09/07/2026: Mare in Tavola has changed! New management and a new way to enjoy truly exceptional seafood dishes! We wanted to try their seven-course appetizer menu, and the result? We couldn't eat anything else because of the abundance. Now we'll have to come back to try their delicious raw fish platters and other specialties. We recommend trying the new Mare in Tavola!

07/07/2026: I had dinner with my partner. What can I say? The quality of the fish and the cuisine was excellent! We had sautéed mussels and clams, seafood troccolo, and fried calamari, all delicious. The wine cellar is superb. Wonderful! We'll be back.

04/06/2026: A lovely spot in Monopoli. We ordered orecchiette with seafood and rigatoni with octopus. As a welcome, we received a small appetizer of tomato bruschetta and bread polpette. Nothing extraordinary, but a nice touch. The food seemed authentic and the dishes were good. It's an excellent option for a simple, relaxed local lunch. The service is laid-back and the atmosphere is peaceful. A great place to discover the cuisine of Puglia.

06/04/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance, through social media, while searching for a place to have Easter lunch. It was actually an experiment, with the desire to spend a quiet day eating something good. The result was very satisfying. A genuine location, in the open countryside, with the sea on the horizon, with the perfect balance between rural tradition and modern hospitality. The beautiful stone courtyard, nestled among the tourist cottages, offers a lovely panoramic view of the pool, shaded by a young pergola supported by Lecce stone columns, surrounded by citrus trees, and a magnificent pine forest on the horizon. The welcome was excellent, with the entire staff being very friendly and genuinely helpful. Given the occasion, the fixed menu was tasty, with authentic flavors, dishes that leave fond memories and the desire to return. Returning for the place, the taste, the kindness? Who knows, it's hard to decide!

23/07/2026: This restaurant is amazing- it would deserve a Michelin Star and you get this with a fraction of the cost. If you are a good connaisseur this place is a must try, especially their tasting menu (which in preparation, creativity and execution is sits a level higher than their amazing a la carte items). Everything is extremely well made while keeping a traditional feel. Also the service was above par. They offered for us to taste a couple of different wines they suggested (from a wide list)as they saw us undecided and they did this very happly and accommodatingly I would have give it 6 stars if I could have.

23/07/2026: My wife and I returned to Barletta after almost two years and stopped at my favorite restaurant. At Antica Cucina, I found the same atmosphere, the same excellent products, and the wonderful welcome that, every time, made me feel at home. What more can I say? A well-kept restaurant, always clean, exquisitely prepared dishes, discreet and attentive wait staff, and simply exceptional hosts! I recommend it to everyone for a business lunch or dinner, with family, for special occasions, or even, as I often did in the past, alone. Also because, in this restaurant, you're never alone; you feel welcomed like family. I thank everyone again for making us feel at home while enjoying local delicacies. See you soon!

08/06/2026: A great place to celebrate, with truly delicious food and super friendly and cheerful staff. The atmosphere is welcoming and makes you feel immediately at ease. The only small flaw: the space is a bit stuffy, almost cave-like, although it's very well-maintained and decorated. However, this is a subjective feeling, so it may or may not be to your liking. Overall, it's highly recommended 👍

31/05/2026: A one-of-a-kind restaurant, very refined and meticulously crafted. Excellent lunch, meticulously prepared by Chef Simone Picoco. I hope to return to enjoy the Michelin-starred gourmet dishes of Brindisi's excellent seafood.

06/04/2026: Extremely slow service aside... almost no consideration for lactose intolerant guests. If you don't like sea urchins, pasta and tomato, or no first course... I don't think I'll be back!

18/05/2026: The food is good, and that's the best part. The menu has been updated not only in terms of selection but also in terms of quality. The shellfish meatballs with mustard are irresistible. Then the tartare is incredible, with beautiful combinations of flavors and ingredients. Whether it's a sandwich or a first course, the experience continues with gusto. The second courses are also truly delicious. The staff are very professional and always attentive. The space is a bit cramped, but so is the square. The outdoor seating area, which holds up well even in the rain, is superb.

16/05/2026: The meal was super delicious. But the service chef was not friendly and unpolite. We did not felt welcome. But we spoke with the chef and he was a pretty nice guy. All in All, nice meals and improveable waiter performance.

03/07/2026: My husband and I went for lunch a few days ago and had a wonderful time. The place is charming and well-kept in the old town of Taranto, and the owner and staff are kind and welcoming, especially the manager, with whom we enjoyed chatting about wine and food. You can tell they're passionate about their work, sourcing excellent ingredients and showcasing their creativity in their cooking. We hope to return soon.

28/06/2026: A truly enjoyable experience in every way. The quality of the fish is excellent, always incredibly fresh and enhanced by meticulous preparation. You're greeted with a welcome glass of wine, and throughout the dinner, the service is exceptionally professional, attentive, and helpful. The passion and commitment of the entire staff is evident, contributing to an even more pleasant atmosphere. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit and I recommend it without hesitation.

03/01/2026: At Nino's, you feel right at home. We were warmly welcomed by the chef and owner. Nino gave us excellent advice and recommended fresh catches, which is not to be underestimated during the Christmas season, as the boats leave less frequently. At the end of the dinner, we enjoyed his personal digestifs: a delightful tour of flavors. Highly recommended! An experience to treat yourself to and...to repeat!!!

25/04/2026: A truly enjoyable family lunch. The owner is a very polite and friendly person, attentive to the customer's needs. Excellent food! You can tell the chef cooks with passion and dedication. The price was fair for what I ate; I might adjust the price of water, which I think is high. I'll gladly return!

31/05/2026: By far the best dinner in Puglia. After a week in Puglia, visiting restaurants, osterias, masserie, and trattorias, I was convinced that Puglia is the southern region with the worst food. However, this restaurant is a real gem. I ate probably the best raw shrimp and scampi of my life. The first course with sea urchins was excellent (half portion in the photo). The prices were fair, the waiters were friendly and welcoming, always ready to explain the dishes and joke with the customers. A restaurant I will keep in my heart and will definitely return to when I visit Puglia.

17/07/2026: The best octopus I've ever eaten, but please count carefully when buying, for example, 🍻 PERONI, because gentlemen don't even know how much it costs... Whether it's €2.50 or €3.50. Greetings to the man who makes change 💵💰
