07/07/2025: Great place for aperitif dinner! It has many varieties of food and it's all excellent!! You may also find Sardinian pork, while you often find a good parmigiana (old recipe from my mother!!) The staff is very attentive to the needs of the customers and very friendly. The chef is spectacular!!! Highly recommended!!!!

22/06/2025: We have been going there for several years, but yesterday we met for an aperitif with friends, as always we had a great time. Excellent food at the buffet and staff always available. With us there was a celiac person who managed to eat anyway under the advice of the staff. Recommended.

18/06/2025: We went there for dinner. We had made a reservation via email from Germany. 5 people. There were two different menus to choose from, including a vegan one. The food was outstanding, the service excellent; we were truly blown away. If we're in the area again, this will be our first choice.

18/06/2025: Excellent food. The young waitresses provided excellent service and spoke perfect English. Beautiful property. Unfortunately, the kitchen doesn't have opening hours. And you have to keep an eye on the dogs when driving.

07/02/2025: This evening too we stopped to eat a good pizza at IL RUSTICO. We recently moved and found this pizzeria, and it has become our go-to place. Few seats, specialized on appearance and delivery, but since we are not right around the corner we prefer to sit and eat by oven light! The owner is a very calm and kind person, the staff is made up of young and very courteous guys, this makes this place very fresh. The pizzas are very good but what we appreciate is the variety of the special pizzas. I find that there is a lot of imagination, different combinations than usual....not the usual banal "crazes". Confirmed by what the owner told me, that is, one of the "occasional" pizzas, the pizza of the month, born for fun has become a pizza at La Carta. Well done, have fun! I recommend it, we will definitely be back!

04/02/2025: Pizza, good prices and sandwiches, only problem was the service, the delivery man arrived 25 minutes late, so the food was COLD, Ordered at 7.30pm, arrived at 8pm.

28/06/2025: Enttäuschendes Erlebnis im Ca’del Re – nie wieder! Unser Besuch im Ca’del Re war leider ein Reinfall auf ganzer Linie. Trotz vorheriger Reservierung wurde uns der gewünschte Tisch einfach nicht zugewiesen – keinerlei Entschuldigung, keine Lösung, einfach Ignoranz. Besonders ärgerlich war die vollkommen unflexible Haltung des Servicepersonals: Wir waren zu viert und wollten gerne zwei Menüs teilen, was in vielen guten Restaurants absolut üblich ist. Nicht so hier. Uns wurde unmissverständlich mitgeteilt, dass jeder ein komplettes Menü bestellen müsse – kein Entgegenkommen, kein Verständnis, nur starre Regeln, die offenbar vor allem dazu dienen, möglichst viel Geld aus den Gästen zu pressen. Das Ganze wirkte wie reine Touristenabzocke. Wer nicht bereit ist, sich auf Gäste einzulassen und stattdessen nur Umsatz maximieren will, hat unser Geld und unsere Zeit nicht verdient. Fazit: Das Ca’del Re lebt vielleicht von seiner Lage, aber sicher nicht von Gastfreundschaft oder Servicekultur. Wir kommen ganz sicher nicht wieder – und raten jedem, der Wert auf ein angenehmes kulinarisches Erlebnis legt, dringend ab.

03/06/2025: Sono stata con la famiglia in questo posto splendido per festeggiare il mio compleanno: scelto totalmente a scatola chiusa, è stata una vera rivelazione! Abbiamo pranzato in giardino, sotto un grande ciliegio, il personale è stato da subito cordiale e pronto per ogni esigenza ( abbiamo una bimba piccola). Menù sia tradizionale che più sperimentale: provati entrambi, impeccabili su tutta la linea! Prezzo nella media della zona ed equo per la qualità del cibo e del servizio.

13/07/2025: After a motorcycle ride, we stopped for lunch. The polenta with sausage and mushrooms was good, as were the other dishes, but the highlight for me was the apple pie with chocolate chips. A generous slice, tasty, soft, and slightly sweet, so much so that I enjoyed another... ...who knows if they'll be back tomorrow? Service was prompt.

01/07/2025: I stopped for lunch after a hike on Mottarone.. it was very hot I had a focaccia with cheese and ham.. kind service. Good quality food. When it's less hot I will definitely come back to try the dishes of the kitchen. Honest prices. Beautiful view I recommend it

14/04/2025: Ristorante con personale gentile e serio, dove il trattamento è UMANO, a differenza di quei ristoranti tipo AMAZON dove devi ordinare con il Tablet o App, dove il cibo ti arriva tutto assieme oppure non ti arriva affatto e NON sai con chi reclamare. Questo RISTORANTE E' SUPERCONSIGLIATO.

05/04/2025: Restaurant with kind and serious staff, where the treatment is HUMANE, unlike those AMAZON-type restaurants where you have to order with the Tablet or App, where the food arrives all together or doesn't arrive at all and you DON'T know who to complain to. This RESTAURANT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

19/05/2025: I came back here to let some friends try a pizza that I really liked. Unfortunately, the positive experience was not repeated. My pizza was very good, my friends' pizza a little less so. In fact, a wrong pizza arrived, missing the sausage, so we asked the waitress if it was possible to add it. The pizza was taken back, reluctantly, and returned to the table with the raw sausage. Unfortunately, it was not edible. I'm sorry because the other pizzas were good
