10/05/2025: Nos dieron boletos de desayuno por el Hotel en el que nos alojábamos - fuimos allí en la primera mañana y la señora que nos ayudó estaba muy infeliz de ver nuestros boletos y fue muy grosero - hay muchos otros lugares para ir en Verbania Pallanza, hazte un gran regalo, SALTA ESTE LUGAR e ir a una pasticcería donde te darán la bienvenida

06/07/2025: We were at the Manta Castle and on the way back we wanted a good ice cream... We relied on Google and found this very good ice cream shop with few flavors but really excellent quality and with really kind staff... We will definitely be back 😃

13/08/2025: The place has a dirty bathroom, and they force people to sit outside. They're sensitive to customer requests, not at all like the old management, who were friendly and the food quality was better. They're also lax on the pizza, and they used extra spicy oil on the capricciosa, which wasn't mentioned on the menu: inedible. Finally, the desserts, despite the receipt, weren't refrigerated and were served melted, tasted bad, and were half missing. I don't recommend it at all; don't go there, they'll ruin your evening.

01/08/2025: A lovely pizzeria in the center of Chivasso, very distinctive and beautifully presented with unique tablecloths and decor. Good Neapolitan-style pizza, light and easy to digest. Service is helpful, although after a certain hour, given the crowds, it can become a bit less attentive. My only complaint is the bathroom, which is really poorly maintained and clashes a bit with the overall feel of the place.

21/07/2025: Everything was fine, except for the pan pizza, which arrived last...and was burnt. Otherwise, the staff were friendly, the place was crowded, and it was very nice. I'd recommend it more for cocktails outside on the lawn with loungers than for dinner. It was a positive experience, and they even gave me a cushion to put my bag on, thanks! The QR code payment option is excellent, allowing each person to pay for their order, with card, cash, or whatever.

07/05/2025: Piola un pò fuori dal centro ma con parcheggio e un personale veramente cortese. Piombiamo dopo la visita alla basilica di Superga è circa l'una e ci dicono di aspettare 10 minuti che un tavolo ce lo trovano e taaaccc ci trovano l'ultimo disponibile, 10 minuti e siamo seduti in questa spettacolare Piola. Tutto casereccio e genuino, vino, acqua, due dolci (zabaione caldo e alcolico insuperabile) tiramisù ottimo, antipasto abbondante e gustosissimo, tagliata di fassona molto buona e due primi gnocchi con fonduta e tajarin salsiccia e porri da leccarsi i baffi. Finito il pranzo ci offrono due tipi di amari e un mirto, messe in tavole le bottiglie pensavo di scoppiare ma ho assaggiato tutti e 3 i liquori ed erano tutti buoni, conto ridicolo, 55 euro, in rapporto alla qualità e quantità di cibo.

01/05/2025: E' davvero la tipica trattoria, piatti nostrani e di qualità. L'abbiamo scelta proprio per questo motivo, gustare pietanze regionali in un ambiente semplice e genuino. Servizio veloce, personale cortese e disponibile. Buono davvero il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Una nota speciale per il proprietario gentile e simpatico. Consigliata per chi visita Torino e desidera provare la cucina casalinga piemontese.

13/07/2025: My experience is for breakfast and lunch. Toasts are available in the morning. Superb cakes. Beautiful location and, above all, welcoming and friendly staff.

24/07/2025: I've been a customer at this store a few times, because it's right near my house. Lately, I have to be honest, there's no reason to go in anymore. The cakes are always the same, '90s-style, the mood is under the feet of the people who work there, especially the fake, hypocritical smiles of one of the two girls at the counter. The last cake I bought had multiple white hairs inside. I was truly disappointed. After so many years in business, I can't understand how a place that was run so well for so many years could have ended up like this, perhaps due to mismanagement of the staff and the organization. The environment has become sad, dark, and overpriced. I hope this review can change that.

20/02/2025: Ottimo ristorante, bello negli arredi e negli spazi. Locali puliti e ordinati. Personale molto simpatico e preparato. Abbiamo cenato in 4 amici con piatti veramente buoni e caratteristici. Menù diversificato con pietanze ben preparate. Buona la carta dei vini. Prezzi comunque nella norma stante la qualità dei prodotti. Sicuramente consigliato.

28/05/2025: This is a well-known restaurant in Turin. As it is listed in the Michelin Guide, it is likely that reservations are very difficult to make. Please make arrangements early. The reservation page is also available in English. I installed software called TheFork on my mobile phone to make reservations at restaurants in Turin, but sometimes the communication was delayed or there was no reply, and the restaurant would tell me that I was not booked. If this happens, you may not be able to have dinner if you make a reservation close to closing time, so please be careful. The following explanation on the reservation page about families with children clearly shows the restaurant's attitude. "Children of all ages are our valued guests However, we kindly ask parents to consider the suitability of attending with their children a dinner that typically lasts about two and a half hours. We do not offer a specific children's menu, but for children under 14 attending the dinner, it is possible to request a selection of dishes from the tasting menu or choose dishes from the menu of our bistro.
