In the center of town, inside the castle walls, I believe, there's this beautiful restaurant spread over several floors. It offers mainly traditional Piedmontese cuisine, with a limited selection, but I fully agree with their approach to quality. Everything tastes good, nothing to complain about. I must compliment the excellent rabbit in Arneis, a meat that requires considerable culinary skill. It's truly a wonderful dish, and you can tell the kitchen is run by experienced, elderly women. If I ever get the chance, I'd definitely stop by again. The price is average for the location. Perhaps we forget, but here we are in one of the most enchanting places in the world.
