28/07/2025: My husband, my 5-year-old son, and I were there yesterday. The owners, Stefania and Manuel, were super kind and friendly, and the service was fast. We had an amazing truffle tartare, it melted in our mouths, not to mention the tagliatelle with fresh chanterelles and excellent speck! My son had a margherita pizza. I can only say that he even ate the crust, which he usually leaves behind... what can I say? To finish, we had the desserts, homemade, very good, the crème brûlée was tops!!! When there's love and passion in what you do, these are the results!!! Well done guys!!!! See you next time!!!

29/07/2025: We got married here, and we couldn't have asked for anything better. The setting is enchanting, meticulously maintained, and refined. Beauty, hospitality, and passion reign supreme. The cuisine is top-notch, with Michelin-starred dishes that speak for themselves: from the exquisite aperitif to the tastefully selected wines, to the four courses served at the table, which were simply sublime. We received enthusiastic compliments from all our guests. But what truly made everything perfect was Monica: a constant presence, discreet, kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She guided us with care and dedication from the very first meeting, offering precious advice and a rare availability. We always felt at home, welcomed as people, not as clients. Never, not even for a moment, did we sense that annoying, self-serving attitude that unfortunately often comes across when the word "wedding" is mentioned. At Tenuta Carretta, everything was transparent, sincere, and cared for with the heart. We would marry them 100 times over, and with them.

A welcome like no other, they are so kind that if I could give them 7 stars I would give them, not to mention the pizza, without even tasting it but just looking at it and feeling the flavor you understand that it is a work of art not a pizza. 04/05/2025: Prima volta dopo il cambio della gestione .Accoglienza da pranzo di lavoro veloce settimanale,un antipasto mediocre,agnolotti burro e salvia scolati alla veloce,secondo con patate al forno da insufficienza ,torta di nocciole ma soprattutto zucchero, 35 euro a testa .Nulla a che vedere con la precedente gestione trentennale un vero peccato

Good food, to improve on some aspects related to the cooking of grilled vegetables and attention to details such as clams that are not always up to the customer's expectations (sometimes there are none at all ...). This is just a detail that does not take away from the overall service which is more than good even in terms of quality / price ratio. Very very kind staff.

23/07/2025: He used to be honest, the food is always decent but the dishes are poor, then he sells menus with coffee, bread and drink and then adds them to your menu. When I pointed this out, he responded ARROGANTLY... I work... anyway, 3 people... 1 first course... 2 trios... 3 second courses + mozzarella and spinach, 3 waters and coffee. 39 euros. The next day, my colleague said the same thing. He calls me and says, "You're right, he adds things already on the menu." When I pointed this out, he pretended not to notice. He always scams you at the checkout. In fact, I see 1/3 of the customers he had years ago. There must be a reason. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU PAY.

01/03/2025: We could call it "THE PARADISE OF GLUTTONY." All the street food specialties of southern Italy and beyond. The preparations are artisanal and homemade, every product is made with love and you can taste it. The owners are wonderful, very kind and warm-hearted people. Honorable mention for the CINNAMON ROLLS, undoubtedly the best in the entire city. And (today's discovery) the fried "beignets" with ricotta and candied orange peel...a delight! Well done! 02/07/2025: Excellent rotisserie in the historic center of Grugliasco. The owner is very friendly and affable with customers. Excellent arancini, olives ascolane, potato croquettes, pizza.....everything and more. I recommend it because, tasting the food, you can feel that the ingredients are of good quality and the prices are not excessive. I was very satisfied with the purchase I made yesterday morning on order.
