07/07/2025: We happened to be in the small village by chance and yesterday we stopped to grab a bite to eat. Nice place and a nice place outside (where we sat). The person who welcomed us also took care of bringing a large bowl of water for our 3 dogs. The food brought to the table was of good quality. In my opinion, the desserts (only 2) were not sweet enough. I found the bill a little high, considering what we ate. I have a note to make. It would be good, when seating people, to explain how the service will be carried out, instead of arriving directly with the appetizers. Without saying anything, we would have found ourselves with the entire tasting menu. My husband didn't dare say anything, so I had to play the role of the unpleasant one and stop everything. Just this little trick.

20/04/2025: Lele very polite, friendly and welcoming staff in the kitchen and in the dining room. They are set to make you feel comfortable, with a space that allows you to savor every course. Some of which are notable: cured meats and meat tartare, for example. Or tagliatelle with meat sauce. Care and research at the highest levels. Abundant servings, even too much: this is the sore point. Because it is impossible to skip courses, and if you want to taste everything you end up overdoing it. But for a full immersion in typical Langhe cuisine, it is the right place.

21/07/2025: Excellent restaurant. The food quality is definitely above average, with top-quality ingredients. Attention to detail and customer well-being. Not your typical all-you-can-eat.

23/06/2025: Restaurant with good furnishing style, soft lighting for an environment that feels intimate but also suitable for any other type of occasion. Clean place and friendly and professional waiting staff. Their personal advice when ordering is very welcome. Excellent quality and freshness of the food. It was the first time my wife and I ate at this restaurant and I must say it was a pleasant discovery.

09/07/2025: A nice place to spend an evening with friends: there are board games, pool, foosball, darts, etc. The place is old and poorly maintained, with limited parking and poorly organized spaces. The food is plentiful and tasty. Except for the desserts, which aren't very good. The service is calm and polite, very down-to-earth but pleasant. The price is fair.

28/06/2025: It had been a few years since I set foot in Soliva, so much so that I thought it was closed. I was invited for a birthday party and I must say that I found the location slightly different (for the better) and I was surprised by the environment, nice, but perhaps a little too gloomy, considering that now it is seen more as a restaurant or ristopub. The food was appreciated, fast and precise with the orders. The menu perhaps a little sparse and without a possible variant for those who need, due to allergies or intolerances to have a different choice. However... It is worth another visit.

22/07/2025: It's not an ayce restaurant. It's a restaurant with a variety of tempting options, including lunch, and a menu at super affordable prices. They have tons of sake and real wasabi. Among the various dishes, one particularly struck us, partly because of the sexy name, but it was truly, truly delicious!

27/06/2025: This ice cream shop deserves more than 5 stars. Very good ice cream. The fruit flavors really taste of their fruit, not like in some places where the flavors are not understood. The cream flavors are exceptional. Super clean place, the ice cream counter always stocked and with a lot of choice. If you pass by P. Zza Bengasi I recommend you stop if you want to eat a really good ice cream. The owner is a very kind person and available to help you in the best choice in case of cakes for those like me at home who have intolerance problems. Try it and I assure you that you will be satisfied.

16/06/2025: Un ristorante tradizionale...come non se ne trova più! Ottima esperienza sia di cucina, di servizio e di aspetto del locale. Piatti della tradizione biellese come il risotto alla Cagnona (ottimo) preparati e serviti con cura. Due menù proposti, a 35€ con antipasti, scelta tra primo o secondo, acqua vino e caffè, oppura a 45€ con primo e secondo. Professionalità e cortesia non invadente e molto apprezzata. Ci torneremo sicuramente

17/07/2025: Too bad. From the reviews I read, it seemed like a good place. Unfortunately, the reality is different. Spaghetti with garlic, oil, and chili pepper, no chili pepper, really undercooked spaghetti, 1 liter of oil. The main course with a side dish was barely adequate. We weren't there.

16/07/2025: This restaurant serves you a real local pasta, with reasonable price, and not "touristic" i always eager to find a real italian food once i visit italy, and i randomly search this restaurant and boom hit the jackpot! The flavour of the pasta, the vibes, the people. Everything is real Italy! Staff cant speak english so we use our magic finger to google whats in the menu 😅. The service is quick eventhough it was a lot of people, it was still under control. 👍🏻 The pesto was so good! Nutty taste, fresh aroma from basil, and creamy with olive oil and parmesan. Tagliatelle taste creamy and chewy from homemade pasta. The mushroom flavour are strong makes the taste even better. We enjoy every single bites from the food. Thank you

23/02/2025: After several attempts and several coffees (some truly undrinkable) tried in various bars in Novara, I finally found the real espresso. The owners (husband and wife) are nice and very helpful. Excellent breakfast, everything good and fresh. Tried it a few days later for an aperitif and was very satisfied. Thank you. Saturday morning has become a regular stop for an excellent good coffee. Update. After 2 years nothing has changed. Thanks again!
