We went with friends and had different pizzas. The dough was excellent and easy to digest. This is coming from someone who has intolerances and I struggle with digestion. Plus, you can have lactose-free mozzarella and lactose-free desserts. The place is fantastic, and the people who run it are very kind and always willing to accommodate requests. Congratulations!
