28/07/2024: What a nice surprise. The place seems hidden, but as soon as you enter you have a pleasant feeling. Soft light and background music. We were actually accompanied by a friend who knew the restaurant. They made us sit. The waiter listed a few dishes for us and we left. We preferred some tastings and concluded with two portions of mixed fried foods. We tasted some very good dishes with attention to detail. Service with polite and courteous staff. The kitchen room is open. What can I say, an excellent restaurant. Good job, everyone. We'll see again.

20/08/2024: Local and very good cuisine. The welcome is warm and attentive! (Grazie!!) No dessert but the proportions of antipasti and dishes are sufficient. Price more than fair! I recommend without hesitation

19/08/2024: Good dishes But no non-alcoholic drinks apart from Coke, no desserts, no coffee...they only serve antipasti, starters and main courses. The first carafe of water is free, then the other carafes of tap water are chargeable. The waitress is very nice and speaks French. She helped us choose our dishes. Thanks to her.

08/08/2024: We had a great dinner at ReFood Sorrento. All the appetizers, pastas and main sources were excellent. Service was very good and attentive as well. Sitting in the back of the restaurant was comfortable with functioning AC (rare for Italy), so the temperature was great for dinner. They were also very helpful with a few questions that we had around the best beach to go to later in the week. One of our best dinners in Sorrento.

11/08/2024: Highly recommended experience. Lunch overlooking the sea on the terrace, where the tables are arranged under straw umbrellas. The pizza, like the one we had the pleasure of tasting, is simply delicious: a soft and well-cooked base, garnished with fresh cherry tomatoes, basil and a touch of pesto that enhances the Mediterranean flavours. Cooking in a wood oven gives the pizza an unmistakable and irresistible aroma. An ideal place for a relaxing lunch, where taste combines with the serenity of the surrounding environment.

26/08/2024: Fabulous dinner, my boyfriend and I didn’t do the prefix menu or have a reservation. We arrived right when they opened, one thing to note is if you don’t have a reservation you can’t sit under the beautiful pergola area inside so definitely make a reservation! You’re greeted with a free glass of champagne and small aperitivo. If we had more nights in Sorrento we would’ve gone here a second time! My boyfriend ordered the risotto and I ordered the pappardelle with pesto and cod. His risotto was to die for!

25/08/2024: Bel locale nel centro di Sorrento. Tavoli all ‘esterno o su a terrazza con pergolato o sala interna elegante e raffinata. Accoglienza cortese e cordiale. Personale italiano molto cortese ed empatico, un po’ ingessato ma comunque efficace il personale non italiano. Possibilità di vari percorsi di degustazione con prezzi medio alti. Qualita’ del cibo ottima con ampia disponibilità di scelta. Provata linguina con gamberi ed uova di lompo veramente gustosa. Agnello tenerissimo e gustosissimo. Dolci ottimi. Da provare ma non aspettatevi prezzi da trattoria.

17/08/2024: Absolutely substandard service. Had to wait 20 minutes for the table after a botched online reservation that the restaurant screwed up. OK. Then it was 30 minutes. We then got a slanted table where I wouldn't have wanted to eat soup. After another 10 minutes the service came. We said we already knew what we wanted to order. The good man then disappeared with a succinct “OK”. We then left the restaurant and I will never enter this hole again. The whole thing took place from 10 p.m. to 10:45 p.m. Most restaurants close at 11 p.m. So no dinner. Worst restaurant experience of my life! And now people are lying too... All of my statements are true and there was definitely no closed society.

22/07/2024: Before boarding the 7.30pm ferry to return home to Latina I was looking for a pizza place by the slice and by chance I came across this very nice and clean place...welcomed with sympathy and kindness by the owner and the various guys who in a short time created two delicious round pizzas

21/07/2024: Amazing pizza right in the port. We stopped here before our ferry and were not disappointed! We have eaten very well in Naples and ischia and this place is definitely up there - don’t be put off by the port / touristy location. It was lunch when we went so very hot but they have air conditioning inside and the drinks were very cold. We will be back!

25/08/2024: I was disappointed by the service for a couple of years that I missed but as I see the situation gets worse and worse. I'm sorry because some time ago the food was very good and the service was impeccable. I don't think all of this is open to challenge. You have waiters but only to those who manage it.

09/08/2024: I was introduced to this place by my awesome B+B host. They made a res for me and I walked up and my table for one was all ready to go. The staff was so kind and nice. I ordered the seafood risotto and it came out perfect. I am actually planning to go back tonight! Update: like I said, I came back the night after and this time I was welcomed back with open arms. It felt so nice bc the staff remembers me and prepped my table as I arrived. I was going to order what’s on the menu but they told me there was a special chef put together and without a doubt, I jumped on that. It was one of the best dishes I had in Amalfi coast this trip. This place is awesome. The people, the food and the vibe. It was a great way to end my trip here in Amalfi. Thank you Abside. You made my trip (food) so happy.

29/07/2024: Da Vincenzo is situated on the main road in Positano. We requested an inside table since we had our two young boys with us. It is a lovely restaurant. The staff were friendly and patient with my youngest son who was acting out initially. My son ordered the calamari and prawns. He liked them but did not love them. I ordered the stewed cod with peppers and olives. It was my favorite cod dish of the trip. It was tender and flavorful and the peppers and olives complimented it nicely. For dessert we shared the buffalo cheesecake with berries and Tiramisu. Both were outstanding. Da Vincenzo is worth checking out if you are visiting Positano as it is open for lunch and dinner.

28/07/2024: We were very excited to try this restaurant as we are avid followers of the Michelin guide, but we found it to be somewhat lacking. The service was wonderful, but the food itself was underwhelming. We ordered the octopus, the Nerano pasta dish, and a short rib pasta and none were show stoppers. Compared to some of the other restaurants we went to they were downright bland. We talked with another vacationing couple who went the same night we were there and they too said they felt underwhelmed; the husband commented that his "meat pasta" had only 4 small pieces of beef in it. Overall it was a fine experience, but for the price you may be better off going up the mountain to Il Ritrovo or to Da Gabrisa.

28/07/2024: Excellent restaurant. Fresh ingredients and high quality seafood. The owner, Mr. Claudio, monitors everything closely, which gave us a lot of comfort. The view of the sea of Capri is wonderful!
