Good quality, it's a shame that not all the menu items were available. The owner was courteous and the prices were reasonable.

A tiny restaurant that lives up to its promise. A warm welcome from the waiter, who speaks English with foreigners. Open kitchen. You can watch the woman cooking and enthusiastically explaining her dishes and ingredients. A small, unpretentious place that will charm you with its fresh produce and concise menu. We had a very good meal for a very good price, away from the crowds. A must-try if you're in Naples!

The zucchini pasta and patate e provola were great, mussels taste like the sea. Not whole lot of space, tiny bit too chaotic but the food was worth it.

Typical trattoria atmosphere with an open kitchen. I highly recommend trying the pasta, potatoes, and provola cheese, cooked in the traditional Neapolitan style—delicious.

It's the place where you can eat some of the best pasta in the world. The quality-price ratio is excellent. It's a small place that goes unnoticed, but it's still cozy, quiet, the service is fast, and it has a friendly atmosphere, so it's great.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a quick place to eat typical Neapolitan food on Saturday night. We had a mixed appetizer, deviled eggs, half a glass of wine, water, a portion of meatballs, and pasta with potatoes and provola. Everything was very good, except for the pasta, which had melted Parmesan crusts. The flavor was a bit acidic and heavy overall (it's not the first time we've eaten it, in fact). When the waiter pointed out that we didn't like the dish, we were told, "Oh well, it's an occupational hazard." We didn't like the treatment. At the very least, I would have asked if we wanted anything else or what was wrong, or I wouldn't have charged for the dish (we returned it full). In short, we were treated superficially. Everything else was very good, especially the meatballs. The ambiance could be improved in terms of organization.

Good food, but we noticed the table next to us had twice the amount in their plate when ordering the same dish...🤔

02/04/2026: This was...amazing 😍 I did not come to Italy expecting such a unique blend of Japanese and Italian cooking...it completely blew us away! We had a variety of vegan dishes, and not a single one of them was average or "just good" ... they all were amazing!! Highly recommended! The atmosphere is sooo relaxing and unique, a really nice contrast to the busy street just outside. Everything was prepared with such care and love, the food, the table itself, the interior design. The kitchen is open so you can look at the preparation. If you don't feel adventurous go for the delicious nuggets, if you do, try the uramaki mix with eight different flavours ❤️ Can highly recommend!
06/03/2026: One of the best places to eat in Naples. As a vegan, I really appreciated the selection. The food is truly delicious and refined, from fried foods to desserts, from sushi to hot dishes. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Cibi Cotti Nonna Anna

28/05/2026: The least touristy place I visited in Naples - and that's a good thing!
23/05/2026: Once upon a time, we told stories, we were enriched by simplicity, and every single day had its value. Once upon a time, we were more spontaneous, a smile was the best good morning, and we dreamed. Once upon a time, we met by chance, we listened to music, we read, and we talked, always. Once upon a time, food was prepared at home, the vegetables were from the garden, and the wine was always made by grandfather. NONNA ANNA'S COOKED FOOD is a place of the heart, where flavors, aromas, kindness, courtesy, love, and sweetness are united in a single, wonderful embrace that you will receive upon entering. Here, time stands still, and your heart and soul will begin to communicate with your mind. You will find yourself taking an incredible journey through the past, a past that is sorely needed today. At Nonna Anna, you will understand that, today, it is necessary to go back and slow down, a great deal. A place like this is a place of God, a place unique and perfect in its simplicity. In this authentic sacred temple of memory and hospitality, excellent raw materials are transformed into heavenly delicacies, capable of inundating your palate and, above all, your heart with pleasure. Every single dish that leaves this kitchen is not simply food, but a poem, a loving tribute to an ancient Naples that refuses to fade. On the stove, the legendary Sunday ragù is simmering. It is left to simmer and simmer for over six hours, a lengthy ritual that transforms it into a dense, dark, and glossy work of art, structured to envelop the pasta in an embrace of flavors that immediately evokes childhood lunches. But the true epiphany of taste occurs in front of their legendary potato gateau, an absolute legend of Neapolitan gastronomy. This divine flan presents itself to the eye with a golden, crispy crust, a prelude to an indescribably soft interior. The first bite of the fork reveals a stringy center, where the aroma of potatoes blends with the savory flavor of cured meats and the creaminess of traditional cheeses. Next to this monument stands the majestic Genoese tagliolini tart, a masterpiece of culinary architecture. This preparation combines the pasta shape with the overwhelming power of a Genoese cooked to perfection. This daily miracle does not happen by chance, but is guarded by special souls. There is Lino, the supreme guardian of all of Grandma Anna's knowledge, the man who guards the secrets locked away in old notebooks yellowed by time. His is a mission of love: he knows the alchemy of the ingredients by heart and watches over the fires so that the gastronomic heritage remains pure, shunning the shortcuts of modernity. Working alongside him is Vincenzo, Nonna Anna Pappalardo's devoted grandson, a splendid bridge between past and future. With the enthusiasm of youth and a sacred respect for his roots, he observes ancient gestures to steal their secrets. He is the face that welcomes gourmet travelers. And completing this symphony is his sweet daughter Cuncettella, a true force of nature. With her quips, she has the rare gift of making every guest feel like a close relative returning home after a long journey. On the tables of this magical restaurant, every detail exudes authenticity. The careful selection of each ingredient is not a fad but an ancient moral duty to the land. Here, one rediscovers the profound meaning of sharing, a ritual that transforms the simple act of eating into a moment of spiritual communion. Nonna Anna relives her extraordinary family in every single gesture, a lineage that has chosen not to surrender to the rush of the contemporary world. The kitchen thus becomes a safe haven for sailors lost in the frenzy of daily life, where they can finally lay down the weapons of modernity and rediscover the beauty of slower rhythms. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Vincenzo, Lino, Aunt Cuncettella, and thank you, wonderful Grandma Anna 💙🙏🏾 Chef Alex T. Pisapia
