02/10/2025: The food was very heavy and oily. But what we really did not like was that we ordered a glass of white wine and were given a very expensive one, once we ordered another one we got a different one, also expensive. Both times they just finished an already open bottle. The price we only discovered upon payment. Otherwise the service was nice and attentive, the atmosphere in the restaurant was nice.

14/10/2025: This is a favorite of a friend who owns a beach house nearby. I only ate here once, but overall it was the best dinner on a recent 10 day trip to Rome and this area south of Rome and Latina. Very fresh seafood caught in local water prepared expertly. I had a stuffed grilled calamari and my wife had seared tuna. SO many interesting choices. Also non seafood options. We ate outside near the ancient Roman ruins that I believe predate the birth of Christ. The water recommended a Lambrusco, which was a new wine experience for me, paired extremely well with out food. We were there in October mid week which is very off season. I am told it is very busy in August.
12/10/2025: I went for lunch on Sunday with my mother. We had a wonderful time, treated with kindness and discretion by the staff. The food was excellent, with light but tasty toppings. The restaurant is just steps from the cathedral square and perfectly integrated into the historic and artistic context of Terracina. We'll be back.

An experience worth repeating over and over again, and highly recommended to anyone looking for excellent food at an excellent price-quality ratio. The staff is always very kind and professional, and the atmosphere is always meticulously maintained, never compromising on the sense of familiarity, even with the customers themselves. Chef Davide is available to accommodate any request and takes great care, even with gluten-free dishes. Don't forget to try his Brownie Tiramisu after enjoying
his dishes, always prepared with love. Luana, Emiliano, and Alessandro.
01/01/2026: Terrible experience, unprofessional staff, questionable food quality, and exorbitant prices. As soon as we arrived, we found two bottles of water on the table, which looked obviously old and had already been opened, meaning they weren't sealed. Naturally, we didn't touch them throughout the meal, and when we reached the cashier, we reported this. We received a rude response, telling us that they're the ones who place them on the tables and open them, which is absolutely unhygienic. We ate two plates of gnocchi with cod for €20 each plus a €6 cover charge; the water was taken off our bill. I don't like giving bad reviews, but given the experience, I think it's fair to write what happened.

18/12/2025: A welcoming and well-maintained restaurant in Formia, serving Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, including well-prepared seafood and meat dishes. Ingredients are often fresh and well-prepared, the service is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Good value, but some find the menu a bit limited and the prices a bit high for the quantity. Recommended for a quiet dinner with friends or a romantic dinner!
23/11/2025: This is a place of the most tasty and refine surprises to enjoy. We had lovely antipasti selection from seafood, seafood spaghetti and the best in lifetime tiramisu. Wonderful! Just take the time, book a table and let the chef to surprise you!

17/12/2025: Arrogant and presumptuous owner, with a fish-based menu, changed it with a pizza (the monella) with a crust filled with ricotta and meatballs, raw crust and the filling was empty, I pointed out to him that it was not a pizza to be brought to the table, he addressed him rudely with gestures and words, rudely shouting and aggressive, that it was almost my fault... nightmare experience and never to return again, then I pay for a fish menu... it's a pizza not eaten... shame I can't post a photo

21/12/2025: Very welcoming place, the service is excellent, the dishes from appetizer to dessert... impeccable, fresh fish and perfectly cooked. Except for one dish that in my opinion was a disappointment, risotto with cream of scampi! Too much cream covered the flavors, and then there were no scampi on the plate... anyway, that said, I ate divinely... Thank you.

