It's my and my friends' favorite restaurant. The atmosphere is welcoming, and you immediately feel at home. The food is simply excellent; all dishes are prepared with high-quality ingredients. I recommend it to everyone!

Delicious seafood risotto, delicious mozzarella, and a wonderful homely atmosphere. Typical home-cooked Italian food. There aren't many places like this left, which is a shame because simple Italian cuisine based on traditional ingredients is truly unique. Keep it up, we'll be back. The house white wine was well-chilled and very good.

You're pleasantly transported back to a 1960s atmosphere. The menu is extensive, the prices are very reasonable, the service excellent, and the local wine is very pleasant. We'll definitely be returning.

Nice restaurant in the center of Scauri, a hamlet in the municipality of Minturno (LT). The service could be improved, but the food was excellent. The owner is a fantastic person.

I came for dinner with my family. We had seafood starters (I highly recommend the amberjack agnolotti with octopus ragù), followed by fried local fish, all fresh and delicious. The service was friendly and always attentive. We'll definitely be back.

19/03/2026: I happened to have lunch at Alchimia 2.0 today. Excellent welcome, very friendly and smiling staff...and to finish, the orecchietta with broccoli and sausage was amazing. Must try.
