12/10/2025: Located in the center of Alessandria, I've been there several times, always satisfied. The dishes, sometimes deviating from Piedmontese tradition, are crafted with skill and care. The classic and elegant atmosphere, the friendly and courteous owners, the good wine list, and finally, excellent value, make this a great place to eat in Alessandria.

01/10/2025: We went on Monday evening. To make things easier, we opted for the local menu, which was above average with unique and tasty dishes. The tagliata steak tasted like butter. Excellent service, meticulously cared for by the friendly and knowledgeable owner, who immediately identified the type of customer upon entry. Excellent for those who, in addition to good food, want to make a good impression on the guests, as was my case.

18/10/2025: I strongly suggest for a sushi all you can eat! We had so many great dinners here. They have the freshest fish and lots of options in the menu. Chinese food is also delicious and the ambiance is cozy and well decorated. Staff is fast, professional and super friendly.

11/10/2025: Terrible experience! The food was completely tasteless, the fried food was rubbery, and the spring roll filling was so overcooked you felt like you were eating baby food. The rolls were basically just rice, and the gunkan? It was like eating absolutely nothing (it's salmon, it should at least taste like salmon!). A waste of money.

11/10/2025: Nice little home at kansla, if you like me want the genuine then it's perfect, no menu but the waiter tells you what's available for the day, a little difficult with communication but I won't blame the waiter because I don't know Italian. Well cooked and nice food with very clear flavors and contexts. We all ate 4 Mee than full and everyone was so satisfied. We will definitely come back!

01/09/2025: Excellent value. Regional cuisine, a short menu explained verbally, quality food, presented with elegant simplicity but with plenty of substance. The girls in the dining room are fast, friendly, and patient. A trattoria of the kind that unfortunately remain in Italy. Congratulations!

20/07/2025: A magical, heart-warming place! Open until 9:30 PM, it welcomes lovers of life and avid card players. Tables, stools, and large tables for celebrating and socializing. Wine, ice cream, chips galore...taralli, and plenty of friendship. Breakfast and lunch are also available, with indoor and outdoor tables. A library is available. Spectacular views, and parking is available everywhere.

10/07/2025: The Caffe itself looks very nice and authentic, but location is mediocre. Although it's in a very center location but the surroundings are uninsuring. The desserts taste good but seemed really overpriced

Honestly, the best I've ever eaten. The chiacchiere are also worth it: light, fragrant, and perfect for sharing. The place is welcoming and pleasant, the staff is friendly and always smiling. You can tell that quality and passion for pizza are paramount here. Plus, the prices are super fair for the quality—excellent food without breaking the bank.
