25/07/2025: Delicious pizza, terrible service. Suddenly I thought I was the victim of a candid camera. As soon as we arrived, I think the owner arrogantly invited us to follow him to a table. We politely asked if there was no room outside. Annoyed, he replied, "I don't know," and carelessly threw the cutlery and napkins onto the table inside. When it was time to order, we asked what the half-meter pizza was like: we knew it was 50 cm, but we don't usually carry a ruler in our pockets, so, as stupid as it was, our question was factual. It would have been enough for him to show us the size with his hands, instead of answering us like a couple of idiots, "half a meter," with absurd arrogance. We ordered two regular pizzas. I specified that I wanted the pizza plain, enunciating and repeating the request, because the menu listed the pizza with tomato sauce. Afterwards, my companion returns the menus with some difficulty folding them, accompanied by the gentleman's comment: "Sure, let's crease it even more, come on." A wait ensues, during which he argues twice with a waitress who, poor thing, must have the patience of a saint. Finally, the pizzas arrive. Red. Both my companion and I work in the restaurant business, so we know mistakes can happen, and we normally try to cause as little disruption as possible. In other contexts, I would have eaten it, but given the owner's attitude, it seemed like the final straw. And we were wrong. We ask for a change. Without apology, the gentleman grabs the plate and, on sight, mutters, gesticulates, and gets worked up as if I weren't seeing him. Luckily, the pizza chef, who brings me the correct pizza, is polite, courteous, and kind. And mortified. Finally, we ask for two bitters. "With ice?" "No, no ice." I get the ice, and I drink it, laughing, because now we're at the height of absurdity. Meanwhile, the owner starts snapping at the holy waitress again. We go to pay: we pay with our tickets, missing three euros and something. The cashier, obviously the owner-waiter's brother, gets annoyed because we want to pay the rest by card. A truly Ionesco-esque evening. It's even sad to say the pizza is delicious, because they deserve to close, given their attitude toward their work and customers.

24/07/2025: The pizza was good. I had sausage and broccoli rabe, and my partner had a white 4-cheese pizza. She repeatedly told the waiter (owner) "white." The pizza arrived red. We pointed this out, and the owner threw a tantrum. So, the pizza was good, but the owner/waiter was rude and unfriendly, and he doesn't interact with the public.

12/07/2025: Very large and spacious, interesting regional menus, reasonable prices.

12/07/2025: Focus on the pizza tour and skip the regional menus, which are better. Sunday evening, scialatielli, served before 8 pm and more often re-offered. The buffet line was presumably prepared in the afternoon and then left there to "age" without a cover on the display case (hccp?), with flies buzzing around. The pizza was excellent. The rest was lax.

05/06/2025: Abbiamo passato una piacevole serata in questo locale con una vista incantevole, a pochi metri dal mare. La qualità delle materie prime si sente, ma da rivedere il servizio di alcuni camerieri molto distratti ed un conto molto salato. Antipasto di crudo a 45€ mi è sembrato troppo per la scarsa quantità di pesce

05/07/2025: Excelente atendimento, cardápio , acolhedor, adoramos! Ainda melhor porque tem estacionamento no local, algo difícil na Itália.

01/06/2025: Hemos estado regresando a este restaurante durante 6 años, la comida es increíble. Beppe es un anfitrión fantástico, muy profesional como todo el personal. Está muy bien situado con vistas impresionantes. Es uno de los favoritos para la gente local, lo que siempre es una buena señal. Nos presentaron este restaurante y Beppe hace años por nuestro buen amigo Luigi y nos reunimos con él y otros amigos cada vez que volvemos a Seiano. No te decepcionará si visitas este lugar, es uno de los mejores! También prueba su Limoncello casero, es precioso 🥂. Gracias Beppe, nos vemos pronto. Stephen y Julie.

