31/01/2026: Restaurants which are or have been included in the Osterie list always meet our expectations. Lovely atmosphere, with the host displaying professionalism and competence. Lovely food, great wine. Definitely worth a try.

31/01/2026: We had a wonderful meal. Fresh, local produce, cooked to perfection and with elegance. Extensive wine list. Appetizer, first course, second course, dessert, wine. Total for two was about €120, but it was worth it. Experience +++ I'll be back!

03/02/2026: On Sunday, my family and my brothers-in-law went to lunch at this modern and welcoming Osteria, listed in the Slow Food Osterie d'Italia guide with the highest quality award, the snail. Osteria Terra Arsa is in Foggia, far from the city center, but parking is easy to find nearby. The sincere smiles of the entire expert team led by chef Lele Murani welcome you into a well-furnished, clean, comfortable, and bright restaurant. The beautifully plated food is locally sourced and cooked with professionalism and skill. We savored and praised every bite of every dish. The wine list reflects the authentic Puglia. We savored the delicious desserts prepared by the chef with artisanal liqueurs from Gargano. In one corner of the tavern, various artisanal local delicacies are on display for sale: bottles of Carpino extra virgin olive oil, Slow Food Presidium Carpino fava beans, Slow Food Presidium Gargano orange and lemon marmalades, fruit jams, preserves of all kinds, bottles of tomato sauce, and packets of biscuits and traditional taralli. In short, Osteria Terra Arsa in Foggia will delight your palate from start to finish and will enter your heart.

26/02/2026: A truly positive experience at this magical restaurant! All the dishes were exquisite and of excellent quality. Adequate portions. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were helpful and friendly. An impromptu birthday party for which they even provided candles, placed on a piece of delicious tiramisu. Excellent value with a welcome €9 discount. A wide variety of wines, kept at the perfect temperature. Highly recommended 💞💪🏼👏🏼👏🏼

The staff is friendly, helpful, and always attentive without being intrusive. The dishes were simply delicious: fresh ingredients, well-balanced flavors, and meticulously presented. Each course was a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, perfect for a pleasant evening with friends. You can sense their passion for cooking and the quality of their work. Without a doubt, one of the best places we've eaten recently. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

06/03/2026: Very positive experience, refined cuisine, a wide choice of fish and meat, wine recommendations given by an expert sommelier, at the end of the meal Chef Vito delighted us with 3 different types of desserts, a sublime experience to be repeated, I gave 5⭐ but for me it is a 10 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

15/02/2026: A pleasant surprise. The place is small, welcoming, and well-managed, both in terms of the number of tables and their layout. The staff and owner are top-notch, knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and reserved, yet sociable, and joke in the right way. The food is excellent, tasty, flavorful, and hot. Dishes are freshly prepared. Prices are average compared to other restaurants. I highly recommend it.

02/01/2026: It's not the first time, not surprisingly, dishes that amaze the palate, smell, and taste buds. Everything is impeccable. I have a small complaint: the place isn't well heated. I recommend a stove with a fire; it would add a touch of warmth and make the space more welcoming. In the bathroom, turning on the existing radiator would be enough.

06/01/2026: We went with a group of 26 friends to lunch at this delightful little restaurant in the heart of Otranto on January 3, 2026. We were welcomed by Mrs. Doriana with warmth and kindness. The food and price were excellent. I highly recommend it.

03/01/2026: We wandered in by chance on a (very cold) December 31st, and without a reservation, they welcomed us and served us an excellent seafood dinner for New Year's Eve! Excellent value for money, attentive and unobtrusive service (despite the restaurant obviously being full).

04/10/2025: Incredibly friendly and service-oriented staff, very keen to ensure we had a good experience. The food was very good, but on the more expensive side and (compared to other restaurants in the area) small portions. However, the taste was incredible, and outweighed the quantity of food.

22/02/2026: Today, Sunday, February 21st, was our first time at this restaurant. We received a warm and attentive welcome. The staff were friendly and smiling. The location was fabulous and clean, and the food was excellent, starting with the freshest raw seafood and all the other dishes were delicious. Compliments to the owner and all the staff.

10/12/2025: I had lunch with my family on the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. It was a pleasant discovery: excellent food, impeccable service, and a very small and intimate location worth revisiting. Recommended.

04/02/2026: We ate quite well, considering it was out of season. The orecchiette with the sauce were very good, and the octopus was also delicious.

06/01/2026: A very nice restaurant with a great location. Unfortunately, the owner's behavior (who also works as a waiter) is unbecoming of a restaurant of this type. His curt responses, somewhat rude demeanor, and brusque gestures when carrying dishes to the table seem to me to be a lack of etiquette and good manners. The wine was good (a Verdeca, priced at €20), and after the bottle I ordered a glass of the same wine, but he served me a less-than-average version for €6! (despite confirming it's the same wine). The mixed grill of octopus, cuttlefish, and prawns was a bit rubbery, and the pear and ricotta tart was excellent.

28/02/2026: There were four of us eating here. The fish menu was excellent, and everything else was delicious as well. To finish, we were all served some sweets. Highly recommended!
