A beautiful restaurant with attention to detail. I dined there on Sunday, July 12, with my wife and two friends. The tasting menus were very enjoyable, with balanced dishes clearly reflecting the chef's careful attention to detail. I'm very satisfied with the experience. (The only thing I could improve on is reducing the time between courses.)

A magnificent experience at this restaurant. The attention to detail is incredible, starting with the meticulous presentation of each dish. I was particularly impressed by the oysters served on a bed of fresh rosemary, a creative touch I greatly appreciated. Everything was meticulously crafted, from the choice of cutlery to the elegant arrangement of the dishes. I will definitely return to discover other creations.

Even though our group of 10 arrived a little late, Gian Carlo and team took amazing care of us - we felt absolutely spoiled and the food was to die for. Would absolutely recommend reserving a table here if you have a chance!

High-end cuisine, the dishes combine excellent ingredients and refinement. What made the experience even more enjoyable was the attention to detail: my wife is expecting a baby, and after I informed her, the chef independently modified the entrees to ensure she could eat safely. The genuine kindness of the owners and the wait staff makes all the difference. We always return with great pleasure!

We tried the tasting menu. Great atmosphere. Excellent service. Perfect pace. All the dishes were delicious; none disappointed. The rabbit ravioli and the tuna tartare with bone marrow were outstanding.