01/05/2025: Ci siamo fermati con la famiglia per un pranzo abbiamo trovato subito un ottima accoglienza, personale gentile, servizio attento e veloce. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo dall antipasto , ai primi, al fritto, un polpo scottato buonissimo ! Anche i dolci molto buoni! Consigliatissimo! Anzi di sicuro ritorneremo!

27/04/2025: Ristorante di livello dove materie prime, servizio e ottimi piatti sono protagonisti. Ampia scelta dei vini, struttura adattissimo ad eventi aziendali.

05/06/2025: Un ristorante davvero incantevole, che unisce gusto, eleganza e accoglienza in modo impeccabile. Il locale è spazioso, arredato con gusto sobrio e curato nei dettagli, con ampie sale luminose e un’atmosfera rilassante, perfetta sia per una cena tra amici che per un’occasione speciale. Giorgia e Luigi, i proprietari, ci hanno accolto con grande gentilezza, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio: attenti, disponibili e inclusivi, hanno reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Eravamo in tre: io ho scelto un menù di terra, mentre le mie due amiche hanno optato per un menù di mare. Abbiamo iniziato con gli antipasti: io ho ordinato i crostini ai fegatini, davvero deliziosi, con un gusto deciso ma armonioso. Le mie amiche hanno preso delle frittelline di spigola, leggere, croccanti e profumate: un inizio perfetto. Come primi piatti, io ho gustato delle tagliatelle al ragù fatte in casa, cotte al punto giusto e condite con un sugo ricco e saporito. Le mie amiche hanno scelto due piatti di mare: gnocchi con gamberi, vongole e asparagi, un piatto fresco e ben equilibrato e un risotto alla pescatora, cremoso, profumato e ricco di sapori autentici. Per concludere, due dolci davvero indimenticabili: un tortino al cioccolato dal cuore fondente, intenso e avvolgente, e un crème caramel vellutato, delicato e perfettamente eseguito. Complimenti sinceri a tutta la cucina per l’altissimo livello delle preparazioni: ogni piatto è stato un piccolo capolavoro. Ma il merito più grande va senza dubbio a Erica, la pasticcera, capace di chiudere la cena con creazioni dolci semplicemente straordinarie. I suoi dessert ci hanno lasciato senza parole. Un’esperienza gastronomica completa, curata e pienamente soddisfacente. Torneremo sicuramente!!

29/07/2025: Ottimo posto, atmosfera e cibo. Ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio, la pizza era ottima e mi è piaciuta la possibilità di avere il posto sollevato per ammirare le saline.

13/07/2025: Ho cenato con amici sabati sera, non conoscevo il locale che a primo acchito mi è piaciuto molto, ci hanno fatto accomodare al tavolo ed abbiamo dato l’ordinazione ad una giovane cameriera molto gentile e sorridente, fin qui tutto bene… Dopo più di un’ora le nostre pizze non erano ancora arrivate e quando finalmente ce le hanno portate abbiamo notato che su tre mancava qualche ingrediente, le noci su una e la grana sulla parmigiana era talmente poca che non si sentiva neanche il sapore. Le melanzane erano completamente crude, ed anche l’impatto lo era! Sicuramente non riescono a gestire le ordinazioni perché intorno a noi c’erano solo tavoli di persone che attendevano di mangiare spazientiti… Non tornerò di sicure, anche l’atmosfera non mi è piaciuta c’era molto chiasso ed inoltre ci cadeva sui vestiti (ovviamente da lavare) la fuliggine del forno perché la copertura è fatta di canne… Terribile esperienza

25/07/2025: Excellent restaurant on the Ostia seafront where the location is modern and very spacious in fact there is the possibility of eating both inside and outside. The waiters were quite kind and helpful. As for the dishes we found them very good where the quality is felt. There is the possibility of eating in addition to fish also pizza and also to have an aperitif if you want. Parking was not so easy to find. I recommend it!!

23/07/2025: Abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante e siamo rimasti molto contenti. La pasta alla Eoliana era ottima come anche il pesce. Il servizio veloce ed i prezzi nella media. Ci simo poi ritornati una seconda sera e non ci ha deluso.

