We stopped by chance on our way to visit the "Split Mountain." We didn't have high expectations, as it wasn't a choice. We were not impressed... VERY FINE!
Excellent, carefully prepared food with extraordinary details. Good wine recommended by the lady who served us. To finish, a delicious dessert!
The price was reasonable for the quality of the products. The "votapiatto" (a plate of food) is highly recommended, although we didn't want it initially, but the lady insisted we try it.
We'll definitely be back when we're in the area!

Highly recommended seafood restaurant! We stumbled upon it by chance for lunch and had a wonderful meal. I recommend "Follaro": the pistachio and swordfish pasta is pure poetry. The "Speranzella," gnocchi with mussels, cherry tomatoes, and pecorino cream, is also excellent. The main course was also excellent: the freshest filleted snapper. Our visit to Gaeta will be unforgettable thanks to this experience. We will definitely be back! Compliments to the chef.

Excellent restaurant, with a small question mark.
I booked online for 4 people.
Everything was very efficient.
The restaurant is very nice and welcoming.
The staff welcomed us kindly and helpfully.
The food was excellent, and the dishes were very well-prepared.
The only downside?
Near the end of the meal, I had to leave to change the parking disc.
When I returned, the staff had brought the bill to the table, without any of us having asked for it.

Il Follaro is an excellent seafood restaurant, highly recommended! 🐟
I've been there several times and have always had a wonderful meal. The fish is fresh and high-quality, and you can taste it in every dish: from appetizers to first courses to main courses, everything is truly worth it.
The staff is another strong point: friendly, fast, and always attentive to the customer, without being intrusive.
A surefire place if you're craving good seafood. Highly recommended!

Truly special cuisine, with top-notch taste and quality. An experience worth repeating over and over again, and highly recommended to anyone looking for excellent food at an excellent price-quality ratio. The staff is always very kind and professional, and the atmosphere is always meticulously maintained, never compromising on the sense of familiarity, even with the customers themselves. Chef Davide is available to accommodate any request and takes great care, even with gluten-free dishes. Don't forget to try his Brownie Tiramisu after enjoying
