24/04/2025: Locale piccolo con qualche posto anche nel dehor esterno, arredato con cura e dettagli particolari, con cucina a vista. Il menù ha 4-5 scelte per ogni portata, ma tutte molto particolari e interessanti. Di antipasto abbiamo preso springrolls e polpette: impiattati come opere d'arte, bellissimi da vedere e altrettanto da mangiare. Tra i primi abbiamo optato per i due spaghetti: quello burro e alici, tanto "semplice" quanto buono, e quello con limone bruciato e polpa di granchio dal gusto particolare e mai provato. Abbiamo chiuso con i loro due dolci, il millennium pie e la pastiera che meritavano. Prezzo finale senza vino poco meno di 40€ a persona. La ragazza che ci ha servito molto cortese e simpatica. Complimenti allo chef e al suo aiuto cuoco, veramente bravi.

24/04/2025: Small place with some seats also in the outdoor terrace, furnished with care and particular details, with an open kitchen. The menu has 4-5 choices for each course, but all very particular and interesting. As an appetizer we had springrolls and meatballs: plated like works of art, beautiful to look at and equally beautiful to eat. Among the first courses we opted for the two spaghetti: the one with butter and anchovies, as "simple" as it is good, and the one with burnt lemon and crab meat with a particular and never tried taste. We finished with their two desserts, the millennium pie and the pastiera that they deserved. Final price without wine just under €40 per person. The girl who served us was very courteous and nice. Compliments to the chef and his assistant chef, really good.

28/07/2025: The pizza was good, but not Neapolitan, which I love. The service was friendly and attentive. The only downside was that the desserts were purchased and not homemade.

21/07/2025: We visited this restaurant on Thursday, July 17th and Saturday, July 19th. During both dinners, we ate the chef's seafood appetizer, cod with cherry tomatoes and crostini, fried calamari and shrimp, shrimp cutlets, tagliolini allo scoglio, sea bass-stuffed ravioli with clams and cherry tomatoes, berry panna cotta, and coconut and Nutella cake. We were offered an entree while we waited for our orders. The food was all delicious, with special mention for the ravioli and panna cotta. The restaurant has a very large indoor dining room and an outdoor area. The service was attentive and the kitchen well-organized. Recommended.

12/08/2025: Heavenly. The restaurant is excellent in terms of service, quality, and hospitality. Extremely professional without being stuffy. I recommend the fried fish and the lemon risotto. Breathtaking views of a magical beach. A dream. Spacious, elegant rooms with artistic paintings and attention to detail. The refrigerator is a gem. The bathroom is spacious and designer, like a boutique hotel, but with generous spaces. The patio and sitting area outside the room are adorable. And the beach, among the most beautiful in Gaeta, with fine white sand, crystal-clear water, and no rocks in the seabed. I'm in love with this resort, which deserves at least four stars, yet has three. It beats many of the less beautiful and more expensive hotels in the area. Among the best places in Gaeta.

22/03/2025: The restaurant is elegant and very well looked after. At the entrance on the wall there is a large circle reminiscent of the lid of a barrel. We relied on the chef's advice for a perfectly served lunch. Octopus and swordfish rolls on chickpea cream, paccheri with cuttlefish and pistachio, cheese and pepper ravioli with fish ragout and toasted almonds. For the second course, cod tempura and anchovies stuffed with ricotta, on artichoke cream. Finally nougat cream with raspberry flavored crumble and dark chocolate chocolates. A wine list absolutely in line with their menu, which gives ample space to the Lazio region, without forgetting other interesting Italian wineries, champagne and other international wines. Nice atmosphere.

16/03/2025: Really very nice place, the lady at the reception really kind, very good quality food and generous dishes. The prices are slightly high, but depending on a personal evaluation of various factors it can be okay. All in all so I would definitely stay here again, congratulations!

28/06/2025: One of the best restaurants here in Latina... low prices, food including: Risotto, fish, main courses, even off-menu requests are all excellent... Practically impeccable service and waitress always super attentive and professional. We come here every now and then with my family and as usual we always feel like we are at home. 5 stars well deserved! 🌟❤️💪

01/08/2025: La Perla Restaurant and Pizzeria, what can I say... we had a great time, excellent pizza, light and digestible dough, especially good at ensuring the pizzeria is also suitable for those with celiac disease and gluten allergies. We ate really well, a table of 10 people, everything was perfect... I haven't tried the restaurant, so I can't comment, but there's a wide selection of appetizers, first courses, and second courses. Both meat and fish are available, so next time we'll try the restaurant. WE TRYED THE RESTAURANT: My wife had fried food, which was good quality, but I was disappointed with my octopus and cuttlefish appetizer. I strictly asked for the preparation of octopus, cuttlefish, salt, oil, and lemon. They brought me a plate of vegetables, celery, carrots, tomatoes, and traces of octopus and cuttlefish for €16.00. I was disappointed. I asked to order a pizza, but the price cap doesn't even tell me how much it would cost, so I asked for the bill, and we went to another pizzeria. Never mind.

31/07/2025: Highly recommended restaurant and pizzeria! It has everything you could want: seafood, meat, and pizza. Delicious pizza, excellent ingredients, generous, and easy to digest. Excellent fried fish. Fresh and well-made mussel sauté. Taglioni with tomato and basil (off the menu) and the cutlet and potato chips for the child are truly exceptional. Reasonably priced. Generous portions (finally!). Excellent service, precise, courteous, and punctual. Welcoming, attentive. A basic venue. Highly recommended for an evening with your partner or family. You'll eat well and make a good impression.

30/08/2025: I went to Rocesare two years ago in the winter and went back this year in August, and it was a real disappointment. There wasn't a single dish we liked. We had the seafood appetizer, which wasn't of any quality. We had gnocchi with mussels and pecorino, which was a real disappointment: the gnocchi were undercooked and oddly shaped, the sauce was made with tomatoes full of annoying skins, and the pecorino wasn't there. My daughter had a steak that took a very long time to arrive, and it was badly cut and cooked even worse. After tasting the dishes, we decided not to order anything else because everything was really bad.

20/08/2025: Wonderful experience! Spacious and clean, with ample parking. Super professional and friendly waiters, generous but above all delicious dishes. The spaghetti is truly homemade, as are the desserts. The spaghetti with clams is highly recommended. The price is absolutely in line with the offerings. We scanned the QR code on the bill, which is truly disappointing. The fundraising effort does you credit.
