15/10/2025: My husband and I had lunch there today and really enjoyed it. The food was really good, the service was friendly, the price was fair, and the environment was clean, especially the restrooms. This is very important, as in a public place, restroom hygiene must be as high as that of the kitchen area. I highly recommend it to everyone.
We'll definitely be back.
29/09/2025: It's not just a bar, it's also a village shop where you can find a bit of everything, from tobacco to newspapers to local products, and even excellent beer from the brewery next door. A lovely outdoor terrace overlooking the village and the castle. Very fair prices; two glasses of excellent Favorita with a platter of appetizers for €7 is something you won't find anywhere else. The owner is very kind.

12/04/2026: We were on a trip with friends and our big dog. We decided to make a reservation, and we were right! The owner was very nice and friendly, and the waitress was equally as kind and friendly. Excellent food, everything from appetizer to dessert was delicious. If you're ever in the area, make a reservation! You won't regret it!
Highly recommended.

05/12/2025: A truly excellent café! The cappuccinos are among the best I've ever had: creamy, balanced, and perfectly prepared. Marina is always extremely kind and professional; you can tell she loves her job and does it with great skill. The lunches are also impeccable: tasty, carefully prepared, and always fresh. From the service to the atmosphere, everything is absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!

09/12/2025: We ate here three consecutive nights: the food was delicious (we had appetizers, main courses, and desserts, all spectacular), with slight menu changes from night to night, allowing us to always try something new. The place was very nice, the staff was friendly and helpful. The prices were fair.
19/10/2025: Good morning, I was for lunch a few Sundays ago. As soon as we arrived, we immediately noticed the entrance door with very dirty glass. When we entered, even worse, cobwebs everywhere, very dark room. We asked to pull the curtains but they told us they were creased. Dirty cheese bowl with a portion of cheese and there were 6 of us. And we pointed it out, the only positive note was the girl who served us. We had to ask for the receipt. I absolutely do not recommend it. Mediocre food.

02/06/2026: A year ago, I had an excellent experience and left it 5 stars, but this time, unfortunately, it was a disappointment. The pizza that should have stood out was the worst: the toppings seemed like simple pasta sauce, and it wasn't particularly good either. Considering a €63 bill for four pizzas and a takeout dessert, I definitely expected more. After I pointed this out, the criticism was essentially downplayed. I find it curious that I was asked for a review immediately afterward. The experience didn't live up to expectations.
27/05/2026: Extensive menu, prices in line with the offerings, friendly and responsive staff. A youthful atmosphere makes it a perfect place for dinner with family or friends.

06/04/2026: This restaurant is located right on the ski slopes of Sauze d'Oulx, in the upper part of the town. It's truly ideal for a lunch break between ski runs or to spend the day relaxing under the beautiful sun, like we did today. Surrounded by the mountain scenery, you can enjoy delicious dishes, such as a mix of Piedmontese antipasti, platters of locally sourced cured meats and cheeses, various types of polenta, and the tartiflette, which I found truly amazing. The restaurant, which also serves as a hotel, is family-run with extremely courteous and attentive staff. This historic local business is
a definite must-see for all holidaymakers.
10/03/2026: Thank you for an excellent stay! Our group of 11 friends and family stayed for one week and all had a brilliant holiday. Highly recommend! Nicolo and team ensured we were fully looked after. The chalet has about 10 rooms, all very similar, comfortable and clean. There’s a good sized boot and ski room that’s lockable, great sun-soaked terrace for an Apres ski drink, good sized restaurant serving authentic local food (including great pizzas) and a hearty continental breakfast. Good value for money. Ideally located by the home-run piste, it couldn’t be more ski-in, ski-out! A highlight was a surprise trip to their partnering restaurant on the slopes, via skidoo, for one of our evening dinners.

21/02/2026: It's been a long time since I've been back, the pizza here remains THE number one Neapolitan PIZZA, legendary in its lightness, just like when the legendary Signora Cristina used to make it.