A beautiful and well-maintained place, except that the service was so terrible that we left, warning them that this isn't the way to behave, and without having eaten anything. At 12:45, a friend and I sat down because from the outside it looked like an inspiring place. Upon entering, we found a table (practically served) and a table that had already ordered, and then it was just us. Within a few minutes, we took our order, which consisted of two plates of bruschetta (three bruschettas per plate) and two glasses of white wine. Around 1:00, the wine arrived, and so far so good, but then time began to pass and we began to have some doubts. At 1:40, we decided that if another five minutes had passed without seeing the bruschetta, we would have left. Meanwhile, in those 40 minutes (40 minutes for six bruschettas), two more tables were seated and ordered. At 1:45 PM, after an hour, the bruschetta was brought to the table, unfortunately not ours, where the gentlemen had sat down practically fifteen minutes earlier. Maybe they didn't like the fact that we only wanted an aperitif, or I don't know, but it's truly unreasonable to wait about 50 minutes for six bruschetta that we've practically never seen. I can understand if there had been a lot of people, full tables, and so many orders, but it really wasn't the case, so we stood up, thanked them, told them that they shouldn't do that, and left.
Never again.
01/10/2025: When you want to make a good impression...
We went to this place driven by the desire for an aperitif, and after sitting down, a strange indifference began on the part of the staff... After overcoming the initial impasse, the menus arrived... we asked for a bottle of prosecco and some appetizers and were immediately told that we either chose what was on the menu or they would bring us chips and olives.... Considering that we were going to dinner later, we opted for the latter, and indeed, not long after, we received a small bowl of chips and 7 olives (not even from Gaeta) for 4 people.... Our host, after a quick consideration, asked if it was possible to add something to these "abundant" appetizers, and so, after consulting the menu again, we opted for a portion of eggplant parmigiana, asking if it was possible to have it portioned, a request that was immediately censored by the staff as they only serve it in an earthenware dish!... That's fine... the long-awaited dish from our foreign guest arrives, and immediately we all feel a strong sense of relief. Burnt smell... honestly, I was ashamed of being Italian, and even our guest, accustomed to eating pseudo-Italian dishes, complained.
All that was left was to feast our palates with prosecco... a good bottle for 8, €90 online, but we all know that there are costs at sit-down restaurants... practically room temperature, with everything (at least this) served in a bucket with ice...
Ending the long and monotonous discussion...
if you don't want to do your job, let others do it... you have a location that alone allows you to make a living, but maybe you're so busy making money that you don't even notice.
Personally, I don't recommend it, but BE CAREFUL, THIS IS SIMPLY MY OPINION BASED ON MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.

02/01/2026: Very bad experience. We waited about 25 minutes before anyone came to take our order. I had to ask for olive oil four times and finally went to get it myself. Several items on the menu were unavailable. Furthermore, the guys sitting next to us, who arrived immediately after us, still hadn't received a single plate of pasta after 1 hour and 15 minutes. Disorganized service and a complete lack of customer service. I don't recommend it.

18/11/2025: I came here by chance, I was traveling for work. I ate well, serving traditional local dishes. The staff is courteous, and the atmosphere is dated but still quaint and clean. I recommend it.

21/09/2025: Well done guys! I have to say, everything was 5-star, from the quality of the food (essential) to the service and your kindness, even in calling me back when I tried to call at lunchtime but you were closed. Well done!
The dishes were beautifully plated, the portions were just right, the bread was excellent, and the homemade pasta was amazing. Kudos also for the "vodapiatto" (a typical dish-to-table presentation) here in Gaeta, but most restaurants aren't up to par, whereas yours was excellent.
I'll be back soon to try other dishes.

02/12/2025: A restaurant located in the upper part of Spigno Saturnia Superiore (LT), nestled in the Monti Aurunci Natural Park. The restaurant boasts a refined yet rustic style. The attention to detail is evident in the small details, such as the cookie wrapped with a red ribbon as a small gift for the customer.
You can dine à la carte or choose from the Sunday menu. In any case, the menu offers a decent selection of dishes, including both meat and fish.
The seafood appetizer was delicious, featuring the freshest fish. The appetizer was accompanied by a plate of delicious bread snacks, consisting of pieces of focaccia and zeppoline, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
The first courses were excellent, with perfectly cooked pasta and seafood cooked with such care that it brought out its freshness.
The fried fish was delicious, crispy and not greasy. The grilled fish was also excellent, the fillet peeling off easily.
The desserts are delicious: exquisitely crafted, they're the perfect way to end a meal while pampering your palate.
The very kind and friendly staff makes guests feel at ease in a quiet and private atmosphere.
09/11/2025: Just finished lunch, authentic food, very fair prices, very helpful staff. Autumn menu featuring fish (but there was also a meat option), from appetizer to dessert, drinks included, all for €30 per person. One of the few restaurants worthy of the name. The dessert deserves a special mention: cheesecake with fresh berries. Delicious. Highly recommended.
