Innovative, balanced and well-presented dishes. Finally I found an excellent quality/price ratio. Not only will I return but I definitely recommend it.

22/03/2025: Highly recommended, friendly staff and top food. Rice with scampi cream the best I've eaten. Crispy and not greasy fried food, even the appetizers are absolutely worth trying. Also recommended for celiacs. As soon as I can I will go back.

Nice little restaurant, well kept, clean and welcoming. The very attentive and helpful owner will advise you on a tasty, light dinner with quality raw materials. Fried anchovies and seafood spaghetti are wow! Prices in line with the quality. See you soon!

17/03/2025: Good typical trattoria located in a beautiful square right under the walls of the Odescalchi-Orsini castle in Bracciano. Friendly and courteous management, good starters, first courses, second courses and also desserts, all well presented. Pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.

02/03/2025: Elegant restaurant at the foot of the castle for a romantic evening without giving up truly good rustic dishes. The glass of "Mascalzone" red wine is also excellent to accompany a rich platter and an excellent carbonara with truffle. Abundant dishes and punctual service. The waiters are also kind. We will return.

The raw materials are very fresh and of the highest quality, each dish is prepared with great care and enhances the authentic flavor of the sea. The staff is attentive, professional and very kind, especially for those with particular dietary needs: their attention towards intolerances, such as gluten, is impeccable. We ate very well and the quality-price ratio is really excellent. A place that I recommend without hesitation and to which I will definitely return!

13/03/2025: I was in this restaurant for my daughter's baptism, I can say that every aspect was simply perfect. The service was impeccable and the quality of the food extraordinary. I recently returned for lunch with my family and we had the opportunity to enjoy excellent dishes, with unique flavors that combine perfectly with the dishes offered. The place is very beautiful and well-kept, located in via Appia Antica. Its position, between the Villa of Maxentius and the Mausoleum of Cecilia Metella, near the church of San Nicola a Capo di Bove and the paving of the Appia Antica, makes it even more fascinating. A perfect mix of taste and history, which makes the experience even more special. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a high quality dining experience in an atmospheric setting.

16/02/2025: Decisamente uno dei migliori ristoranti in cui abbia mai mangiato, infatti ci torno spesso. Non metto 5 stelle perché l’ultima volta che ci siamo stati abbiamo ‘osato’ chiedere le alici fritte (spettacolari) senza il pecorino a cui erano abbinate nel menu, e gli spaghetti con le vongole (superlativi) senza la verza, e la proprietaria ci ha simpaticamente risposto che forse era il caso ‘di cambiare ristorante’ (parole testuali) rovinandoci un po’ l’atmosfera della serata. (Abbiamo fatto una cosa così grave ? 😅). I ragazzi dello staff invece eccellenti da ogni punto di vista.
