02/05/2026: What a fantastic discovery! Really fantastic food, both Roman specials and fish food (we didn’t expect in the tourist area), and lovely owners. We discovered this place incidentally, ended up coming back several times. We can highly recommend!

15/06/2026: This is my favorite restaurant in the entire of Italy. It used to make the best clam sauce with umami flavor from clam juice like I've never had anywhere else before in my life and it inspired me to replicate the same recipe at home. However, when we came back again this second time which was exactly a year apart, everything else remained awesome as it was before, but vongole sauce was too buttery as opposed to olive oil heavy like it used to be. We went twice, both lunch and dinner and the spaghetti il vongole had consistently too much butter both times. We were quite disappointed but I'll keep in mind to instruct them to put no butter next time. I'd recommend getting it with grated bottarga (+€3) for an enhanced umami. Service this time around was better though. All the new set of staff was very friendly and treated us very well. The spaghetti is cooked well, al dente as you'd expect the texture you'd get in Italy. Seafood is lightly seasoned and you can taste its original flavor of the fish, especially mussels and anchovies. We'll come back for sure but will be specific on the spaghetti alla vongole order. I'd recommend Vermentino from Sadegna to go along with. It's very well balanced. They also serve either blueberry or limoncello digestivo at the end of the meal on the house.

13/06/2026: We went to Bistro 8 e 9 in Trevignano Romano to celebrate my birthday and were truly delighted. The location is stunning, with tables directly overlooking Lake Bracciano, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. The food was excellent, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, and everything was delicious and carefully prepared. The service was excellent: the blonde woman who served us was extremely kind, professional, and understanding, helping make the evening even more enjoyable. A truly successful dinner in every way, in an enchanting location. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to spend a lovely evening on the lake enjoying excellent food and receiving impeccable service. We will definitely be back!

13/03/2026: After a few years, we returned with our family to this place that was a favorite for us. Total disappointment, interminable wait, even for the kids, and sloppy service. The same dish, poor and without garnish, was served at a different table next door. I asked for bread, and they told me it was out shortly afterward. They brought it to another table. Spaghetti with clams served with lupini beans. The bill was steep, and the food was bland by their old standards. I'm sorry, but business can't be like this. I've lost a trusted place to go.

We were quite a large group, yet from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a genuine smile, the kind that makes you understand that hospitality here isn't a formality, but a value. The restaurant is bright, with attention to detail but without being overbearing. Tastefully decorated. The aromas wafting from the kitchen already promised something, but the reality exceeded all expectations. We started with mixed appetizers that seemed painted on a plate, delicious and beautiful. Then came the first courses—a treat for the palate. Impeccable service, perfect timing, and a bill that, surprisingly, was more than fair considering the quality and attention to every detail. We all left with a smile, satisfied not only with good food, but also with a wonderful feeling. A special thanks to Lola and Angela, professional and kind. The love they put into their work shines through, and they know how to make you feel good. In short: a place where you eat well, feel good, and immediately want to return. A full five stars, and if I could, I'd give one more for the kindness of the staff.

12/03/2026: I recently had lunch at Ristorante Acquarella in Trevignano Romano and the experience was impeccable in every way. The restaurant enjoys a splendid location. The atmosphere is evocative and allows you to completely unwind from your daily routine. Finding ample parking in such a sought-after area is a huge plus. The outdoor space is not only functional, but also charming and well-maintained. Despite it being a business lunch, the quality of the dishes was excellent. Fresh ingredients and expertly executed dishes. The staff was prompt and courteous, demonstrating great professionalism in managing the time of those who need to return to work without sacrificing a high-quality meal. Whether for a business meeting or a relaxing moment, Acquarella is a guarantee of quality and courtesy. Highly recommended!

06/06/2026: I'll start by saying that I wasn't familiar with this MAGICAL place and restaurant, despite having lived in Cerveteri for many years, and my regret is that I wasn't fortunate enough to discover it sooner. Yesterday, June 5th, I was invited by some friends, Alessandro and Rosanna, who took me to this excellent restaurant. I should point out that despite its central location, the location offers a sense of serenity and privacy, far from the noise and chaos of downtown Ladispoli. The place is clean—in fact, super clean and well-kept, elegant, and above all, meticulously crafted. Now, however, it's time to give Mr. Pasquale 100 stars, more than the available five. Last night, my wife Anne and I discovered this excellent restaurant for the first time, and I loved it so much that I returned tonight with my son-in-law Ugo and my grandson Alessio. The food is incredibly fresh and of the highest quality, a pure and exceptional delight for the palate. The fish is incredibly fresh and of the highest quality, and above all, the dishes are truly meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail. You leave the table feeling lighter than when you sat down because the quality of the food is truly excellent. Usually, you leave restaurants with the sometimes almost overwhelming smell of cooking, but here at Pasquale's, you enjoy the aromas of the food as you eat, and there's no lingering cooking odor, a tangible sign of the high quality of the products served. Compliments to the young head waiter, Ginevra, a polite, thoughtful, and sweet woman who knows how to pamper guests and make them feel at home. The kitchen is open, spotlessly clean, and tidy, from which you can admire the mastery of Chef Pasquale, owner of this quaint and beautiful restaurant. A special thanks goes to the lady in the kitchen, whose name I unfortunately don't remember, who works so elegantly with the talented Chef Pasquale to produce these delicious dishes. If you're in Ladispoli, Cerveteri, or anywhere along the coast and want to eat excellent food and the freshest fish, then don't hesitate, go to Pasquale's because, in my opinion, it's the BEST. 29/05/2026: Our whole stay was spoiled by building work being completed at the cinema next to the hotel. On our first morning we were abruptly woken at 7.30am by drilling and hammering that vibrated right through the room. We then faced 2 power cuts whilst getting ready and had to sit in the dark for 10 mins as we didn't want to open the curtains as there were workmen looking in which made us feel very uncomfortable. I complained at reception but was told that the hotel was at full occupancy and they could move us but not until 12 noon. This was not an option as we had booked a tour for this time so we couldn't wait around the hotel all day. We came to Rome to see the sights, not to sit and wait in the hotel for another room. When we returned later that evening we were told by reception that they had spoken to the builders and that they wouldn't start any building work until 9am and if they did start earlier the manager would get the police involved. So we went to bed hoping we could get a lie in. However at 7.45 am the next morning it started again. I rang the receptionist who said they would sort it but the banging never stopped. We got dressed and got out of the room as the constant banging was unbearable. Once again I went to reception to be offered a room for the last night but we were checking out at 6.30am the next day and our stay had already been spoiled. We're not prepared to offer any financial compensation as they offered us another room which we could move to. They were at full capacity so another guest would have had the same problem .Not bothered about their guests just want to fill their hotel.

19/05/2026: Excellent service and very tasty meals in a beautiful location. Friendly staff. We ate both fish and meat on the terrace and everything was perfectly fine. For 2 people, starter, main course, and dessert: all delicious.

26/04/2026: La Locomotiva is a restaurant that offers carefully prepared, high-quality dishes, from meat and fish to Roman pinsa. I was very impressed with the quality of the service; the waiter who served us was professional, kind, and always willing to accommodate our needs. The setting is well-maintained, and what we really appreciated was the atmosphere, which allows us to chat without the hustle and bustle that can be found in many restaurants, especially on Saturday evenings. The tables are well-spaced, and compared to a few years ago, the quality has certainly improved. It's worth noting how the chili pepper was served; small details can tell a lot. I hope to always find it this way.
