07/06/2025: VERY NEGATIVE experience. The first room the air conditioning was broken (the guy from the reception also went to check), he checked and found that it was not working. He changed our room, unfortunately the second room the air conditioning did not work either. We spent a night like HELL, very hot room. FAIR BREAKFAST I asked for half a refund from the owner through BROOKING, with which the HOTEL replied that it did not refund. All this on May 29, 2025. Before booking a room in this hotel, call first to find out if the air conditioning works in the rooms. I thank BROOKING for apologizing instead of the HOTEL OWNER. I will never, never, never return to this hotel.

29/07/2025: A very pretty and relaxing location, with our table right by the pool. The tranquil atmosphere made dinner even more enjoyable. The food was excellent, with innovative and well-executed combinations, like the tuna with peach, truly delicious; I highly recommend it! All the pasta and even the bread are homemade, a detail that shines through in the quality. For our first course, we had a chitarra pasta with red prawns and truffle: excellent ingredients, beautifully showcased. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing dinner, with excellent ingredients and a touch of originality.

26/07/2025: Close to the sea but not on it, a quiet spot surrounded by greenery with a lovely pool. We were warmly welcomed by a young woman who was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and cheerful. The appetizers were good, and the food was generally well-prepared. Sometimes the execution didn't live up to the description: the tagliata on the menu was actually a thin slice, and the paprika-crusted picana was delicious, but you couldn't taste the paprika (if a customer orders paprika-flavored food, it's assumed they love that flavor and want it in that dish). The value for money justifies the stop.

04/08/2025: It's hard for me to judge how good it probably tastes. However, the service is a bit of a letdown. The older gentleman who asked us and our two children to leave, then welcomed the Italians behind us. Apparently, Poles with children are second-rate customers. The staff was very unfriendly; I hope they're treated the same way someday. Fortunately, there's a very nice pizzeria a little further down the road. I don't recommend it.

19/04/2025: Very comfortable hotel for those who ski but also for those who don't ski Suitable for adults in my opinion Very kind staff I spent 2 nights in suite 500 (two adults and a 16 year old daughter) the accommodation is perfect Great independence and privacy as it consists of two separate bedrooms with two internal bathrooms and a common entrance I couldn't ask for better accommodation Beautiful indoor and outdoor swimming pool - spa, massages, relaxation room, gym everything is managed at the top and the stay at this hotel was truly perfect A special note goes to the restaurant service FOR CELIAC PEOPLE (our daughter was served with great attention and kindness by a waiter dedicated to her and was able to taste all the exquisite dishes they offer, modified as needed for those intolerant to gluten with great attention and in total safety). Congratulations indeed because I have been traveling for more than 20 years all over the world with celiac children and service like this is rare. Thank you

22/06/2025: Excellent example of typical cuisine with interesting reinterpretations but also "traditional" Italian dishes, such as cutlet to be clear, or quick salads. Personally I tried typical fish dishes and I was very satisfied

12/06/2025: We arrived almost at 3:30 p.m. because we were running late, but they were still super nice and made us two pizzas that were delicious, along with tiramisu for dessert. Highly recommended if you're in the area, as the staff is excellent.

14/07/2025: We returned to Peperosa, which we had loved four years ago. The food, including pizza, and the service were always excellent. We just noticed a bit of neglect, like the badly damaged umbrellas and other neglected details that we couldn't help but notice since everything was perfect the previous time. I recommend it for its excellent value and lakeside location.

21/07/2025: We had the pleasure of dining at Rosa Dei Vento, and it is a must and absolute highlight for anyone visiting Trani. Nestled along the picturesque waterfront, this charming restaurant offers not only stunning views but also an exceptional culinary experience rooted in the rich flavors of the Adriatic. I opted for the mussels and clams, and it was nothing short of outstanding. The freshness of the seafood was immediately apparent – the mussels were tender and flavorful, and the clams were delicately briny, perfectly cooked and served in a light, aromatic broth that allowed the natural flavors to shine. Every bite tasted like the sea in the best possible way. My wife had the sea bass, and it was equally impressive. Cooked to perfection, the fish was moist and flaky with a crispy skin, delicately seasoned to bring out its full flavor. It was beautifully presented, showing the attention to detail that sets Rosa Dei Venti apart. The service was absolutely excellent – friendly, attentive, and professional without being intrusive. 14/07/2025: Overall, the view and location were great. The food was tasty. However, they cheated. In the fried version of the dish called "fish mix," I got squid and shrimp (no fish, although there was supposed to be). It was a rather small portion. The same dish, grilled, had shrimp and squid again, but this time with a small piece of swordfish. After arguing with the waitress about squid not being fish, one dish was replaced with filet. It was brought by the offended man who took the order... It wasn't pleasant. Instead of a receipt, I got a piece of paper with unclear writing, so I'm not entirely sure what I paid for. Better to save myself the trouble and go somewhere else.

08/07/2025: I went to lunch with my girlfriend. The waiter was very rude and impolite, and while we were eating, he rudely asked us to move. My girlfriend asked for a pizza with less mozzarella, as she's lactose intolerant, and the waiter laughed in her face and brought her a pizza full of mozzarella that she couldn't finish. The carbonara pizza is disgusting; it's a pizza with bacon and a scrambled egg that looks like it's made of rubber. Bottom line: we'll never return to this rude and filthy restaurant again.
