15/03/2026: We had the pleasure of dining at Antica Carrera, and I must say it was a truly special evening. The restaurant is elegant yet welcoming, with a relaxed atmosphere that allows you to enjoy your dinner in peace. We started with the "Fantasia di Mare all'Antica Carrera" appetizer, truly rich and prepared with great care. Everything was fresh and well-balanced in flavor. The buffalo mozzarella with calamari and drops of pesto was also very interesting, an original combination that perfectly blends sea and land. Among the dishes that impressed me most was the seared salmon steak with mango coulis and Cyprus black salt: perfectly cooked, delicate flavors, and a truly pleasant balance thanks to the fresh note of the mango. To conclude, we tried the millefeuille with Chantilly cream and berries and the tiramisu, both excellent, light, and prepared with great care. All accompanied by a good wine that made the dinner even more enjoyable. A special thanks goes to Massimo, who clearly puts passion, care, and attention to every detail of the restaurant. Congratulations on his work: creating a place where quality, hospitality, and professionalism meet is no given. Thanks also to the waiters, always kind, helpful, and attentive throughout the evening. 26/04/2026: A terrible experience: physical discomfort after dinner on Friday, April 24th, and unfortunately health problems the next day. We dined at this restaurant and ordered the "sea and mountain" appetizer accompanied by black bread. Although the atmosphere seemed pleasant, unfortunately, our experience ended badly. The next day was a nightmare: we both felt terrible, with severe abdominal pain and constant intestinal discomfort, a clear sign that something in what we ate, probably the appetizer or the black bread, did not meet the necessary freshness or hygiene standards. We are very sorry, as a pleasant outing turned into a serious health problem. We had higher expectations, but given the physical reaction of both of us, we cannot recommend the restaurant. I hope the management will carry out the necessary checks in the kitchen to verify the quality of the products served Friday evening, but above all, to prevent this from happening to others.

31/03/2026: A traditional trattoria in the countryside near Fondi. Excellent first courses, including wild asparagus given the season; chicory and cannellini bean soup—highly recommended; and wild boar cacciatore-style for the main course, along with artichokes and authentic, non-frozen French fries. The restaurant is well-maintained but very large and a bit sparse, perhaps designed more for events. Excellent value for money.

02/05/2026: Today my husband and I had lunch at this restaurant, and we were very satisfied. The food was good, except for the mussels and clams that were in the appetizer, which were flavorless. The atmosphere is very nice, but they should add some outdoor seating. We'll definitely be back.
