A' Lucianella In Napoli

We were on vacation and the food was delicious, and the service from Luca and Lucho was exceptional. Thank you for everything, and we'll definitely be back when we return to Naples.

We ate a great Genovese accompanied by an excellent Aglianico. Highly recommended restaurant.

You can eat well, using fresh, quality products. The fried calamari and prawns are crispy and dry! The spaghetti with clams is truly delicious. The pasta is very good, cooked perfectly, and the clams are tasty and plentiful! The owner is very kind! I recommend it.

We had a wonderful time at this trattoria, although the overall rating didn't initially entice us to dine there. But sometimes, the magic happens. We decided to stop by, and we're so glad we did. The welcome was incredibly warm. Lucio, the owner, kindly let us sample some delicious local dishes. A truly delightful experience; I encourage you to give it a try.

The food was nothing special. The waiter was nice, but he and the owner were rushing us to order even though we weren't ready. The best thing was the Caprese dessert.

Drawn by the owner's friendliness and given the dinner time, we sat in the restaurant's outdoor area. The atmosphere was slightly secluded from the traffic on Via dei Tribunali. Well, our intuition didn't fail us, because we had a divine dinner. If I may recommend two first courses, I can't hesitate to say: pasta alla genovese and Neapolitan ragù. Delicious!! As was everything else.

We ate at A' Lucianella for the second time this week tonight. I had egg tagliatelle with octopus, calamari, shrimp and mussels and it was fantastic. They seem to have fresh, really good quality ingredients, cook and mix them with some herbs and end up with the most fantastic meal. I hope that you will be hungry, this is most definitely not micro portions. You will not need a starter, a main course is enough. For us they also did some free salty dough balls, which were really nice. My wife and I had a bottle of wine with the meal and then they offered us limoncello on the way out, so we floated home on a cloud, with just enough situational awareness to dodge the scooters and cars that weave between pedestrians on the way home. Service was friendly too. Whilst you can sit outside, we chose to sit inside for some more quiet and privacy.

Good place, atmosphere also nice a bit aside of the street where all pedestrians walk. The grilled octopus and shrimps were a bit burned and tasted like that, the spaghetti were delicious.

We dined at Trattoria "A Lucianella" twice during our stay in Naples – and that pretty much says it all! The seafood was simply outstanding – fresh, perfectly prepared, and a true culinary highlight. I haven't eaten this well in a long time. Every dish was made with great care and wonderfully reflected typical Neapolitan cuisine. We would also like to especially commend the service: The staff were consistently incredibly friendly, attentive, and warm, making us feel instantly welcome. The trattoria itself is a small, charming place with lots of flair and an authentic atmosphere – exactly what you'd expect in Naples. We will definitely be back and wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant!
