15/07/2025: Perfect food! I tried salmon with coffee and it was a nice experience. Salmon well cooked and crispy outside, very soft inside. Wine menu is wide and nice. Staff is very friendly and nice. Sometimes service is slow or they are forgetting some meals but its because of busyness and you will forget about it when you get your food. Only suggestion to restaurant can be prepare salads according to order. We ordered salad and it made probably couple of hours ago and put in fridge. Its still fresh and ok but salad started becoming black and looking loose. Totally recommend in general.

21/07/2025: Il Fagiano remains one of the few beautiful, classy places, with consistently refined yet unfussy cuisine. Ideal whether you want to enjoy an excellent lunch/dinner or plan a reception, its legendary dishes haven't changed much over time; they've evolved and improved, but they're still a guarantee of excellence! My only regret is the retirement of their legendary pastry chef! (Not that the desserts aren't delicious anymore, but...the legendary Angelo....) I recommend everyone to experience Il Fagiano; you'll tell me more later.

21/06/2025: Il Fagiano was our caterer at the wedding at Masseria Don Luigi on June 9th, I couldn't ask for anything better, from the service to the food and the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. All the guests were satisfied and complimented on my choice. A special thanks to the restaurant for the excellent success of the wedding, also thanks to them. A guarantee!

07/08/2025: Una chicca nel cuore di Galatina, situato in una piccola piazzetta caratteristica, è un ristorante elegante, silenzioso, con uno staff super gentile e tutto al femminile! Il cibo è ottimo, con piatti particolari ma che richiamano sempre la tradizione. Per non parlare dei dolci...super consigliato il semifreddo con linfa di mandorle! È uno di quei luoghi che ti lasciano tanta nostalgia e tanta voglia di tornarci!!

Ogni assaggio delle pietanze, curate sotto ogni aspetto è un’esplosione di gusto, un mix irresistibile di sapori, sapientemente consigliati dal proprietario accogliente, preparato e gentilissimo! Il tutto ‘condito’ da un servizio eccellente. Da provare assolutamente 💞

09/08/2025: We stopped for dinner at this restaurant with a beautiful view of the Trani harbor. We were enticed by the significantly more reasonable prices compared to other similarly located restaurants of the same type. We expected it to be a "tourist trap," but instead we found the quality of the dishes to be good. We ordered three seafood starters, which turned out to be truly delicious and top-notch! Plus, the harbor view and the atmosphere completed this wonderful experience! Congratulations! 🔝

08/08/2025: We were here for dinner, the indifference of the waiters spoiled the mood a bit, maybe we were just unlucky 🫤 The seafood pasta was very tasty, I also recommend trying the 5 appetizers, it's interesting)

21/08/2025: We had a wonderful time!!! The seafood was top-notch. A wonderful place in Porta San Biagio. Andrea, the owner, was very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly, as was the rest of the staff. We'll be back soon!

21/08/2025: A truly excellent seafood dinner: fresh dishes, meticulous attention to detail, and authentic flavors. The service was impeccable, attentive and friendly, without ever being intrusive. Special praise goes to the owner, who is incredibly kind and helpful, and who makes every guest feel welcome and at home. I highly recommend this experience and can't wait to repeat it!

25/08/2025: Excellent dishes in this elegant restaurant with excellent service. The appetizers are exceptional, with some creative pairings. We would have also tried the mussels, a Slow Food Presidium, if we hadn't already been full. Congratulations!

23/08/2025: We had a reservation made by the hotel. When we arrived at the restaurant there was a small debate about the table we had, but in the end we stayed outside and I highly recommend to do so if you come here. The oysters are delicious, the catch of the day is brought to you at the table and you cand choose. I had 2 types of fish caught in that day. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The wine is good. So, try this restaurant and you will not regret it!

29/07/2025: Sicuramente la location , il servizio , la qualità del cibo e’ di uno standard alto , non metto 5 pallini perché ho sofferto il caldo all interno del locale e non mi sono sentito a mio agio nonostante non c era il sole . Consiglio e ci tornerò .

28/07/2025: Good beach club. Warm showers and clean changing rooms and toilets. Lifeguard on duty and plenty of staff. Sun bed + umbrella + lunch and drinks for family of 4 was 300+ euros.

29/07/2025: This is the hidden restaurant to discover in Monopoli. Due to construction on the pier, you have to search a bit to find it (entrance from the sea floor or at the end of a small courtyard if you're coming from the old town). It has a very large enclosed terrace with a grassy garden, a quinguette style, away from the hustle and bustle of the street terraces. It's truly peaceful and a real pleasure to dine there. The dishes are excellent and refined (Italian cuisine, pasta, pizzas, etc.) with good fresh produce. The prices are also well-priced. We returned twice after being disappointed by other tourist-oriented restaurants on the main streets. The welcome is very friendly.

14/08/2025: Originality in the dishes, refinement without ever losing sight of the star of the dish: the fish. And what fish! Quality raw materials, attention to pairings and allergens, zero preservatives, combinations that leave you speechless. And then shall we talk about Danilo? The chef-owner, a true fish craftsman, a visionary who has found a way to preserve, distill, ferment, and always maintain the purity of flavor. A force of nature! If you're in Puglia, head to Matino and I'm sure you'll leave wanting to return soon because this delightful restaurant makes you feel welcome and leaves you in a good mood. 31/07/2025: We paid for the food, and it wasn't amazing, but it was decent. On the other hand, the service was pretty disastrous and the wait was excessive. In addition to the poor food, we started a new bottle of wine, and they simply mixed the two wines in my glasses. The service was truly a disaster; they showed zero professionalism.
