02/12/2025: The pizza had a high crust, which I personally don't like. The flavor was good, but not excellent. Slow service. The atmosphere was nice and warm (first floor), which I definitely appreciated. Nice, youthful location.

17/12/2025: Koreans, if you're visiting Venice, definitely try this place. Octopus salad Mussels soup Seafood pasta Worth every penny. The seasoning is just right. The seafood is fresh, huge, and generous. The tiramisu is the best I've ever had! I'd love to add another night to Venice, and try the fried seafood and squid ink pasta! I highly recommend it.

18/11/2025: We've been to Cacini several times, and since we've always had a great experience, we chose it for our wedding reception two months ago. The decor is meticulously crafted, the atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, and the menu, as always, is excellent. We recommend it for both a casual lunch or dinner and for a special event like ours.

12/12/2025: Avoid Vattani like the plague. I booked it last year hoping for a posh Italian night with my parents—reviews raved about its elegant charm. What a joke. The host greeted us like we'd interrupted his nap, barking we had to clear out in an hour because they'd double-booked. Rude doesn't cover it; the guy was practically spitting venom. Then, sitting down, we're swarmed by flies—yes, flies—circling our table like it's a picnic. Food? Stale bread, overcooked pasta drowning in bland sauce, and a tiramisu that tasted like instant coffee gone wrong. Staff vanished after taking orders, and when they did show up, it was to glare at us for lingering. Vattani's not elegant; it's a tacky cash grab pretending to be Italian. Never again—save your money and don't waste your loved ones' time.

13/11/2025: The freshest fish is cooked in an original and refined way. The dishes are carefully crafted and refined, with consistently successful pairings. The plating is a must. The restaurant is welcoming and stylishly furnished, and the splendid view of the boats and the pier on the Tiber adds to the enchanting atmosphere. Docking 9 is a guarantee: I highly recommend it.

24/11/2025: The products used are high-quality. The atmosphere is pleasant and the wait staff is very friendly. I think the kitchen needs to adjust its timing. With three of us at the table, we never received our food at the same time, meaning we always ate alone. Our table was always served last, even though we were the first to arrive.

Here, however, I immediately felt welcomed, pampered, and truly the center of attention. The service was impeccable, attentive to every detail. The dishes were delicious, carefully prepared with great passion by Chef Aldo Tiboni. The atmosphere was made even more pleasant by the relaxing music. One detail that particularly struck me was the final gesture: the chef personally opening the door for you, welcoming you with a smile. It's precisely these small gestures that make the difference, and they are priceless. Here, you can sense a true balance between the quality of the product and that of the service. 17/11/2025: We dined at Il Ritratto di Aldo Tiboni and had a truly wonderful evening. The kitchen clearly works with high-quality ingredients and great care. The pasta was particularly outstanding: the menu listed spaghetti carbonara, but since they had run out of fresh spaghetti that evening, we were informed and served linguine instead. This wasn't a drawback at all – rather, it's a sign that everything is prepared fresh. The dish was absolutely delicious. The seafood pasta was also very well prepared: fresh mussels and clams, all clean and perfectly balanced in flavor. The fish course was good, if not exceptional – solid quality, rich sauce. The dessert – a white chocolate mousse – was a real highlight: light, creamy, and absolutely delicious. To be fair, I should also mention that I found a fishhook in my fish soup. This can happen with this type of fish, and I spotted it early on. You would have noticed it in your mouth anyway – so it wasn't a real problem. We ended up having a good laugh about it with the chef. In fact, the owner not only cooks himself, but also personally collects payment from each table at the end and says goodbye. There was only one person working in the front of house that evening – and although there aren't many tables, it was quite busy. Despite this, everything was friendly, calm, and well-organized. That deserves respect. The restaurant's prices are absolutely fair for the quality, the portion sizes, and the personal touch. A very pleasant evening – we'll gladly return.
