12/07/2025: I went to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday with some friends. The staff was kind and welcoming. We ordered three first courses, which were excellent to say the least. We immediately followed with a delicious fried fish dish! Not to mention the dessert, which in my opinion is exceptional: their tiramisu is soft and fluffy, and they don't use traditional ladyfingers, but a different type of "biscuit," which is perhaps even better than the traditional one. What can I say? Everything was delicious, and I'm so happy to have been able to celebrate in such an elegant and refined place!

30/05/2025: I have been there several times, often even on Saturdays for an after dinner, for a cocktail or something else. I have not actually had dinner or lunch but seeing the others it all seems very good and a small confirmation I had from the aperitifs, I did it with a vegetarian friend and it was very good and varied... both mine and the one for my friend without meat. The pinsa was brought to us as a gift while waiting for the aperitifs, tasty and crunchy. I will return for dinner. Recommended.

17/05/2025: Two children, 4 different requests 😅. I search on Google who can do the miracle and here is "the pasta corner". I put the navigator and in 5 minutes I am here waiting for the dishes. Everything is delicious and kindness from the Guinness. Thank you so much

The waiter listened carefully, and the food was of a higher quality and taste than the average here in Formia. In the evening, they serve pizza, which is also very tasty. 10/07/2025: My wife and I stayed here early July 2025 and loved every part of this hotel! We felt like royalty from all the staff, every single member was amazing, they parked our car and we had no worries at all. When we went to leave the rental car was right outside the window. The front desk was more than helpful to guide us through the different parts of the area and what we wanted and needed be it food or shopping. The breakfast and dinners superb! The weather was very hot even for the locals but the air conditioning in the room was ice cold and after a long walk around the town was so nice, The rooftop area was amazing. We were more then pleased with our room. In short this place was the single best place to stay out of 14 on our month long trip. We can't say enough about the Bell! When you have staff like this it is a 6 star Hotel! Jerry and Sherry, Florida.

05/07/2025: This is a very good hotel. It's a perfect location on the waterfront for the swimming beaches and walk/bike paths. It's a very pleasant 15min, walk to the old town. We had a second floor room with a good view of the lake. The rooms are okay sized and all newly fitted out. The breakfast is superb. The staff are friendly and very helpful. To explore the area, we used the city bikes that are parked right outside the hotel.

29/06/2025: As soon as we arrived, unfortunately our reservation had been lost. No problem, they were professional and sat us down, finding us a table for two. We had read mixed reviews and were quite curious. The food is really excellent, the quality of the raw materials is evident. We ordered a mixed fried fish from Comacchio, grilled eel and mixed grilled fish for two. Everything was really excellent, and I must say that the portions are generous (and I am 193 cm tall and eat a lot... so don't trust anyone who writes that the portions are small). The cassata dessert was also really good and well presented. The only flaw for which I don't give 5 stars is the price. Objectively, compared to other restaurants on the Riviera of the same level, the prices are quite high. But nothing takes away from the excellent service, fast and attentive, the quality of the food and the welcome of the place, furnished in a rustic way and with an ancient scent.

28/06/2025: We booked for the whole family for dinner, air conditioning directly on us and they couldn't find us an alternative solution other than to leave the table and go elsewhere. We had the feeling of little availability and welcome, too bad.

19/07/2025: Good food quality, terrible service. The waiters threw chairs to clear tables late, rushing around and slamming plates to get things done quickly. The food was salty, but the wine list was good; perhaps it deserves a second chance during the week. The waiters could definitely be more friendly and professional, even when the restaurant is busy.

15/07/2025: L’antipasto perfetto. Le linguine buone ma con eccesso di scorza di limone che attribuivano al piatto un retrogusto amaro poco appetibile. Servizio curato se tralascio di essermi dovuta sorbire ( è andato per ke lunghe ..) la reprimenda di un cameriere capo (?)? Ad un cameriere di colore. I panni sporchi vanno lavati altrove.

12/07/2025: It was exactly what I was looking for. To celebrate a special occasion, I wanted to have a delicious seafood dinner and drink good wine with my boyfriend overlooking the sea, perhaps on the beach. Encanto offers all these options. The food is truly excellent and top-quality, but a special mention goes to the fried seafood, which was one of the best I've ever eaten (and I've eaten a lot). Also noteworthy is the delicious crème brulee: I could have gone swimming in it. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and pleasant, making it easy to chat or even joke. The wine list is extensive and offers a decent selection. There was no wait, and everything was perfect. The bill was also in line with the location and the quality of the food. I must say, this restaurant far exceeded my expectations! Highly recommended.

19/07/2025: Darsena Restaurant – Syracuse Fresh fish and a breathtaking sea view. The pasta with sea urchins and raw red shrimp are unmissable. Friendly service, and the air conditioning is perfect even on the hottest days. A must-try for seafood lovers in Ortigia.

18/07/2025: This elegant and clean restaurant, located right on the doorstep of Ortigia, is a haven of tranquility. From the owners to the staff, everyone is incredibly helpful and friendly. You can choose to sit inside or outside on the veranda, both lovely options; we chose the outdoor seating to enjoy some food overlooking the sea. As soon as you open the menu, you'll find a wide selection, a display of fresh fish sure to catch your eye, and generous dishes. Plus, there are several vegetarian options. Highly recommended.

09/07/2025: After a perfect welcome in a splendid location overlooking the sea, the staff got a bit lost with the arrival of other people. After a delicious first course, the wait for the second course was excruciating, but overall, an excellent place.

30/06/2025: We ordered a la carte, not you can eat. Well cooked and tasty dishes without the dominant soy flavor, very balanced. The tempura squid was very soft inside and crunchy outside. Excellent value for money.

02/07/2025: We went for pizza. We ordered and then the waiter came back to say that we had to change because some ingredients were missing. We also ordered fries, which came without ketchup or mayonnaise; we had to ask more than once to get them. Same for the Coca-Cola with ice and lemon - they came after the pizzas!!! We had the impression that the waiter was on drugs, he was very agitated and disconnected. The pizza looked like a cracker, we didn't like it at all. Unfortunately, we didn't take pictures, because they didn't look good either. Too bad, it looked like a nice restaurant.

23/06/2025: Very modern and welcoming restaurant both outside and inside. Excellent choice in terms of food variety. Among the various local restaurants, one of the best from many points of view. A blade should be broken in favor of the waiter who serves at the high tables, who is uniquely kind, quick in processing orders and in immediately finding a solution for the customer, and a frightening kindness of spirit. A collaborator to hold very close for so many qualities. I came for dinner on 06.21.2025, I had asked for bread near the appetizer and since it was finished he proposed a face. At a certain point, given the storm of water that happened outside, when we sat down inside he placed another white focaccia near the spaghetti allo scoglio.
