La farinata è stata un vero colpo di fulmine: croccante al punto giusto e dal sapore autentico. La pizza è spettacolare, con un impasto leggero e ingredienti di qualità. Abbiamo provato anche i tegamini: un’esplosione di gusto! Il tutto accompagnato da un clima accogliente e familiare, che ti fa sentire subito a casa. Un ringraziamento speciale a Stefano e Gaetano, i proprietari: persone eccezionali, sempre sorridenti, appassionate e accoglienti. Torniamo sicuramente. Consigliatissima!

07/08/2025: Small but cute place, shame about the terrible service and staff, who are, to say the least, very, very rude and rude. For a piece of bread not brought to my son, I managed to be told I wasn't welcome and could stay home. Dirty glasses. I'd say respect is the foundation of everything! Not recommended; it was supposed to be a pleasant evening with friends, but it turned out to be a ruined evening.

20/07/2025: la preja Imagine. Imagine you're a tourist visiting Nizza Monferrato and you decide to stop for lunch at a restaurant. You're getting hungry, and after a morning spent wandering the city streets, it's almost inevitable. Well, hold onto your hunger, because you'll have to wait at least an hour and a half, maybe even two, before you can eat. We were served bread before the main course, and only after a long wait were we served our food: three plates of pasta, hot, but not even that good and definitely not worth the wait. I should also add that we weren't the only ones in this situation; after talking to other customers at the restaurant, we encountered the same problem. Finally, I'd like to offer a piece of advice: if you're not capable of managing the restaurant, warn customers before they sit down that the wait will be as long as a post office queue. Thank you.

19/07/2025: Service to be reviewed, I booked a table for 14 people for my birthday party, I was the birthday boy and was served last when almost everyone had finished eating, when the cake arrived the waitress told me to cut it for me (which has never happened in other places) and to open a bottle of prosecco for me, all this in a half-empty place, the place is well-kept, good food, pizzas a little too expensive

26/07/2025: I make a reservation by phone, asking if there's room for four people in an hour. I'm asked if I'd prefer inside or outside. I don't specify, not knowing there's entertainment outside with excessively loud music. When I arrive, I notice the excessive volume and politely ask if I can sit inside. After looking for my reservation for a good five minutes, the waitress tells me, peremptorily, "You're outside." I don't reply, but unfortunately, four people without reservations walk in at the same time and are ushered inside. Thank you. Sitting at the table, unable to speak because of the excessive volume, we wait 20 minutes to order four pizzas. After 20 minutes, three arrive, nothing special and almost charred. There's no sign of the fourth. 15 minutes pass, we ask a waiter what happened to him. He waves at us and disappears. Another 20 minutes pass, and he arrives. More charred than the others. I ask for an explanation. He tells me, "Well, tonight it's like this." How come? It's not packed. In fact. Quite the opposite. I'd say it was a sufficient experience. Never again. Thanks.

11/08/2025: Very good gluten-free pizzas suitable for celiacs. Some of the best I've tried. The dough is delicious and there are tons of options. The service is good. We went there for lunch and dinner three days a week. In the summer, the restaurant's plaza has a great atmosphere. 😀

05/08/2025: Nei nostri frequenti viaggi in Piemonte é una tappa obbligatoria. Anche quanto é affollato si é sempre ben accolti e serviti. Assolutamente da provare la battuta di fassona al coltello e i tagliolini al ragu di salsiccia. Ottimi i vini proposti anche come degustazione. Prezzi più che onesti. Complimenti.

28/07/2025: Sono capitata in questo ristorante (che è anche wine bar e residence) che era già tardi ma siamo state fortunate e c’era un tavolo libero per mangiare. La sistemazione nella corte centrale del palazzo è stata sicuramente suggestiva fin dall’inizio e il servizio si è distinto per la professionalità e cortesia. Io sono intollerante al siero di latte e la mia amica è celiaca e il personale ha saputo venire incontro alle nostre esigenze garantendoci un pranzo ricco oltre che tranquillo. Consigliato.

05/06/2025: Unfortunately, our experience at this pizzeria was extremely disappointing. For a simple order of two pizzas, we waited an exaggerated amount of time, despite the place being practically empty. The service seemed slow, uncoordinated and inattentive. The two pizzas arrived an hour apart: while my wife had already finished eating, I was still waiting for mine. This completely ruined the chance to enjoy dinner together. We would have liked to at least finish with a dessert, but no waiter noticed our requests, despite several attempts. We felt completely ignored. We would also like to point out that, even though we knew it was a pizzeria inside a campsite, we did not let ourselves be held back by this formality, convinced that we could still have a pleasant evening. We should have thought better: the management of the entire service was below any expectations. Also, an important note: the photos published online had given us hope, they seemed inviting and well-kept, and for this very reason we trusted them. Unfortunately, the reality was very different, and did not live up to the expectations created at all. The pizza, it must be said, was acceptable, but the whole experience was so frustrating that we will not return. We are writing this review so that other customers can avoid such an unpleasant evening.

Highly recommended for lunch breaks. Aperitif beautiful, good and vast platters of products (not banal). Breakfast classic and special brioches.