12/07/2025: Torno ogni anno da Don Piricuddu a Vulcano, ed è sempre una garanzia di qualità, freschezza e calore. Questo posto ha davvero qualcosa di speciale: l’atmosfera familiare e il pesce, sempre freschissimo e cucinato con maestria da Fabio. Ogni piatto è un viaggio nei sapori autentici delle Eolie. Dai crudi alle linguine all’astice blu: tutto è preparato con passione e rispetto per la tradizione locale. La gentilezza del personale e la cura nei dettagli rendono l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. È il mio appuntamento fisso ogni estate, e ogni volta riescono a sorprendermi. Un luogo dove si mangia benissimo e ci si sente a casa. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca il meglio del pesce in un angolo di paradiso!

03/07/2025: Super equipped beach, helpful staff although unfortunately there was a slightly unpleasant episode with a girl at the bar. We allowed ourselves to take two chairs from a table where she was setting up and without saying anything she waited for us to get to our table to sit down and consume what we had taken at the bar, when she started yelling at us "but I'm setting the table!" in an arrogant manner when she could have told us before and in the appropriate manner... oh well, then during the day we were continuously offered watermelon, so leaving aside the inconvenience I have to say that we had a good time.

22/07/2025: Beautiful performance by the musicians, and service was high standard. Drinks very pricey but I understand we were right in San Marco square.

06/08/2025: Friendly staff, location was nice, but food vs price was not a great combo. The tourist menu was a bit too much and the fried seafood wasn’t really good (taste wise)… ‘ensalata mixta’ absent. Just some leaves. But if yes that might be it

26/07/2025: Sadly, we were cheated. The menu stated the price for grilled fish was fixed at €60 per kg and they charged us €80. They also claimed they served us a 1.4kg fish, which is excessive for 2 people and seems highly unlikely. When questioned the waiter claimed it was a “special fish”. If so, this should have been disclosed, along with the claimed size in advance.

03/07/2025: It was one of two restaurants recommended to us from our Hotel (Baia) and I dare say it's probably the best food I had in Italy (as a frequent visitor) and easily one of the top 3 most memorable meals! It was so good! I was a little iffy about the rating at first but later understood that the wait staff are just overwhelmed/understaffed especially when things get busy (we were here for dinner). They might even appear prickly at first but honestly they warmed up to us eventually giving us great service and even gave us free limoncello (not pictured here)! Also, coperto (cover charge per person) is absolutely normal and expected in many restaurants in Italy. Every food we had was memorable- the steak had a hint of coffee (so unique and delicious!) and the pizza and tiramisu easily one of top 5 I had! Would love to return some day!

03/07/2025: ❌ Very disappointing experience We had to wait 15 minutes just to get water, which was already frustrating. But things got worse – we ordered a pizza based on the menu, and it came out completely different. When we politely pointed it out, the staff told us that we just didn’t understand what the ingredients meant, and then they started talking badly about us in Italian, right in front of us. The waitresses were rude and unfriendly, and seemed annoyed by everything. The only nice person was the pizza chef, who was kind and helpful. We definitely won’t be coming back.

17/07/2025: Rude for no reason. We'll avoid returning, preferring lesser-known places staffed by people who understand that it's the customers who fill the establishment's pockets.

03/07/2025: I happened upon it by chance and was pleasantly surprised by the family atmosphere! Just what I was looking for! I came back to eat the grilled fish for the second time (but that's my problem 🤣) Well done I'm leaving and I'll take away a good memory and I'll recommend it to most!

22/06/2025: I knew Strapizzami well for its excellent pizzas and delicious meat dishes, but this time I wanted to try, on the advice of the kind owner Sergio Di Falco, also the seafood cuisine. The result was excellent. Fresh fish excellently cooked by Ester (masterful sauce), generous portions (see photo) and honest price. Truly extraordinary the fresh pasta with lobster, included in the menu for two people. A ten out of ten dish. Compliments to all the staff.
