28/04/2025: We ordered a mixed seafood grill to share and a salad. The salad was meh. Nothing to shout about and I needed to add balsamic vinegar to pep it up. But the mixed grill and the dessert were excellent. The service was pretty good too.

31/05/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant on a very hot afternoon and appreciated being able to sit comfortably inside in the cool air. The service was impeccable: the server was not only very welcoming and friendly, but also particularly attentive. He took care to ensure that the dishes offered were suitable for my pregnant wife, which we greatly appreciated. The dishes were fresh, tasty, and of excellent quality—authentic, generous, and masterfully prepared Italian cuisine. You can definitely go there with your eyes closed! A wonderful experience that we highly recommend, both for the quality of the food and the kindness of the staff. Thank you!

12/05/2025: Located in the heart of Fiumicino, L'Osteria dell'Orologio overlooks the canal where local fishing boats dock, offering a suggestive view and a welcoming atmosphere. Chef Marco Claroni, together with sommelier Gerarda Fine, expertly guides this restaurant mentioned in the MICHELIN Guide, offering creative and refined seafood cuisine. During my visit, the dining experience was impeccable. The entrée elegantly introduced the gastronomic journey, while the grilled octopus, tender and tasty, enhanced the freshness of the local catch. All this was accompanied by an excellent champagne, carefully selected from the wine list. The service was attentive and friendly, and the small pastry served with coffee concluded the dinner on a sweet and refined note. The Osteria dell'Orologio stands out for its attention to the quality of its ingredients and its ability to enhance local fish through innovative techniques, such as the artisanal production of bottarga and seafood cured meats. A gastronomic experience that deserves to be lived.

01/06/2025: Overall food quality is fair, mixed fried food and first courses are good, some other seafood appetizers are much less so. Good choice of wines. Friendly staff, especially Mr. Mario, who is always present and attentive. Menu prices are perhaps a little too high for the quality of what is offered.

22/05/2025: The restaurant is large and welcoming, with furnishings a bit like a trattoria. It is located right in front of the Eur Magliana metro but it is a shame that there is no pedestrian crossing... it is absolutely not the fault of the owners who were actually very kind in helping us! The service is punctual and the staff very kind. The food is good and plentiful. We are not in a starred restaurant, so there are no gourmet dishes, we are a rustic and rustic restaurant!! We went with a smartbox that they gave us so I cannot judge the bill, but the price of the dishes are not high considering the quantities... excellent value for money

17/05/2025: We had a disappointing experience overall. The server (old man) was quite rude and displayed a poor attitude throughout our visit. Despite ordering four dishes, the food was very basic and lacked flavor. Additionally, the staff did not seem welcoming, which added to the negative impression. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this place based on our experience.

14/05/2025: Il ristorante già lo conoscevo per averci festeggiato il mio compleanno qualche anno addietro, io e la mia famiglia ci siamo ritornati bene volentieri e debbo dire che abbiamo fatto benissimo. La cucina ( pesce) è sempre ottima e lo staff sempre attento verso i clienti. Non mi credete? Allora andateci per darmi ragione

28/04/2025: On Sunday we had lunch in this splendid restaurant overlooking the lake and we can't say enough about it. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with great kindness and professionalism by all the staff: the waiters, always smiling and helpful, made us feel at ease straight away. Special praise goes to the owner Marco, a nice and friendly person who manages to convey all the passion for his work. The food was simply excellent: carefully prepared dishes, quality ingredients and authentic flavors that made the lunch truly special. An honorable mention goes to the homemade cake: exquisite, genuine and perfect for a sweet end to the meal. After lunch we were able to take advantage of the small beach adjacent to the restaurant, a quiet and relaxing corner that made our day even more pleasant. An experience that we recommend to anyone looking for good food, impeccable service and an enchanting location. We will definitely be back!

28/05/2025: Charming old-world hotel with spacious, quiet rooms and excellent service. The breakfast had good variety and room service was very quick. Special thanks to Simone and Alex for outstanding service. Pros: Quiet neighbourhood closer to Villa Borghese with excellent restaurants nearby, free minibar, convenient parking (€25, 5-min walk). Cons: WiFi was weak and slow, breakfast could use more fresh vegetables, not all rooms have handheld shower heads. Tip: Request one of the three terrace rooms on the top floor if available - perfect for relaxing with the outdoor space. Would stay again for the service and atmosphere!

Il locale è pulitissimo, personale preparato ed educato. il titolare è unico, simpaticissimo. Se siete a Roma anche per un giorno, vi consiglio di andare a pranzo k a cena assolutamente!

12/05/2025: I had a wonderful experience at Villa San Giorgio! When I arrived, one of the staff members kindly said “No English,” which at first I misunderstood as “No service for English speakers” — but it turns out he was just letting me know that he personally didn’t speak English. He then guided me to a seat and brought me an English menu right away, and another staff member who spoke English came over to take my order. So thoughtful and coordinated! At one point I needed a spoon, and although the staff didn’t notice, a lovely Italian woman at the next table saw me trying to get their attention and kindly spoke up for me. That small moment perfectly summed up the vibe here — warm, friendly, and welcoming from both staff and fellow diners. The food was delicious, the view by the sea made it even better, and overall this place is such a charming spot to enjoy a relaxing meal during your travels. Highly recommended!
