13/04/2026: An elegant and refined location, with superior decor compared to most other establishments. The staff and service are worthy of the venue, and there's nothing to complain about regarding the friendliness and service. We enjoyed dinner, sampling the various courses with pleasure, without denigrating the deliciousness of the pizza. The price also reflects the location. Worth a try.

28/03/2026: A restaurant with a simple, refined approach, extremely friendly staff, carefully selected dishes full of flavor and balance; the tagliolini with cacio pepe and star anise were delicious [2023] Update 2025: Unfortunately, the prices have increased, and by a significant amount, despite the ingredients still belonging to the "poor man's" tradition (excellently cooked, mind you, everything still delicious). This is all legitimate, but it's no longer a restaurant I'd go to for a casual dinner; it requires a substantial financial commitment compared to two years ago. (I noticed a greater increase from December 2023 to October 2024.) The prices are now aligned with the spending power of foreign tourists, rather than the average Neapolitan budget. Which, again, is legitimate. If someone were to enter the restaurant today for the first time, they'd be happy and full. Coming back after observing the change from 2021 onwards leaves a somewhat bittersweet taste.

19/02/2026: Lunch with friends and family. An elegant, well-kept, yet comfortable place. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The fresh, off-menu seafood dishes, such as the red shrimp tartare, are excellent. The ziti with ragù, made to order, is excellent, and the sartù is also good. The turbot with potatoes is also good, but it's subdued compared to the other dishes. The wine list is interesting and reasonably priced. Overall, a great experience.

05/04/2026: Many are the years that have brought us to BORGO... our life has been marked by many celebrations in this restaurant... birthdays, anniversaries... a long friendship binds us to the owner, the food is good, you relax and the view does the rest... I highly recommend it!!!

21/02/2026: Great place! They sent a car to pick us up at a nearby rental property - how’s that for great service! Enjoyed lovely views and a delicious meal, and they drove us home. We did this twice, and both times were great. Thank you!

02/04/2026: Aunt Rosy is kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Excellent food. We spent two nights in Naples with friends and family. We found Rosy by chance, as we were staying in the Spanish Quarter. She had a table for seven and didn't hesitate to set it up for us. We tried typical dishes, and even the kids were happy with their food. It's a small trattoria, with limited seating. She's fantastic. If we ever return, we'll definitely go to Rosy's! Don't eat predictable dishes; with Rosy's touch, they become unique.

Excellent wine selection with a fair markup. They're good at maintaining the high standards after such a long time. Adequately priced.

07/04/2026: Very good food, but they're prejudiced against Italians. Dario is very kind!!! I'd like to add something that seems relevant to me. When booking, I asked for the best available table for an important occasion. I was told that they'll assign you a table upon arrival, and I rightfully accepted this as policy. Upon arrival, I was told there's a minimum spending limit on the terrace, which isn't a problem for me. When I told them I'd spend it, they told me it's hot and we can't stay there because they don't have a roof on the terrace. We ate with a wonderful view, but I asked to have dessert on the terrace, and they granted it. While we were on the terrace, the Americans magically arrived, and they ate lunch on the terrace. I hate double standards. Losing yourself for so little is something that shouldn't happen in a place of this caliber. I hope the owners read this and take action. The tables they reserve weren't used until 3:25 PM, which is when I'm writing this review, and I'm sorry about that. I wanted to go further, but I'm sorry what I experienced at dessert shouldn't be repeated. I wish you all the best in your guest service. You're already very good at cooking.

16/03/2026: We absolutely fell in love with the osteria. Every dish was a taste experience, with excellent ingredients and a touch of sophistication and experimentation. The risotto was indescribable. Add to this a stunning panoramic dining room, with just a few tables but offering a unique view of the bay. The service was friendly and helpful. We hope to return and will definitely recommend it.

10/11/2025: Amazing place! Spectacular sea views, a relaxing atmosphere, and super friendly staff. We had lunch just a few meters from the water with truly delicious dishes: a fresh seafood appetizer, flavorful seafood paccheri, and a light dessert with cream and strawberries that was simply heavenly. A glass of white wine, a sea breeze, and a breathtaking view... what more could you ask for? After lunch, we also enjoyed an aperitif overlooking the sea, and it was simply perfect. La Gavitella is one of those places where you can truly relax and enjoy the Amalfi Coast in all its splendor. ❤️

11/02/2026: Mame Ostrichina was a truly memorable experience. There’s a surprise waiting downstairs — the lower floor is beautifully designed, clearly curated with taste and intention. The atmosphere feels refined and intimate, and the art gallery element adds an unexpected cultural touch. The variety, ingenuity, and presentation of the dishes were impressive — but most importantly, the flavors were exceptional. Every course felt balanced and thoughtful. The wine selection is also outstanding, with excellent pairings that complement the menu perfectly. You may come to Naples for the pizza, but this is a true hidden gem for anyone who enjoys sushi or simply needs a refined break from the heavier local cuisine. Highly recommended.
