13/04/2026: An excellent dinner among picturesque caves and a sea view I recently dined at the Tico Tico pizzeria restaurant in Meta and had a truly wonderful experience. The highlight is undoubtedly the quality of the ingredients. The fish is incredibly fresh, and you can taste it in every bite. We tried several dishes, from the mixed seafood appetizers (the octopus and fried anchovies were excellent, crispy and not at all heavy) to the first courses (the fettuccine with shrimp and chopped pistachios was cooked to perfection, with an excellent balance of flavors). You can clearly sense that each course is prepared with care and respect for the ingredients. The location is truly unique and evocative: the restaurant is nestled inside a natural cave, creating an intimate and characteristic atmosphere. On the second floor, there is a splendid terrace with tables overlooking the sea, ideal for a romantic dinner or to enjoy the sea breeze. I was also told that in the summer, tables right by the water are available. ​ The staff was welcoming, and the prices listed on the menu are absolutely average for the area, especially considering the high quality of the food and the prime location. ​In conclusion, if you're looking for a place to eat excellent seafood in a unique setting in Meta, Tico Tico is highly recommended. ​

28/03/2026: One of the hotels that left me speechless. The extremely kind, professional, and helpful staff. A 6-star welcome for our four-legged friend. A super comfortable bed, his bowls, and a sweet treat of biscuits. The most beautiful sea view room I've ever seen. The attention to detail in the furnishings, from the lighting to the fabrics, was perfect. Since it was March, we didn't use the pool or beach, which will certainly be a plus in the summer. The room had everything you need, even for the beach. The location in the center of Sorrento is perfect for exploring the city on foot, and close to the square and all amenities. For those who want to treat themselves to a wonderful pampering experience, this place will leave you speechless.

28/03/2026: This restaurant is located in the heart of Salerno's historic center. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is attentive and genuine. We ordered the mixed antipasto platter consisting of four small courses, which I found delicious, even if the portions were a bit small. The penne allo scarpariello and the risotto were also very good and plentiful. The grilled calamari was incredibly fresh and tender. The bill was reasonable.

13/04/2026: We were there on Saturday for dinner and returned on Sunday for lunch. Enzo welcomed us and treated us with white gloves. The place is very well-kept and the cuisine excellent. The recommended wine is excellent, the best Genovese I've ever eaten, but everything was excellent. Try the pastiera. But the highlight of the place is Enzo (and his daughter), the true hosts.

12/03/2026: Hats off!!! I went for dinner on Saturday evening for the first time on the recommendation of friends. The chef delighted us with truly delicious dishes, all in a unique setting. Reservations are recommended. We'll definitely be back.

19/03/2026: A lovely little place just steps from the Pompeii ruins. Weather permitting, you can enjoy your food under a lovely pergola. Excellent pizza, flavorful and fragrant, made with top-quality ingredients. Fast and friendly staff. Prices are high, but reasonable for the area.
