26/06/2025: Unpretentious old-fashioned environment. Good and plentiful dishes. Pizza to improve. However recommended for a good quality/price ratio.

23/06/2025: Very nice place in the center of Maerne, tried the pizza, excellent both as dough and ingredients, very good price. Friendly waiters. They also do meat and fish dishes, and the portions from what I saw served at other tables are abundant. What can I say, we will return.

22/06/2025: Great discovery on a sunny Sunday lunch. We ate traditional food, baccalà alla vicentina and mantecato. Both excellent. Young and very nice staff, friendly and helpful, always smiling. Average prices, compared to the very central location. Recommended!!!

25/05/2025: Excellent dinner (recommended the "mozzarella in carrozza" and the "Tiramisu"); central location; helpful, competent, courteous staff... makes you feel like you're a regular customer (special mention for Francesco and the manager, compliments!).

08/07/2025: Eating here is always an experience. We love fish and come here regularly. Eating on the terrace with a view of the sea is simply fantastic. Authentic regional cuisine in a wonderful ambiance.

Pizza molto buona , un cous cous cotto nel limone gradevolissimo e adatto alla stagione, crostoni e bruschette appetitose . Il piccolo cortile è fresco e suggestivo

03/05/2025: Siamo andato in questo Ristorante io e altri 2 amici...che dire...Ristorante sopra la.media...sala bellissima quadrata minimal...come piace a me...tavoli spaziozi ...tovagliato top...pre- crudo buonissimo con tartare di tonno e ananas assaggio di salmone e seppiolina...poi il crudo con C maiuscola... fantastico e pezzatura di livello... come primo tagliolino all'uovo con astice delizioso...x secondo spigola di mare al sale...nn ho parole...1na bollicina e 1 tramin...x finire grappa morbida franciacorta e sbriciolata al cioccolata con crema...servizio perfetto...conto nn saprei xche' nn ho pagato io!!! 19/02/2025: Cibo buono ma ristorante troppo caro, vi fanno pagare anche l’aria che respirate, acqua filtrata al prezzo di quelle imbottigliate e caffè che poteva benissimo evitare di metterlo nel conto, visto la lauta somma pagata. Non lo consiglio, ci sono ristoranti in zona più a più buon mercato con cibo altrettanto buono

14/07/2025: The dishes were very disappointing. The peppered mussels were bland, the bread dry and equally bland. The first courses were very basic...nothing special. The warm prosecco wasn't cheap either...for the same price, you can get a Cartizze. Disappointing.

16/06/2025: Very nice restaurant with lake view. Perfect for a sunset dinner. The pizza is a dream and tastes unique. Also the dessert was very tasty (Tiramisu - recommended). And also the service was very nice. I was there 2 times and both times very enthusiastic.

22/06/2025: This seafood spot surprised me with their incredible ravioli bolognese - it was love at first bite! 😊 I ended up coming back just to try it again, and I'm so glad I did. The service is top-notch too, making it a must-visit for sure. Highly recommend!

30/05/2025: dinner at the end of May, besides us there is a man alone and another couple, I imagine that since it is out of season the place cannot be at its best so I give three stars. Spaghetti with seafood (hard and rubbery, they seemed like Haribo bears) but tasty, gnocchi with monkfish (good) grilled cuttlefish (decent) and mixed fried fish (again the Haribo gummy bears but even harder). Two glasses of white wine, Bombolino, good. Dinner and place were not worth the €91 spent

03/07/2025: Excellent cuisine. Always full even at lunch. On the old route of the 106 just outside the Catanzaro Lido junction. No difficulty with parking. Never had pizza. Good quality appetizers and fish dishes. Not exactly cheap if you opt for branded bottled wine (good Calabrian wines, rosés). If you want to invite some guests or for some occasion. In the summer months it moves to the nearby beach.

18/05/2025: Arriving here by chance, we were presented with a restaurant packed with locals today, May 28, 2025. The atmosphere was tidy and clean, with cloth tablecloths and napkins. Countless model sailing ships hung on the walls. The hosts spoke, logically, no German, only a few words of English. The result? With gestures and gestures, we were given a delicious pizza and a fish antipasti plate. Extensive, varied, and apparently really fresh and superbly prepared. The people were friendly AND they were open on Sundays for lunch, which is unusual in Calabria. I highly recommend it.

29/06/2025: I went because I saw a video recommending it, mentioning their special dish of spaghetti with colatura alice. Well, it was bad and expensive. But their special dish was cold and tough spaghetti, not al dente, with very salty oil. We didn't like it, especially because it was cold and I was expecting at least a lukewarm dish. We ordered ceviche, and it was delicious. But it was very small. The place was nice, the atmosphere beautiful, the bathroom was disgusting. I asked for the bill, and they never brought it; I had to go to the register myself. It's not worth going for their special dish. Food is expensive in Italy, but if it's also bad, it's very frustrating. We paid €62 for two dishes, a mini ceviche (delicious), and a bottle of water.

01/07/2025: Beautiful view on a beautiful location. Restaurant looks very neat. Only the reception was very disappointing. You were not welcomed. They even seemed surprised that we were there and when we sat down the staff was clearly talking about us and looking at us. Food was meager and the meat we ordered was almost only fat and not tender. Too bad for that price!
