A restaurant of the highest quality—and I mean, the highest quality! Beyond the rare quality of the fish, what's truly impressive is the pairing with vegetables and seasonings that enhance its flavor. The fish melts on your palate in an explosion of flavor, especially the raw fish and carpaccio. The stuffed ravioli are the signature dish, so move on from Master Chef. The service is extremely attentive and top-notch.

On Via di Salone, an unexpected but absolutely welcome surprise. The atmosphere was neat and clean. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The owner greeted us with a smile and repeatedly explained the dishes and shared a bit of his experience at the table, with kindness and discretion, never intrusive. Delicious appetizers, including the superb fried anchovies accompanied by vegan mayonnaise. Pan-fried mussels... and why not mop them up? Then, everything was shared at the table with our dear friends who introduced us to it. Tasty first courses with handmade pasta: paccheri with octopus ragù (plain upon request), tagliolini with clams and cherry tomatoes, and seafood, ravioli with sea bass. Then fried calamari, soft on the inside but crunchy on the outside, and free of oil. And to finish, delicious desserts: my warm apple tarte taten with a scoop of vanilla ice cream... A true pleasure, in short. Ample parking. In short, an excellent culinary experience where the freshness of the sea meets the mastery of the kitchen. The attentive service and welcoming atmosphere were the icing on the cake. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to all lovers of good seafood.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Sometimes a few kind people and a restaurant can save your entire vacation. We're a family of five, in the middle of an independent holiday – and after our first accommodation, we were on the verge of calling it quits. What looked beautiful online was awful in reality. After one night, we changed our plans completely. On the way there: this restaurant. What happened next saved our vacation and allowed for a great fresh start. A warm welcome, genuine culinary advice – not a menu read from a script, but passion. The homemade pasta was simply amazing. We're still raving about the tiramisu. And the best part? My son has been eating anchovies and squid ever since that evening. Anyone who knows children knows: that's a small miracle. Five stars for a moment that turned a bad day of travel into an unforgettable one. Thank you.
